This exchange thing is nice, but I am from europe. Sending my PonG back over the pond has a high potential of ending ... very unpleasant. Sent them a mail about it, will report when I get an answer.
In case I missed a post that would answer my question, just proceed to mush my face into it. Thanks! ;)
Yeah, makes sense to me. What if I send a dozen to vape fiend and let him handle it, does that solve your problem?

I'm very excited for these Gongs/GPongs! I'm not sure yet which I would prefer. I do like the fact the engineering Pong keeps the it all inside the stealthy black pong. However, I have a bit of concern about possible airflow restriction it might cause.

If the O-ring unit produces a much nicer vaping experience I would be willing to overlook that. Although I still think black boro glass would be ideal, and something I would be willing to pay a bit more for.

TRVB confirmed that black glass won't be offered.

Since you will be getting plenty of examples of the damage from US returns, perhaps all you need from @Herr_Dampf and other international customers is evidence that they qualify. A picture of the PonG that also includes the owner's FC name and the current date should serve.

This might not apply to the exchange program that TRVB is offering for non-damaged pongs?

He's offering the glass gongs in exchange for returned pongs.

This would be awesome. Been worrying about this issue too. I can also provide proof of purchase if required. Both of my damaged PonGs are well used.

Yeah, clearly if it's an exchange program this wouldn't work. On the other hand, I don't think TRVB needs to get back undamaged PonGs either. It's not as though VaporBLUNT will lose a lot of money to fraudulent claims. This is, ultimately, a goodwill program and making it simple for international customers seems to me to be a good investment.

What is he gonna do with tons of used undamaged pongs is what I wonder about. There is no way those could be reused.

I would also appreciate not having to send mine in, my state is not so friendly, any residue could mean trouble.

Here I disagree. The USPS is not concerned that someone is sending a used PonG through the mail, nor is the FBI or your local police service. The cost of detecting the thing, tracking down the sender, and prosecuting someone is enormous and they just won't do it for something that trivial. If by some miracle someone in the PO detects your PonG, it will be thrown away and you'll never know anything but that it was "lost in the mail".

I'm going to make an exception for international, but there will be no exception on USA. I am most likely going to have to charge some form of shipping cost to international being I have no proof..... Let me think about this one for a second

@thevaporblunt - Hate to add to the flood of requests and questions, but:

My pong shows no signs of damage, but I would gladly purchase the redesigned glass-lined pong. When do you foresee this being on the website for purchase? (I'm in California)

Still don't really get the "send as proof" part. If we can trade in PonGs and MPs, damaged or undamaged, what do we have to proof? That we own the device? I can offer a receipt. How would us paying for shipping equalize that?
I get that shipping international isn't cheap and I would happily chip in on the postage, just give it to me straight. I don't know how large parcell shipping and stuff like that works, but maybe you could just add a hand full or two of the GonGs to the next Vapefiend parcell (if he is ok with shipping the replacements etc, etc...). It should still be cheaper to ship from the U.K.... but that are just brainfarts of a clueless one ;)

Call 818-231-0782 and talk to Liz. Tell her your problems, make sure and give her your email and ask why you didnt receive a response.

I'm about to post video of the aardvark, if you look closely at the end a glob of molten oil drips off and lands on my thumb............. FUCK that hurt!!!!!!

I present the aardvark
That just blew me and my buddies' mind, :whoa:

I live in Ireland and customs check everything (nosy so and sos). Also returning both my OG and PRO mp registered post is expensive.
What about a MFLB type of thing but instead saw a cut in the pong/mp

I take it you didn't see my damaged and spotless pong? Some of us clean freaks have had dodgy pongs too!

Actually @herbivore21, I not only re-read your 76 PNP posts, but several of your others. You should see several "LIKES" as you appear to be my Epic GonG inspiration!

The only photos of your tossed out PonG are these two.

Did I miss any? Looking close up, the screen is tarnished and looks clogged with residue. Yes, could be PonG goop. But it doesn't look nearly as clean as the photos I did on my melted MP. You may be a clean freak. It may just be that dank weed you get Down Under!!! Your photo with little use appears dirtier than my PonG after a week....

Got email from VB giving shipping info for return. They should have my MP by now...

just got an email from VB on the return process. great
I am concerned about the return address. it is still VAPORBLUNT on the first line.
I cannot go into the post office and ask for a registered letter with VAPORBLUNT on it.
I live in a small community where everyone knows each other, this could be life changing:uhoh::freak:

Maybe you can just put "VPBLNT" or some other closely related pseudonym, as long as the address data is correct, it should still be delivered.:evil::evil:

First indications are that he won't be supporting the exchange plan... @TherealVaporblunt I'd double check before I send anything FOC
