I bought one of those. Its very difficult to not get a mouth full of water with that piece. I gave mine away.

So a "proper" Reti will have 2 percs, one nested inside the other, with opposing angles on the slits.

The D020 is essentially a shower head with angled slits.
(Though IMO the having the slits angled does seem to aid in the diffusion a bit :))

Did you end up buying one of those D020 from the AliExpress link?
Mine hasn't shown up yet, but I'm not too broken up since people are saying that seller is selling a 'knock off' (lol cant believe it spawned knock offs) and not nearly as well done as the original DHGate D020.

Nah, haven't nabbed one yet.

I do plan on getting one at some point, maybe in a month or 2 when I haven't picked up anything new for a bit.

However, after seeing the sexy looking N8 recycler in the recycler thread, I've decided my next piece needs to be another space worked piece :D

Has anyone had any luck with Sumbudddy's glass from ioffer? They are not very responsive to questions. Has kinda put me off buying from them. Anyone bought some off him and can tell us more?

I talked to him last week about that matrix perc he had recently taken off, he responded quickly. He did give me his email address for a better method of communication but ioffer deleted it out of the message before I could take note of it (was traveling atm).

I have one, they call it LY003. All in all the glass seems reasonable well made. I found afew air bubbles between the mouthpiece and the body, otherwise pretty clean. The perc only has 5 thick slits, instead of the 10 the D020 has. Can't say if its better or worse, don't own a D020 but its nice. Actually the LY003 in combination with a EV-2 converted a combuster so it can't be that bad.Still, if possible I'd say get the D020 for proven quality.

Well luck, I orderd one of the triangle recyclers. At first the seller seemed a bit lazy, asking me to accept the offer before he'd check out the shipping costs to europe, so I did it myself. 2 day later he wrote me a mail that he couldn't ship my item because USPS had to order the flat-rate shipping box he was gonna use to send my item, if I want it right away I'd have to pay another 20 bucks. Told him no way and that I'm gonna wait, he wrote back that he would give me a free TI nail (that I sadly have no use for) for my troubles. Package should go out by the end of the week, will keep you updated.

My matrix perc tube has arrived from Sumbuddy on iOffer! Here is a pic of the worked matrix perc and the slide (not that anyone would care on here :D), it's not the cleanest work in the world, but for the money... I am very happy with the piece for $110 shipped. Hit like a champ!

So after 12 days of not sending my Perc-HC out I asked Kathy whats up. Instead of any answer whatsoever, I got a tracking update telling me my package got just picked up and is now on its way. To Italy. A country where I do not live.

For the people who wanted to know if the sweet DoZo handles Dabbing well...

After having a fun fun weekend :science: making did Dry sift, Bubble Hash and some super smooth and super transparent BHO, I can confirm that it works a real treat with the D020!!! Wish I had bought two for sure.

The DoZo certainly has the Mojo when it comes to Bho :clap::tup::rockon:

Finally my HC bubbler finally came in from Kathy Hu!

The Aliexpress delivery took 3 weeks in total though to be fair it arrived one week ago but there must be some sort of slow logistics in Australia. Packing was pretty standard if not a bit under packaged and could be prone to breakage if not handled properly. The bubble wrap was the type of lower grade end.

There are some scratches and distortions on the glass due to reckless treatment of the glass during the making process. Compared to my ssfg tube it is clearly subpar in terms of build, pull and polish.

The HC bubbler hits well and is quite heavy for its size, the size of a soft drink can. It's definitely a bang for buck piece but I wouldn't pay much more for it considering the length of delivery and cons mentioned.

Me too, from Kathy Hu, a little bit disapointed cause the size is smaller than expected (16 cm and i remenber it'w written 23...),
this is the toro counterfeit (I think) but I never try the original, this one work but i don't think it was a good choice....... but for the price(26.50 usd) I can't expect to get the better.

Take a look into your order history. There should be a link to the product site. This is actually a link to a snapshot of the product site. Check if the sizing was really wrong and if, talk to Kathy about it. I had a similar issue with another trader (the D020 knock off, LY003) and after some back and forth he knocked 15 bucks of the total.

Notice the differences in GG size (18.8 in my link, 14.4 in the other). Kathy actually wrote me a message that she got the size on the connector wrong and offered to switch out the item. The height didn't change in my snapshot.

So Apollo shipped me that recycler even after I emailed them to cancel. However, they emailed me apologizing profusely and said I could refuse it when it showed up and they would refund me. They also said if I wanted, I could unpack it, try it with water in it (No product, of course) and see if I was satisfied with the vortex and that if I kept it, they would give me a discount on my next piece but that if I kept it to try, Id have to pay the freight back if I didnt want it. A few minutes later I got another email with another apology and they told me to take it out, try it with water and if I dont want it, they'll send me a shipping label.

I cant complain about that. It stinks it got sent out but it will be here before the weekend so it will either be in actual use or on the way back by Friday. I cant say enough good about those guys. I think they're going to be my "go to" for glass even if I return this recycler. Their quality on this other piece I got rivals anything I own and for $125.00, you cant beat it with a stick.

The second email sounds like the only one they should have sent! Very good customer service and communication there. Looks like you really found a seller you are happy with. I was looking at the first piece you got from them for a while...thinking about pulling the trigger on it next month...I reeeally would like to see a video of that piece in action from someone!!!
