Cheers but then the manufacturer hinted vapefiend might be involved in the UK.

Would be easy for me just to pay the shipping as to send it I still have to pay postage

Actually, he hinted that before this post. The post I quoted was the final statement on the issue we got so far.

I have just emailed VaporBlunt too, requesting a shipping quote to send the new replacement glass mouthpiece to the UK. Will keep you guys informed. Also eagerly awaiting my nano adjustable bowl GonG to arrive.

I have just noticed that the black plastic collar on top of the heating chamber on the PNP is split!

I regularly clean the thing, and never noticed it before. There is a hairline crack on the front and back of the unit. I am worried that this is going to cause instability with the PonG and WT, and may one day break completely.

I remember reading some time ago that someone else had similar problems, but I cannot remember who it was (sorry!) It's definitely not a "knit" line as someone mentioned previously as the crack is not perfectly straight. I am guessing this may of been caused by using the PonG and WT, I don't know, it seems kind of a load bearing point. I have not had a problem with sticking (grunged up) mouthpieces or PonGs.

Is this a valid warranty claim?! Has anyone else had this problem repaired/replaced under warranty?

Cheers guys!

Hello and good day to you sir. I believe I am having the same issue with my black plastic collar except mine literally broke off when I was removing the mouthpiece. I would like to upload some pics to show the problem but I'm new to this website and have no clue how to..

SaLD, I had to send my Pnp in for repair of the sleeve around the top. It stuck to the mouthpiece at bit. I pulled it off and it broke. I paid $50.00 to get it fixed. If I would have known about the hairline slits that appear after a while due to the heat, I would have insisted on them paying for the fix.

I would say they should pay for this for you, since we know it's a flaw. It should be fixed for free.
My unit came back like new.

Thank you for responding! I am glad too see that's it's not just me that is having this issue. I was very disappointed because I've only had my Pinnacle Pro for one week! I bought my pinnacle pro at a local smoke shop that said it had a one year warranty. Do you know how I would contact the vaporbros?

Welcome to FC Sald!

If you read the past 20 pages you will see that the pong and mouth piece degradation has been confirmed. Vapor blunt has two solutions in the work. Don't fret you will get a new glass air path one, through the trade in program.

Before you get any new vape always check here first for reviews. Not all vapes are created equal and most new vapes have plenty of issues. Make sure there is a warranty and you will be happy when you stick with companies who have good track records.
Have you read through the past 20 pages? All your answers are there.

Well I did it.. I pulled the trigger and ordered a PnP from theyoyokid1 late Sunday night. Got my tracking number yesterday but there aren't any details on the USPS website other than an estimated delivery date between today and Thursday. The anticipation is killing me!

Edit: typed PnP and phone corrected it to PAX haha

Hey everyone, have had PinnaclePro since launch and I can't express how much I love this thing. So due to my...sheer laziness, a fair amount of resin and other nastiness has built up on the inside of my chamber and now my bullet is...stuck. For awhile i could use the wooden scoop thingy as a lever/hook and pull it out. Now it's STUCK STUCK and it wont even wiggle. Any ideas how to get it out?

How many times can that charge the pnp?

I have 4 3400mah batteries in it and the stock pnp battery is 2000mah so 6 or 7? Haven't tried it out.

Have you heated it up to level 5 and let it get good and hot before you try to pry the bullet out?

I have a terrible habit of fall asleep while my pnp is on the charger, sometimes I need it to be charged for the morning and don't have time to plug it in when I wake up so I try to get it charged before I sleep but I always seem to crash before its done. How bad is this for my battery? Also if I pop it on the charger while its just a bar or 2 low is this also bad practice for my batteries longevity. I would like to take the best care of this portable as I can so it last. Any feed back on others experience with the battery charging and preventive care options would help me out a lot.
Thanks

Don't worry.

@ Engineering confirmed that there is overcharging protection.

I inquired about it before also:

I leave my PNP plugged in most of the time.

I haven't had any problems with my pong or mouthpiece. I did send my pong in today for a replacement to VaporBlunt for the new glass one. I did see a little chip around the top I hadn't noticed before.

I put the pong in a manilla envelope with a little padding and sent USPS, it cost $3.95 with tracking. I live in WA state and they are in CA., it's supposed to get there Friday. I also emailed them to let them know I was sending it in.

Hi guys & gals!

The BarnBoy has a question for you all. It is in regards to the discussion about smell. Has anyone used the Vapor Blunt E-Juice (http://thevaporblunt.corecommerce.com/Ejuice.html) to alter the smell or flavor of their herbs in their PNP? See my daughter commented that there was someone at the concert not long ago smoking weed and it stunk like a skunk, but there was someone next to her vaporizing a strawberry smell that she really liked. The menthol seems like a natural fit for some nasty dirt bud I got as a gift long ago. Very interested in peoples experiences here!!! Maybe a cotton filled bullet with a couple of drops???

The EpicVape Adjust-A-Bowl GonG has done very well for its first 12 bullets. The PNP performance is more consistent, as is the ABV color. The vapor is seriously less harsh and taste is much better. Where I was unable to enjoy draws on settings 4, today I discovered a new favorite vape recipe; 0-2-4 (backwards 420!). The GonG is getting a good layer of resin build-up, and the screen edges are a nice tan. It does get dirty fast and suddenly as the glass is now translucent like a bathroom window! Will shoot photos later. Keep a tool handy to adjust the screen to keep the bullet in place until the resin locks it in place. I decided to hold off on the clear PonG modification until I get the TRVB GonG. Still no word so I sent another email to TRVB. @Pinnacle Pro - Keep us updated on your progress!

@Lahey – thanks for the pictures and reminder that @emmdeemo is my hero for the Oregon glass guy. Part of me wishes I had done that route as his advice is solid! Also I’m worried as to why your and @Philreal187 PonG skirt doesn’t say attached. Will figure out something, but until then the cork method is working, even supporting the WT. Just hope it doesn’t cause the case to crack/split. However, that inner back wall that got dirty after every use is now very clean.

More later!

Been away for awhile. But, for what it's worth....

Have had 6 OG Pinnacles over 1yr., and two Pinnacle Pros since day one release. No prob or issues with any of them and no mouthpiece issues that have been shown here. Karma must be looking after me for a change.

Will be replacing mouthpieces with engineering's solution when available, if only for piece of mind.

Just figured I'd post my experience for balance. I freakin' loved my pinnacles. Absolutely were the shit for me as far as portability & stealth, until I had to quit the herb. They are now in couple of good friends hands with glowing reports back to me.

Peace
;)

Still no answer here...and I mailed them before you. Then again I never heard anything about the MP they wanted to send me in exchange for my fuming one either. Between the lack of information on the VB site itself, the erratic CS and the questionable way public relations get handled, I start to feel this is not the right device for me.

Sorry for beeing cynical, acidic and grumpy, it's just not funny anymore.
