Planet Vape is legit.. I have bought several things off these people.. Very friendly, very fast service.. +1 all day from me...
Their Blaze Showerhead Bubbler works so incredibly well with the EVO, can't even believe it. Milks practically instantly and it just tastes so good coming through the showerhead.
I don't believe I've ever taken the time to come in here and talk about my experiences with @PlanetVape , but I'm compelled to do so now.

Working with PV has been akin to working with a local retailer that knows you by name and always greets you with a smile when you come through the door. I have never expected an online retailer (especially one that is located outside of my country) to take the time to listen to me, address any concerns I had, and even followup by asking for my input.

I don't see PV as a faceless entity, I don't feel uncomfortable picking up the phone and calling if I have a question, comment, concern, or even a special request. They've always been there to hold my hand (sometimes I take a lot of hand holding too, Robert can attest to that) whenever I'm not confident that I'm choosing the right product.

What impresses me most about PV is when I bring up any questions, they always followup with, "How can we change this so that it is presented more clearly in the future." And I sometimes see suggested changes reflected within minutes. PV has a commitment to improving the experience for all their customers day in and day out.

I know I sound like I'm gushing, and if I had anything negative to say you can count on the fact that I wouldn't hold back! That being said, I don't have a negative feeling towards PV in my body.
Gush away King! PlanetVape has treated many of us like neighborhood patrons as per your spot on description. Knowledgeable, friendly, and absolute top notch service.
They rock!
Just want to say thanks to @PlanetVape ! Once again top notch super quick service to the UK. Got a MegaShot 18mm adaptor, for my Honeycomb bubbler and Cloud+. Makes the Honeycomb useable with the extra clearance on the joint and it's awesome. Love the blue glass stopper too. Thanks :D
Wanted to say thanks for the creative, fast shipping of my persei accessories. I laughed so hard when I opened my box to find, packing paper, small bubble-wrap,large bubble-wrap,and a bag of Doritos and cheezies to fill the airspace.......Perfect
Thanks for my package nice and quick PV! You guys blow amazing adapters! Got a 14-18 f-f and it looks amazing on my pieces. Thanks again for the chips!
My PVHEGONG shipped last Thursday. I happened to see the mailman today while outside and was handed my package :) 6 days to my house instead of 7-10 I was quoted! Very happy with my experience
Ordered from half way around the world on a Wednesday afternoon, package was in my hands the following Monday morning. Yes, it was rather expensive express shipping ($47), but a friend and I shared the cost. This is my 6th order with PV since June 2013 and each one has been excellent. Even the cheap shipping option to the UK has been fast both times I've used it.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to leave positive feedback for us and your continued support, it is always greatly appreciated. We have been working hard on new goodies for the Solo, Extreme Q, Ascent, Inhalater, Sublimator, Herbalizer and others. We will try to post more pictures sooner in 2014 of products ready for sale. Up first are glass Sublimator tubes which are a direct replacement for the current plastic ones and our new "ReCyclone" mini recycling bubbler. Hope to do some great contests for FC members to win some great vapes and accessories.

We are changing our FC codes as well to be directly in our signature to ensure use only by registered FC members. New codes will change time to time and will be offering some great discounts.

Hello, PlanetVape. I have a matter of customer service to bring up to you.
I would call in by telephone, but I thought that by using pictures I could communicate my message to you in a more clear way and save us some time.
Fist of all I have to say your shipping is great and your packages on both cases have arrived to my home in Seattle from Canada faster than amazon.com can muster on some occasions.
My concern is in regards to my recent PVHES Turbo order (order #20427).
The PVHES Turbo I just received has air channels that are very shallow, as if they weren't made deep enough during manufacturing.....I am wondering if you guys could help me out with an exchange?
I look forward to your response, and I hope I was able to convey my message effectively.
If you have any questions please let me know.
@Gobrian
May be a stupid question, but did you reach out to PlanetVape via their website as well? Direct communication will always be the quickest route to these CS matters.
Here's an assumption before PlanetVape responds:
You're in good hands, PV will take care of your issue!

Hi Gobrian,
Sorry to see your post so late, as Adobewan mentioned, please contact us via our contact us form on our website or just respond to your emailed invoice so that any problems can be addressed as quickly as possible. We have already emailed you.

as sad as it is to say i can no longer recommend @PlanetVape for people wanting to buy a solo in the US. my solo has a 2 year warranty which only has a month left on it. my solo worked great for the first 1.5 years but now is acting strange. i contacted PV and told them and they told me i have to deal with Arizer direct...

Hi mmenzie,
Your post is not truthful. We take care of Solo returns for customers worldwide including the USA, ask anyone on this forum who has done a returned Solo with us. Only special circumstances need to go directly through Arizer. We had to look up your service request emails which we can't post here, but they date back to July 2013, now you are complaining on FC 8 months later? Review our emails to you from July 2013, your issues were not anything we have seen before so we contacted Arizer on your behalf to get their recommended course of action. As you said your Solo only had a few months of the 2 year warranty left, however as we explained to you Arizer determined your issue was caused by a worn out battery which only has a one year warranty and ONLY Arizer could replace at the time. Sorry you are not happy with the manufactures policies. We recommend Centizens battery packs http://vapepower.ca Oh wait... they are in Canada too, better cross that off your list as well.

