Check your credit card statement. Does it say "Pending" for the Herbalizer charge? I ordered mine on Thursday and the $725 charge from Herbalizer showed up right away on my credit card, but it was listed as "Pending". Once it's no longer pending and your card is actually charged, that means your Herbie has shipped. What was the date you ordered?

There are only 11 Limited Edition Herbies in stock (according to the website). Maybe we got lucky and they're shipping our units right away? :ninja:
It's posted to the account as of this morning. It's no longer in the pending status as the company claimed the funds and it's charged now. I ordered on 1-28-14. Would be awsome if it's being shipped out Monday.

Edit: forgot to mention on Herbie website it still shows as processing

I ordered 2 days after you on 1/30/14. A Monday shipment would rock. :rockon:

I got a $50 charge from FedEx. Thought it might be more as I live in the middle of nowhere.
Anybody hear back from Herbalizer on these shipping charges yet?

Mine still says processing and my card was charged. Maybe they changed it.
I noticed you said it was processing on the Herbie website. Where did you find that info on the website? I'm just going by what my credit card statement says.

Thanks. I don't see any info about my order. It's as if I didn't even place an order.

No response to an email sent on Friday. No notice of shipment/anticipated time, but credit card was charged. To be honest, I'm not impressed so far w/the customer service. Sent another email today. Hopefully this one will get a response.

Sorry - of course the would help...

Jan 21(late). My order number was #706(x). I think even without the last digit you should be able to tell roughly where in queue you are relative to me.

Hope you get yours soon!

Ok, here's the scoop (asked by Sheila to pass on the revelation and process)....

Now remember, this only applies to those that made the order/payment deadline as posted here: http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/the-herbalizer-shipping-rambling-thread.11960/page-2#post-509876

Sheila talked to Josh regarding my inquiry and said the issue took them unexpectedly as they believed that NAFTA would be in effect in this regard (us Canucks know how tax chit 'really' works for 'citizens' lol).... anyways, those early adapters affected are asked to contact Herbalizer via their contact form on the website should they receive this Fedex invoice, and that Sheila will contact you to email/forward a copy of the documents to her for either a refund check to be sent to you (or, arrangements made with Fedex to pay for the invoiced tax and fee -- * I forgot to ask about confirmations to know which route they took so we know whether to pay Fedex direct ourselves or not. I'll pipe in again when I find out more about that).

Anyways, as I suspected... Herbalizer & crew would/are honor(ing) their promise and all involved will be taken care of :clap:


As a follow-up to the situation, I received an email to from Sheila stating that the Fed-Ex bill has been paid directly by them. I've followed her response by email asking if they could provide me with a copy of payment for my records should my local Fedex location send a second notice.

That's funny, Smokum. I haven't gotten any responses to several emails. No information about my order is available on my "Account Desktop", my credit card was charged two days ago ("You will not be charged until your Herbie ships.") and no-heads up about shipping method, tracking, time, etc. Not impressed so far with customer service.

To all those lucky people in the FIRST 50 that received their Herbie and a FEDEX bill:

Sheila from Herbalizer replied to me about the FEDEX bills.
Herbalizer is ONLY going to be taking care of the FIRST 50 units shipped that received a FEDEX bill.
If you were not in the FIRST 50 that received their units, Herbalizer will NOT be paying for your import duties TAXES etc.

So if you were not in the FIRST 50 and receive a FEDEX bill it is up to you to pay iy.

Just an FYI!

I never received any 'Duty' charges, only the taxes (HST here), and Fedex's handling fee. All has since been paid by Herbalizer as I was in the 1st 50 ordered and paid by the 'deal cut-off' of December 18th by midnight.

I haven't tried myself to reach out to them yet as they charged my card as well last week. If it was shipped that's great, but a tracking notification would be nice. They are a new company after all . So I will give it more time.

If you hear back from them let me know

This was a general notification just in case people who ordered now and receive a FEDEX bill know that they are responsible for paying it and not Herbalizer.
Sorry if i worded it a bit badly… I changed it to a "Bill from FEDEX" and removed duties.
Hope that clears it up.

Woohoo! Just got my notification that my order has shipped out! Only now wish I lived closer to CA so I wont have to wait so long for me to get it lol.

Edit: I ordered on 1-28 just to give you an idea on the wait time right now.
