End result of both of those companies 1st foray, is customers left in the lurch with broken vapes.(YES 2 different situations, but same results in the end). Although I am sure broken Cloud users feel beter as SM said they would eventually be taken care of(but haven't yet).

LOL, same results in the end?

Well, you die at 10 years old because a drunk guy didn't obey the stop sign. Or you die at 80 of old age. Same results in the end.

The difference is SM was fucked and said, "i was fucked"... here's what i'm going to do.. etc etc etc.
This could have been his and VXC end. But it wasn't.

Yea...dead is dead. Honestly does it matter how you die, you're dead.
Gonna delete what was here, I never want to think about what I typed during the exchange. I never would dream of censorship, but this is different. Blowing what I said WAY OUTTA proportion. YOu did notice I mentioned VXH said they would make ammends when they could.

Same results lol?
I buy MW OR Incognito,it dies, Hipi bolts, I have no warranty or help or working vape.

I buy VXH Cloud, it dies, SM offers pay more for Cloud+ upgrade(some people paid for cloud+ upgrade and still are out in cold, VXH retools or regroups company, warrantees will be taken care of(eventually) or can upgrade for 250 to new EVO, I have no working vape. And still waiting for cloud repairs.

Jack of all trades, master of none.
$250 upgrade due to the manufacturer issues, I believe. Unfortunately for me, I bought mine second hand, so when it goes out, I'm sol. As far as I know at least.

The Versa air goes through the middle of the heater. Which I hope will maintain heat better.
It should certainly help to keep air passing thorough the hot zone.

This is basically the difference between the evo/cloud and the ssv/dbv/lsv as well?
The Cloud's heater cost is considerably more than most, and that's supposed to be a factor, although I don't know any technical details. The insulator around the glass also acts as kind of a heat exhanger to help retain heat. Any time a vape has thermal mass it's a big plus for maintaining temp.

I did not blow it out of proportion, i exagerated the situation so the difference was more noticeable because end results are not the problem here and that is an over simplification of the consequences and the actions taken.
It is the future results that are a problem. And i think VXC has a much better chance of better future results than Versa at least judging from their history.

And i'm not saying VXC is the perfect company, it was not my comparison to start with.

Honestly I believe I have mentioned VXH offering to handle repairs/warranty from the get go, so at least we agree there.
Good time to say, agree to disagree on other points, this dabs for you,@vorrange!

What companies say they're going to do and what they actually do, can be two very different things. I know that Chris said that he's going to take care of past customers that had issues with his vapes from his other company (an attempt at some damage control). Do we know if this has actually happened yet?

Reason why I'm asking is this could be a very good indicator in how customers may be helped in the future if any service issues come up with the Versa, eh, as well as overall credibility.

I really urge any long time members here to post up, if in fact, these issues are being resolved as stated for it would really help to mend some of the negative issues from the past.............as well as the present.

@lwien
Totally agree , offering 2nd chances is the easy part .
It's what he does with it , will be his full redemption .

I don't think he's kept a list of contacts/email addresses of his
past clientele . This is where we need @PoopMachine and
@IAmKrazy2 and others to keep us informed of his new
transformed manufacturing practices . And hopefully get
retributions on the MW & Incog .

I DO NOT wish ill will towards the beta testers , quite the contrary
My past posts are there to see , and I'm still removing the Hook from my Cheek !

I look forward to the reviews , hopefully by next weekend or sooner .

Maybe the mods should consider talking to chris on a more private /personal level amd allowing him to come back.

I dont see how banning him for life solves anything especially if he is willing to return and be honest and upfront.

In my opinion, being honest and upfront is only valid if that was the way he acted before being banned from the forum twice and backed into a corner by paying customers. Versa had numerous chances to come clean of their own volition, and this private conversation happened already. He made it very clear that Versa would deny, deny, deny - and that's what they did until the name on the invoice proved their bullshit.

I like to believe that people are generally good and capable of change. But this is a situation where I think it has been clearly proven that Taylor has no problem deceiving and manipulating people over and over again. I don't think he deserves a third chance, no matter how well written and sincere these apologies seem. Just keep in mind what led up to them and what he would have happily had you believe if things went differently.

Well we can agree to disagree then :)
Respectfully of course

The way I see it is they either deliver an awesome product or they are done. If the initial units are not up to scratch I don't see any way back. Keep in mind these initial units have supposedly been used to produce massive thick clouds in the vids. If they fail to produce that for the early adopters then we know the videos were tricked up as well. I'm still quietly confident. Perhaps I am naive.

I am still hopeful that Versa as a company can succeed and that these vaporizers become great products. I have no doubt that Versa, as connected and communicative as they were will be able to create a new platform for discussion whether it is by making their own forum or leveraging other social media.

It's really only been four days since this all went down, and two of them weekends. This thread has ballooned since everything went down, and I think it's distorting our perception of time when it comes to this issue. It certainly is for me. I think we all just need to take a step back and let the chips fall where they may

Did you miss the HiPi banning? A new name was necessary. As for a new company, that's also a good idea if you leave customers of your previous brand in the lurch.

Well now you can make contact and hopefully get that resolved.

Truthfully, yea, I did. I got so fed up with dealing with him over the Majikwand stuff that I just bailed out of that thread and never bothered contacting him again. I still have my MW.. I just havent used it in a LONG time because its too hard to handle once it gets hot.

For those of you talking about Chris taking care of past customers... Chris has exchanged many messages with me in the past because I was looking for some kind of insulator for the old MW because it got so freaking hot. We traded a LOT of PMs.. if he had any intention of taking care of old customers, he knew where I was. I had no idea he was even back and really havent looked at this thread for a LONG time up until today.

At this point, Im okay with whatever happens either way. My MW is retired and in my box 'o retired vapes along with my NO2, my Oracle, my MFLB and a couple of others. The Volcano would be in there too if it would fit :) Its on its own case and lives under my bed.

I can assure you that we have considered every side of this issue. Banning him solves the problem of FC members being deceived. Let me remind you that this was not just someone who wanted to get around a ban. This was someone who took money from FC members in the past and did not meet his obligations. He created a new FC identity to avoid letting his dissatisfied customers know who he was, and then took more money from FC members. Only time will tell if they will be satisfied.

Just to be clear, whether or not they ever get a third chance has nothing to do with the performance of the vapes.
Perhaps not with FC but on a personal level the vape either kicks arse or I am done with them. I'm pissed at the deception. I don't enjoy being treated like a chump. But if I get a new vape that rocks I will get over it pretty fast I think.
@ Iwien. Exactly that avb was still mostly pristine after 2 or 3 massive rips. If it delivers that then all of these shenanigans will just be a footnote. If it it doesn't then it is one black mark too many for me.

If beta testers get a good vape out of this will the mods consider letting the manufactures back on the forum to speak? If the product is good, which I'm hoping it is, was more hopeful before all of the deception come out. Well I will wait and see.
Nevermind, just saw Stickstones post that it will not matter on how that vape performs.
