I held off on ordering the water pipe adapter adapter until others get theirs.

I'm hoping this will pair well enough with a hydratube

Considering all the action that this thread was getting, it sure is quiet in here as of late. Any updates from anyone?

Yes, they sent out an email to all the contributors to the Grasshopper campaign last week. The purpose of The email was to confirm all orders, accessories and color options etc..as well as to let everyone know things are going as planned. If you ordered one of these devices you should have received the email. As far as activity on this thread; I wouldn't expect much activity until mid February when the first units are scheduled for delivery. Until then there's really nothing to talk about LOL...

Green goes to brown, n that's what I stand for.
Any idea how much these will cost when they come out? I kinda wished i had pre ordered one but i rarely bake anymore so i wasnt sure if it was worth it.. less that $200 i hope! I could settle for $150 including shipping assuming they work like a charm :)

I am thinking it will be at PAX pricing or alittle below at the $200 -$220 range judging by the retail package price they had on the indigogo and then calculating those retailers wanting to make profit on top of that cost.. But that's a guess.. Which is why I hopped on it asap because I had a feeling the price was not going to be that when it hit retail. So I feel If this does what it says.. It's going to change everything.

If this works as advertised a small long-lasting powerful discrete device price will not be a problem. What are we willing to spend for devices that only meet 1 or 2 of those criteria. From everything I have seen the only negative I can think of is it's small load but if everything else is as shown I could live with that and I'm sure someone can come up with a more convenient loading system. Were going to have to wait and see just what the reality is when people have them in their hands. I hope it's as good as they say.

I hope those who missed the funding and are on the waiting list (like me) can get theirs by march.

If it's like what they say it is, I'm willing to pay 200+ if the lifetime warranty is really a full coverage warranty (but can't be on the battery). If performance is good it's so worth it....can't wait to get an eta.

Well, they ALMOST have their website set up where backers can add to their orders. After all this time.

I'd say shipping the actual product by Feb. is wishful thinking, but am willing to be pleasantly surprised.
