I finally found a concentrate hookup in my area. I got this wax for $40/g. I think he called it "purple cocaine" :lol:

What do you guys think? I tried the lighter test with it and it doesn't spark up so I think it's purged well.

I just picked up more of this stuff to get home to find out it is like a fucking sand. Nearly powder. Is there anything I can do to "solidify" it or at least make it easier to load on to my KISS cart? It is just going to fall down to the sides.

if you warm it "as is" it will solidify somewhat but still be crumbly.

or you can make it to the texture of a tootsie roll by adding then purging out alcohol.

Haha, I actually made those for mvapes as well. I use a vacuum chamber to purge my runs, low low low heat <110F MAX, lots of flips and patience. Usually can get it stable enough to crack and be "shatter" without a problem.

i have no problem making shatter but it still wants to stick to the slick sheet im using to evap out of. i have to "fold n rip" to get at it. even then there is some left behind. then i start scraping it off. this works but isnt ideal because it flakes up and flies all over. shit sticks to everything.

i was hoping to just peel it off in one pile like your pics.

Are you using a vacuum pump or just heat purging?
You'd be surprised at how much more you get out with a pump. I used to have a problem with it sticking as well. I'm no longer using a slick sheet though, right into pyrex, then scrape onto parchment that goes into the vac.

i see. so your still scraping from a pyrex? making sense now.

i was under the impression that you peeled it off something directly after evap.

i dont run tane. i do qwet runs and use low heat and a fan to evap. after the evap i remove it from the slick sheet or pyrex and use low heat to make it a more finished looking product.

An oz of wax? fun fun fun!
Just remember if you don't dab a lot, that honeycomb loses its flavor/aroma/potency faster than oils/shatter because its more exposed to the air (which causes oxidation).

I picked up some 30/g dewaxed GDP oil & some 15/g girlscoutcookies kief! (Not to dab but its certainly concentrated)
