No need to resort to posting emails.

Didn't say I'd post the emails, but that I'd forward then if it came to it. Fundamental difference.

TRVB stated in this thread that both damaged PonGs and MPs could be exchanged.

I'm not confused at all. I paid for a product, was promised a replacement and am now using all the tools at my disposal to make sure that promise is honored.

My bad... I thought your quote was from TRVB's email.

Either way, TRVB seems to be referring to the all glass gong, where as you are referring to the MP.

That's where the discrepancy seems to be.

Anyone who says they haven't received return emails from us needs to call customer service tomorrow and explain your situation. We have no emails in the inbox other than those from today that are unanswered. Off you haven't got an answer, we never got the email.

I think glass mps started shipping today, I'll look forward to seeing all of your opinions.

Wasn't your post from a month ago regarding getting confirmation from TRVB that you'd be getting a replacement original MP?

Even if you did get it, you'd still want one of the glass solutions wouldn't you?

Either way, we know TRVB and Engineering have both come up with solutions, and we all need to be patient.

Now that there's talk of the glass replacements actually being sent out and my issue is included in those covered I wanted some kind of response. Sorry if its too unrealistic but I've been in the blind other than what's posted here.

Hey has anyone ever tryed using a inhalater bullet in the pong as a mouth piece? Would it slide in there air tight and be long enough to stick out the bottom similar to the new inner glass solution?

Tried to call twice now even before the above post from @TherealVaporblunt. Did not get a person. Will try calling again tomorrow...

I am a bit disappointed as they have my email from my mailed MP that was received Friday, real name and address along with the FC name. Not a lucky day for the BarnBoy I guess, forgotten by TRVB. Please @TherealVaporblunt you asked me to send my failed MP to you, and I did. I really need your help. Nobody is answering the phone, I have sent emails to both theVaporBlunt@gmail.com and VaporBluntReturns@gmail.com (got an initial response); I don’t know what else to do…

BarnBoy Epic GonG 48 Hour Update!
The cork method is still doing great. If you try this at home, do not try to jam the GonG in the PNP hard as you will stress pinch cut the cone washer; GO EASY! I traded in an o-ring for another “Cone Washer, Type A” for a whopping $0.49. As can be seen from the photo collage below, this method is pretty solid. The BarnBoy is shown here going down the road w/ PNP in his mouth straight out and plugged into the Proto1 PNP Car Charger; feeling fine! As you can see the GonG is now getting a gooed tan glaze. One more nice observation, the screen doesn’t take much to blow ABV off. I don’t need/use my brushes as often. Nor do I have to clean the walls of the PNP where I showed buildup before. So a little less to do on the PM schedule.

I sent my pong into VB but I don't expect anything for awhile. I want it made with care and done right.

Same here, tried twice, no answer.

I don't expect the new GonGs on my door step by next week either. What I do expect is propper communication and it's just not happening.

EDIT: Sent an PM, hope this will solve the issue.

@everyone a girl Named Liz answers the phone m-f 9-4:30 est except when she is at lunch. When she isn't on the phone she answers emails, not selectively or some emails, every email. I just called her, she answered. Proof of life as far as I can tell.

Edit: I just spoke to eric, they are shipping today for sure. Liz, who does exist, will contact u.

CAUTION BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Liz works on the east coast, and we ship from the west coast. There is a strong possibility that your pm will ship after Liz goes home for the day, which would generate a 24 delay of when u get your email.

Please dont leave these forums, your one of the few manufacturers I have seen on here that actually responds in a timely manner and LISTENS to the customer base. Please keep doing what you do brother! One question about the credit card details in the email for the replacement Pong's. Is there chance I can pay via paypal as a gift instead? Credit card details in an email are not secure imo :(

All my emails where answered, not instantly.. Maybe some people expect that.
As a small business owner i know how hard it is to keep things in order.
Costumers expect a lot these days and yet i can see the big multinationals getting away with murder.
I think TRVB did an excellent job in these difficult times.

They don't accept PayPal at the mo i them asked only just LOL

Yes I shipped before you were ready with silicon, because you asked. You received my MP after you posted you had them and have not made contact with me. You stated you were shipping and being one of the first in the queue, I would have hoped for some contact from you or Liz...

EDIT3- just got a call from Liz to confirm my snail-mail. She is defiantly alive! She said she will mail me the tracking number later...

While I very much appriciate TRVBs presence in the forum, infos need to be given via an official channel, not posts spread over a 170 page thread. I will try to call once again when I am at home, as well as sending out another mail.

Perhaps a solution would be a locked thread where clear Updates could be posted from TRVP and then if it's locked any questions posted up via mods etc

I'm confused I would like a new style glass pong and am happy to pay shipping but I can't see they are available yet or am I being a duffer?
