Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud EVO

When I'm home my EVO is always on. The only time I then it off is at night when I sleep.

Same. I use a WeMo that turns the EVO on at 4PM - ~30 minutes before I end up home on my early days. It then turns off at :29 and :59 past each hour. It turns on at :00 and :30 of each hour, so it is always ready. I have a catchall rule to turn it off at 2:30 AM to be ready to go tomorrow.

It is odd - I almost always seem to sit down at the station and while packing an ELB, the WeMo confirms that it is either :29 or :59 past the hour - almost every single time.

Lol I have the WeMo as well but I never programmed anything I just remember to turn it on(sometimes lol) before I head home and it's ready to go. Or sometimes when I'm in the living room I'll use the app to turn it off then on to make sure it's warm again for me the best time. Sometimes I use the switch to cycle it. But it doesn't take long anyways if I ever need to vape in a hurry I just crank it to max and then basically feel the dial out to decide how much I should keep turning it down as I am hitting it.

I remember placing an open uncapped water glass bottle, and drinking after a couple hours from it. It smelled and tasted like the food of my fridge :)
I see you ziplock and Tupperware as much as possible, but unless you are a surgical bleach clean every single hour your fridge.... Are your beautiful HT and base getting all the fridge taste & flavors & smells inside it??
IMO I will cork the mouthpiece and put a stopper or a cork in the base female joint. Bag the mouthpiece & the female stand joint, or the whole setup.

That makes sense. Good tip. Luckily the fridge is immaculate (at the moment), but I'll get stoppers to stop the odor-creep.

I cleaned the top of my bamboo last night and it sparkles like new so I thought I'd share my secret: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00CJJ3NOK/ref=mp_s_a_1_7?qid=1394206847&sr=8-7

I use this stuff to clean my solo oven and after I got my Cloud and saw how the bamboo gets that crusty ring around it, I thought I'd give it a shot. Works beautifully. Turn your cooled down VXL product on its side. The soap doesn't run very easily so it will stay in place, but better safe, right? This also allows you to shine a light to see what you are doing. Take a qtip and coat it with the soap. Then use that qtip to apply the soap to the inside of the bamboo. Make sure you cover all the crusty stuff. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and then you can start rubbing it off with a clean qtip. It will start to dissolve the gunk and will come off will very little pressure. A couple applications of more soap may be necessary if it's filthy. Once you are satisfied, wipe out the excess with a paper towel and then I wipe some 90% iso to get the residual oils off and then some water to get any iso film left. Let any moisture on the bamboo dry, turn on your device and the warm up period will remove any residual residue.

The soap also works great for its intended purpose too...sticky fingers!
Hope this helps!!

Is there any reason not to just use ISO to clean the bamboo?
None at all, just easier for me. I've read of people having trouble getting the real caked on stuff off with ISO. ISO wont clean my Solo oven like that SOS soap will, so that's why I tried it. Worked much faster than ISO did on my bamboo and it stays in place so it can really soak into the crud.

Of course, if just ISO is working for you, then by all means carry on...should work fine. Just sharing my :2c: and:science:

Well it looks like all the Hydratubes are up so far except the one I really want, the bigger sidecarwith the dual w/e perc. I'm going CRAZY waiting to see that thing.

just got my evo. thanks to all the vapexhale staff that made it happen. I was getting worried because tracking said it was in Pennsylvania I checked this morning and all of a sudden it said delivered. evo is lighter even easier to hold. the taste is excellent. My caregiver calls it snow I am too high to think of anything else at the moment

I'm wearing that braclet right now :)

well I have had my evo for twenty four hours. I like how light it is makes it easier to use in injection mode. I like the cord setup. I have several extra cords lol. I seem to get better hits without the cloud buddy. I still get the same great extraction and taste at 9 am.

I couldn't figure out how to make my picture show???

AFAIK Dropbox is not designed to do image referrals. If you use something like ImageShack it will provide you with a url you can copy/paste into the "Image" icon's pop-up. When your post is read the Forum software will call that url and load the image for the user.

None of the new ELBs that I got recently are tight enough to allow me to use my Evo inverted. Does anyone have a fix for this issue or do I just have to get more ELBs and hope I get lucky? It works great inverted with some of the older ELBs i have.

I have a few like that, if you squeeze the sides a little bit to make it more of an oval shape it won't fall out when you invert it.

I had the opposite issue where a couple of mine were too big,
but not to worry because they are malleable.

I've been using my Vapexhale Cloud EVO daily for 2 months straight now.
I hadn't planned on it, but all my other vapes have been cold for 2 months also. It seems the EVO has filled my medicating niche more completely than the OG Vapexhale Cloud did.

My final conclusion is that I am extremely satisfied with Vapexhale's 2nd vaporizer!

Great extraction and taste at 9:00? I thought @lazylathe's EVO was running perfectly after re-calibration, but couldn't get much extraction until 12:00 (maybe a bit less). I also think there is almost no difference in temperature between 3:00 and max (5:00). So basically around 2:00-4:00 gives nice brown evenly extracted ABV. If I want low temp, I go 12:00-2:00ish, and under 12:00 is pretty useless on the dial for me personally. Can get some flavour though at those temps. So I think IMO that the min. and max. temperature ranges are correct, but I have no idea how "sensitive" the dial is.

After using the EVO for over a week, I have to say that i'm very impressed especially with the even and thorough extraction abilities, and the smoothest vapour i've ever experienced (dry or with water). I just can't believe how smooth it is!

As long as you heat up the EVO long enough,
I also can get good THC extraction at 9:00.
(Note: strain & moisture content definitely influences this)

My unit does seem to have a difference between 3:00 and 5:00

Thanks SD, forsure if the unit is on for more than a cycle it works much better. I'll have to try the lower temps after it's on alot longer.

I can turn the dial from when on Max temp down to about 2:30 without the light changing from green to red.
