I don't see it as a lifestyle...I just enjoy my computer and the fact that it works the way I need it to for my business. As to it just being an OS...sure, but for some people, it's an OS they enjoy more than Windows. As to people getting douche-y about it...well, thats been going on for a long time, and both sides are guilty.

Ya know what I find amusing about all this. Way back when there was no such thing as a mouse or a desktop, the Macs came out with a mouse and a desktop to arrange folder icons. Then Microsoft copied the mouse and desktop format and all the Apple users cried foul and that Microsoft was doing nothing but stealing Apples ideas, when in fact..............Apple stole the mouse and desktop concept from Parc Zerox.

Been enjoying my X 1 lately, especially AC4 and 2K14!

Speaking of racing games I have Forza 5 and played one race and had to quit. Last place on my very 1st race haha definitely not about that life

Lots of Path of Exile (F2P, but they only sell optical enhancements like stash/char/guild slots and you get LOADS of those without spending a single cent), pretty much the Diablo sequel I always wanted.
Also the betas for Starbound and Planetary Annihilation. PA is good fun, especially when you mount engines to a moon and fly it into an enemy planet.

I was half tempted to pick up Rust but at this stage (and a very early stage it is) it looks like a bit of a DayZ/The Forest clone. It will be good to see where it goes and what unique identity it carve out for itself in the future.

I know, huh? Never ceases to amaze me why people do this. I've been on a Mac ever since the Mac Plus and played WoW and Starcraft on my Mac with all controls maxed out without a hitch. I almost never hear Mac users take cheap shots at PC users, but it happens in reverse a lot.

Can you build a better gaming computer than Mac? Sure you can. You can build a better gaming computer than a standard PC as well. But this whole Mac versus PC thing is gettin' kind of old. This kind of stuff also happens outside of the gaming world as well.

I know that you said you didn't want to go there, Tweek, but I have no problem going there. Bring it on.....................:goon:. lol...............

MACS are great machines. They are just priced at 3 times their value.

Finally played some The Last of Us. Great, fantastic zombie story. Way better than The Walking Dead TV show in terms of writing, characters, voices.

Unfortunately the gameplay is extremely derivative. It's like Splinter Cell 2002 + Uncharted 2 on hard mode with the worst parts of Fallout 3 (open and search broken down offices)

It's a bizarre game. There is literally nothing fun about it, it's completely linear, zombies are either cheap or too easy, gear is either worthless or overpowered, stealth is either unforgiving or a pointless tack on... it seems to vary level by level. You open a door, go in, door closes... YOU CAN NEVER GO BACK, NO MATTER WHAT. The new level has loaded, the old level is now locked away forever.

Yet it's totally engrossing and IMO way better than Uncharted 3. It's just odd that one of the most award winning games of last year literally offers nothing new in terms of mechanics and is a tired old mash up of stealth/action/collectathon. It should be a game people hate. When I clear a big section I have to turn it off and "rest" as it was too intense.

Just noticed the Lead for DayZ standalone just quit! Gotta love that. I think they are calling DayZ Alpha a "walking around an empty world simulator" now?

I still remember the code to go right to Tyson on NES. I played through that game a million times only to get up to Tyson and get destroyed. I entered the code a million more times and I've beaten Tyson twice in my life. Once at 11 and once at 31... :bang:

I don't ever remember Tyson talking that much shit.
That's a damn good memory you got DS! Sandman wasn't a pushover either... I only remember Contra and blood code for Sega Mortal Kombat, lol and I never owned a Genesis...

Is there an FC Steam group yet? You guys have to be playing games more than this.

I don't really play many games but do try and share them, unfortunately my friends list is desolate. So if anyone is interested in playing games like CSGO, Skullgirls, Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed, UT3, Showdown Effect, Awesomenauts, Dungeonland, or just chatting vaporwarez. I've got a small collection and family sharing too.

My steam is erionville.

Recently I've been playing Skyrim and testing out the Titanfall beta, if anyone is interested in Dead Island Epidemic beta I have three a couple more keys and know no one that would use them.

I really appreciate the difficulty,I'm not too far but I have had to start a new file twice because I killed npc shop owners without thinking....I needed a short bow

Hey guys, I can't believe I haven't introduced myself in this thread yet so here goes....Hello my name is Richy and I am a gamer.

I've got a couple of friends that are into Dark Souls and they've told me that they're going to get Dark Souls 2 on PC when it's released in a couple of weeks. It's gonna be an expensive week for them because they're also going to be getting Titanfall as well the same week. Luckily by shopping around I managed to find somewhere they can get both games for £48 which is almost the same price as Titanfall alone(£45) in the origin store.

I recently played the Titanfall Beta and I have to say I had a lot of fun, it has a few shortcomings but those are easily outweighed by the all the good points. One of the many things I really liked was the burn card system and I thought it added an extra facet to the game. Also I appreciated the way the Titans didn't feel too overpowered. I must admit that I was a bit sad when the Beta period finished and considering that there were only two levels and I played it practically non-stop that should tell you how much I enjoyed the game.