Peace and Love,
PV

Thanks everyone for taking the time.....
Hi mmenzie,
Your post is not truthful......Sorry you are not happy with the manufactures policies...
@PlanetVape -
Your post here was timely and anticipated.... wonderful and "as usual".
You acknowledge all and address everything... and you exclude none.
@mmenzie .... Menz.... I love you, and you know I do. Your post came across to me as harsh when I read it, and this comment does not constitute disrespect, but I disagreed with your post... and then I kept quiet out of respect, secretly hoping PV would speak up. They did, and they spoke they truth... at least as I have seen it.
It is possible that someone went above and beyond (and outside of the approval) of manufacture policy (AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE), by helping out .. in similar.. but not exact circumstances...
and out of all due respect, the circumstances you site were possibly handled beyond the scope of manufacture protocol.
PV's actions in this case were simply following this protocol, and advising folks against buying this product here may be uncalled for... I know local people that have had wonderful experience with Solo service.
I hope this comment/viewpoint (that I felt must be spoken) does not offend.

hello all... after re-reading my post i could see how it would come off harsh. Uncle Vito... you know i love you too but let me answer some of @PlanetVape points

PV is ABSOLUTELY correct about the 8 months later and here is WHY it was 8 months... when i contacted PV about the issue they said (you can see above) it WAS a battery issue... not it MAY be a battery issue or it COULD be a battery issue and since i was over my my year warranty on the battery instanly my red flag went up that i was going to have to pay for the repair and was it worth it to send back for a battery issue and then pay for the shipping to and from (international) on top of that. as most of you know that cost would almost equal the price of a new solo. so instead i knew my solo worked and to me i wasnt dead set on it being a batter issue like PV was. so since i was going to either pay for the repair or a new solo i decided to test mine. and test it i did, thoroughly. and in my tests i show negligible loss (don't forget it's over a year old) in holding battery charge. i seem to get the same amount of time from a full charge as i did when i bought it. it still heats up as it should and works as it should... in fact it works almost EXACTLY the same as the day i bought it EXCEPT the weird light issue. Even my emails to Kevin at Arizer suggest he is not sold on it being a battery issue. i even had FC members here look at my video and my tests and don't believe it was a battery issue. in fact... Centizen who PV quoted above reached out to me asking about my issue thinking it was a battery issue so he could help me if it was, watched my video and suggested it was NOT a battery issue and most likely a faulty board that was beyond his expertise of repair.

the reason i was suggesting that US members due there diligence and research all vendors is also because it has been posted many times that there is another retailer that will take back faulty Solo's and handle the returns himself. and since he is in the US also a money saving plus. maybe this is not manufaturers protocol, maybe it is... i do not claim to know that. I do know that it is an excellent practice and i hope he continues to do so. Arizer is requesting i pay them $30.00 for them to ship it back to me after i pay (and they suggested, not demanded express which would be more) to ship it to them international because their US service center stopped taking back warranty returns so it has to go to canada. thats alot of $$$ in shipping if i can at least say. so my suggestion to US solo buyers was so that they could save some $$$ now and in the future SHOULD their solo need to be returned. i am sorry that my suggestion to save a person some money was harsh and out of line and i could see how it was the way it was written in my last post.

i do apologize to PV again for my post coming off harsh when i should have included more details and facts, which is why i wanted to answer some of PV points. i would like to knw something. since PV states that special circumstances must go through arizer direct... what are the special circumstances and what if your unit is originally thought to be a special circumstance and later it turns out it wasnt??

I think I'm going to take a day or two off from posting. I feel myself not as centered as I should be and I need to correct that

i would like to take back my "non-recommendation" of this retailer. my anger is at Arizer for their handling of the warranty issue i am having. i do have a slight issue with PV but i should not have aired it here like i did. i still encourage new buyers to do their research when buying a solo but PV should not be eliminated from that research unless the buyer removes them as an option themselves.

i know i said i was going to take a day or two off from posting but i felt the need to apologize and TRY and clear the air. i am now going to return to my self imposed exile for a couple of days.

Hi guys.
Just want to follow up and say that PV has reached out to me through email and will be sending a replacement PVHES Turbo for me.
Even though I escalated to them through the wrong medium, they reached out as soon as they noticed to take care of the problem proactively.
What a great company! I will certainly be open to buying from them again for my next big vape purchase.

Thanks, PlanetVape! Keep up the great work!!!!:clap:

PNWMMJ,
Just a quick shout out to Planetvape. Received my first order from them yesterday. All was excellent. Reasonably quick for international delivery, good customer service and very happy with the products. Thank you.

P.S. They also included a packet of Doritos Corn Chips (maybe for stealth?). Anyway. I ate them. They were tasty. :0

I emailed planetvape, they said they will be releasing 2014 codes soon.
any update on this? I'm looking to purchase a few things and I'm currently being held up waiting for the discount code...

edit: nevermind the old code "FCLOVE10" still works but it doesn't apply to the GonG just the screens I ordered. So I only ended up saving $0.65

GreenEmber,
Thank you PV for having such a great selection and getting this stuff to me the next day! I order a lot of items online and PlanetVape is absolutely top tier on all accounts. Right up there with Amazon prime in the US.

The PV branded glass is excellent as usual.

Man you tricked me, I was staying out of the herbalizor thread for my pocket book sake. I'm going to have to read the whole thing in one shot now that you brought me to the last post.
Thank you sir!
