both of my Kiss carts died last night. Both times, after my same friend loaded it. i suspect he pushed down on it. it looks like the break is where the resistance wire meets the nonresistance wire.

one had had about 6 grams (winterized) through it and never cleaned. the other was just started a day ago. Both were from the first shipment of Kiss carts to go out.

i knew i should have ordered a Ti Kiss carts at sale price but figured i would wait until all the Herc stuff i want was available.

I have a 1300mAH Vision Spinner and want to try the kiss cart out. I've been using the Gentleman's Mega Oil V2 with less than stellar results. Wanted to try the new Ti KISS carts and know I'll need an adapter. Has anybody tried this yet? What options do I need to select on the ordering page. Obviously 3.7 volts, but what else?

You need this adapter to make the KISS work with a Vision spinner. On the w9 page you need to select the Omicron 2x or Persei style Kiss cart. The ophos style KISS will not work well with the 510-601 adapter I linked. either way its not going to look pretty, but it will work.

Get the omicron lite/omicron 2.xx/persei style (i duno why these are separated on w9tech.com as they are all the same. The only one thats different is the Ophos because of the ego-style threading). For the filling tools, i would call them and they can set you up: 818-849-6133

It is only separated to make it more easier for people to understand. I know what you mean it should not be because they are all the same but we do get an awful lot of "will the Omicron kiss work on the Omicron lite" type of questions.

@PPN we will put the fill tools up soon just trying to catch up on shipping. we just got overrun on orders and are trying to catch up on stuff.

Thats what I figured.

Since you are releasing the Okeanos with the option of 601 or 510 threads, does this mean we will see a 510 threaded KISS in the future?

I'm a little lost... isnt the spinner the ego-c ? And if so, why wouldnt ego-style threading work with the ego ?

Okay guys it's been a while but I'm back... I finally picked up some shatter and I am about to order a cart... Since it's shatter should I go with 2.4 or 1.5 I found my fill piece as well and plan on ONLY FILLING .5 This time after ruining numerous carts by filling .5 then an additional .5

For me , I only prefer 1.5 carts now , they may work better for shatter . imo . I still have a couple of 2.4 empties sitting around .
You might want to look into their new KISS carts , Ti version too .

still rockin and enjoying my Omi-Lite .

As Poonman says, if you are going with the traditional carts go with 1.5.

But, I rarely use those anymore. Seriously consider the KISS, it's all I use now.

How many hits do you get when you load the KISS cart? I only use my omicron light on the go and it's nice not to have to continuously reload.

how well does the sr-74 for 3.7v work for oils? I love my kiss carts, only thing that gets me is having to clean the threads when the oil gets vaped. Always try to keep my carts upright but still they get very sticky. Also @THC SCIENTIFIC when will ti kiss carts for o-phos style thread going to be back in stock? thanks

How much can you load in a O-Phos Kiss cart?
as much as you would take a dab, bb size to smaller.

I would consider the kiss carts but it's hard to come across wax and expensive so I'm more about conserving but to an extent that I can still be getting ripped so I'm thinking about the 1.5 cart I'm boutta go watch a couple more YouTube how to fill up videos before hahah

You can load a fair bit, but IMO should not. Best to load in the .05 to .1 gram (1/20 to 1/10), 1/5 to 1/10 what you might consider an optimum load in an Omicron cart.

As Poonman says, if you are going with the traditional carts go with 1.5.

I don't agree with that. And I think if you check carefully you'll note he said he (an experienced user) prefers them for shatter. That's a whole long way from 'new guys should get 1.5 Ohm carts with whatever they have', IMO. Experience makes all the difference here, and shatter calls for more heat typically.

I remain convinced new owners should stick religiously to 2.4 Ohm carts until they master the system. Really master it. Higher power carts can get out of control way too fast, wrecking them and the goods inside in the process. Leaks, burnt oil, feed problems, the lot await those newbies who jump in the deep end blind.

Guys who plan to "go watch a couple more YouTube how to fill up videos" and jump in are on thin ice IMO......first off, does anyone know a single such video on how to properly load a cart (per the W9 instructions), I sure don't.

Stick with 2.4s, weigh that cart dry, load no more than half a gram, follow the instructions on loading carefully (paying extra attention to the preheating of the center section), never do dry burns for any reason (including 'pre oxidizing'), be sure you're drawing air before you hit the button, and keep drawing after the hit until it cools off, add another .3 or so when you hit .2 from dry weight and you'll do much better.

Good luck in any event.

I am using the SR74 attachment with a PERSEI.

However my drivers are 2.4 carts and I use these mostly.
The 5.0's I use as well however I need to use up my inventory!

1.5's I've never tried?
The K.I.S.S. carts I love!

I thought he was an experienced user. He said "I'm back". Misunderstood.
