Been using the Easy Vape and now have Volcano Classic Solid Valve

When reheating post-vaped (THAT IS STILL GREEN) - I get more vapor/clouds from the easy vape, at 388f - than I do w/ the volcano between 7 and 9 (370-400+).

I exhale little to no clouds (less vapor) from the volcano with post-vaped - this concerns me.

I paid $60 for the easy vape and $650 for the volcano.

I'm trying to tell myself that I like the post-vaped via the volcano more. you're always going to deal with post-vaped at some point before shopping.

not sure what to think. I promised a certain someone (connection) who's trying to save their lungs that they could try out my easy vape - although I'm not sure if I want to lose it now or not...

What's the point of your thread? Do you want to be convinced that you didn't waste your $ on the Volcano?

That 388 on the Easy Vape is much more likely to actually be a different temp, accuracy wise, than the selected temp on the Volcano. No vape beats the 'cano for temp accuracy, especially since bag fillers are super easy for maintaining a temp. The air flow is constant, so combine that with S&B technology and you have king of temp accuracy.

If you're satisfied with the Easy Vape then sell the 'cano. Resale value is also tops with this model. As for a cheap vape providing good vapor, that's no surprise. Vaporization is a simple process, and spending more $ doesn't get you more or better vapor.

I feel bad every time someone buys a volcano. They are not good performers.
Well, a lot of people new to vaporizing end up buying a 'cano because they mistakenly think they need to spend that much to get a good vape, but saying it's not a good performer is absolutely incorrect. The Classic and Digit are both excellent models, just expensive ones that hook too many people due to an overblown, outdated reputation.

I've not used a Volcano so I have no first hand opinion to offer but I'm aware of the Easy Vape and personally would not employ it or give it much of a recommendation because of the air path and plasticity.
If you like thick clouds you might be best served by looking at better quality vapes of the Easy Vape ilk (sort of) such as the Da Buddha or Silver Surfer. There's actually a youtube video comparing the Easy Vape to the Silver Surfer so you can see the difference in performance and differences in build quality. As Max pointed out, the digital temp readout on the Easy Vape is hamburger helper and guaranteed to be inaccurate.

Before I would do anything, If I had a Volcano I would spend some time looking at videos and researching to try and find out why you're not enjoying it. I'm sure it's a fantastic vaporizer, perhaps with a bit of a learning curve.

Thank you Jeff.

How do I delete this thread?

Also, where is the option for removing my account, if I wish?

Dont delete your account, this is a GREAT community to be apart of, Max didnt mean to offend you one bit, there are very few, if any, out to do that here. Stick around for tha FUN!

Now, i suggest selling your volcano, as max suggested, see what you can get. You can get top shelf vapes very cheap, especially around here. As for youe eazy vape, gift it forward and you can be happy you saved someone from combusting, and still have 1-3 vapes that you like after selling your volcano. Just my:2c:

Can you see any vapor in the bag? If not, turn up the temp. I have a Digi Volcano, and I might have known what the highest number on the Classic at one time, but it totally escapes me now. If it goes past 9 (say, to 11 a la Spinal Tap), turn it up. You don't have to worry about combustion: Volcanoes won't start your stuff on fire, as opposed to real volcanoes (I live near Mt St Helens).

I, too, have re-vaped my after-been-vaped (ABV) in times of need (no visable green) and have been satisfied by the visual vapor output, just at a higher temp, say 425-435.

I heartily concur with folks above: there is much joy in sharing and learning on this site. For me, I find FC to be the most accepting and mature. We are all Bozos on this bus....
