oh ya forgot to mention this...the purple is NOT AIR TIGHT...therefor when you store iso in there it just evaporates over time...losings is cleaning qualities by the day 
If anything store the iso wash in a separate air tight bottle and just pour some iso into the mini purple bottle when you need to clean a stem..then simply pour the iso, that's in the purple bottle, back into the air tight bottle of your choosing.

Even if it evaporates you could just pour some new iso in, cap it and hold it under the tap with hot water to heat the iso up, shake and any hash that condensed in the bottle should redisolve into the iso.

70 or 91 is perfectly acceptable, i vaped a bowl of pd vape oil made with 70 and it ws great

Wow shit dude where do you buy 99% at ? I cant find it anywhere down here.. how many mls is the bottle?
EDIT: Thought id clarify.. i have used 91% and it works great, 99% just takes less time and id like to try it out, ill probably continue to use 91% though.

ive been trying to find it, but i cant, i just wanted to thank whoever suggested to keep a small amount of water in your mouth and let the vapor flow over it. i love the flavor you get when you swallow the water. its just utter unbelieveable. also helps in the cooling department substansially

I've tried anything from 22% alcohol, to the 99.3% ones from the chemist, it was a game of budgeting for me. If there is one advice regarding the cleaning agent, I'd say that anything 70% and over is very acceptable. 300 ml of 70% iso here costs around 3.75 USD, and 475ml of 99.3% iso costs around 15 USD.
The purple little containers that come with the PD are excellent for shaking the clogged stuff away.
If they ask you (chemist/pharmacist) whats the reason for the 99%+ grade iso, tell them its for cleaning electronics, they'll understand

When I buzz butter my
I give it the usual coating all around the woods surface, EXCEPT going over the top part of the unit. I refrain from even touching the top of the unit. At the end of buzz buttering my wood I rub all of the waxy oils towards the top part of the wood I haven't buttered yet. This way it keeps from getting waxy odors in my hit.
NOTE: I'm not talking about the wooden inside lip. look at this pic if you still cant fathom what im talking about

Any one ever freeze well-dried herb, and when u r ready to vape, crush it immediately after pulling from the freezer with your fingers? It grinds down to an near powder consitency if the weed is dry enough. Seems like a good tek to try with the the PD if you dont have a grinder or if you like to experiment...

good tip man...ill try that one. When you put herb in the freezer the trichs will fall off much easier. they get really brittle and tend to 'snap' off when put thru a keif grinder 
yet another tip that should be in the grinder thread to help improve peoples keif production in case they are fiending for more keif

ive been using the pd with a RooR i recently purchased and ive found if you put the pd under a pillow or blanket it will get a little warmer. same with the can cozy that been suggested before. ive kinda liked the slight increase when water/ice filtering

I accidentally messed up my small hemp blow out the duff bag last night and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a site where I can order a few bags that would serve that same purpose - I like the small size of it. There's sprouter hemp bags available but they are much larger which is inapprorpiate. Or any "tips and tricks" as an alternative...

I never really used the hemp bags for my duff. It was too hard to clean up and didn't work well for me.
I use the PD bowl holder for my duff. Don't even have to blow -- just put the top down, bang it against the side once or twice and it slowly, but surely fills up the lil' cup...
Also, the PD stem holders bowl mates perfect with most GONG style wands for vaporizing -- so you can just reload it from there -- sucking your duff straight out of the container, into the wand! Works great.

The bags we use are muslin.
What started me on this blow bag idea for the kit, was using one of those bubble gum bags. The Miner's Gold or Santa's Coal type. You know kids gum, little nuggets in a bag. You can probably find them. Cheap and you get gum. Mmmm.

thanks.. that looks very cool. i notice that when you expel spent material it requires a really solid exhalation to thrust it out completely and the reason i like the bag is because the material doesn't get blown out of the container but what you have is narrow and deep so it's designed with that in mind very correctly.
