Now I can get brown abv every time I want it, my nice t° spot is a little bit under the maxi.
Elb could stucks in the heater and when you use it upside down herbs go down in the elb far of the heater(and comes out unevenly vaped), that's why the Epic Gong will be better (I'm waiting for one and others accessories that I forgot to order, fuckin'brain!)

Happy new year FC'ers

Oh fuck. Andy this is amazing vaping experience. EV-2. How can the E-nano make this better. I use this herb in my shitty pen doesnt get me half as 1/4 this high. So smooth and just amazing, tasty too. you were right the 19m to 19m gong adapter wouldnt work. I just use the tube it was just as good. Thank you for your patience and help

I certainly do hope his 19-19 gong adapter works, why the hell is he selling it? I've been in pm with Andy and it never got mentioned that they don't even work he even adjusted the site so I could order on 23rd, still waiting btw...

SSVUN~YAH,
Just loaded up the ev2 19mm gong and hooked it up to my blaze for a nice Sunday morning session http://www.planetvape.ca/blaze-glass-stemless-bent-neck-disc-diffused-tube.html and it works just fine :smug:, maybe not as thick vapour as it's little brother can manage but I find that in general anyway when comparing the two vapes

Any chance you can take a quick pic with your EV-2 on this piece. Looking at the store pic, I would worry that the EV-2 would be too thick to sit on that slide, but I'm assuming it's not. Very interested to see how it sets.

Also, I don't get why some are saying the Nano provides bigger hits than the EV-2. Granted, I just got the EV-2 and have not been able to drive it much, but my Nano (now out of commission, perhaps for good) has the same heating element, right? Why is this "big brother" supposedly less powerful than the "little brother"? If anything, logic dictates it would be the other way around.

As of the first of the year I am no longer making the EV-2. It's just too expensive and difficult to produce and I will be focusing all my energies on the Nano family. I will be selling off most of the remaining stock at half off.
Rest assured I will keep a good supply of spare parts, accessories and replacement units on hand should anybody have any warranty issues in the foreseeable future.
Thank you FC community for your continued support!

Sincerely,
Andy

When I turn my ev-2 off after it makes noises (like glass is breaking!) for several minutes, I think it's just the glass is retracting becoming colder, I don't see any break on the glass...

Is it normal?

I don't know if this is relevant or related but i had a gn0me for some time and then it started making the same cracking noise like glass breaking and sure enough about 10-20 uses after i heard the cracking it broke. The inventor of the gn0me told me that glass can have scratches in it (sometimes internal and hard to see esp on ground glass ) and with thermal shock they can lead to breakage so just be aware and careful I hope that's not the case for you

That was 1 person , who got that from standing it on a metal surface i was told, i prefer this to the nano, the taste is miles better, its my number 1 vape!!

After several days of hard scientific testing I can say that EV-2 is a nice vape for long and tasty session, the taste stays pretty nice to the end of the bowl, perfect efficiency, really smooth and I like the logvape ability to stay on all the day, ready to use (it's my first logvape, first device without autoshutoff, I like that!)
There is cons, it's definitly not a big hitter, you can get pretty clouds but nothing extraordinary (in boost mode), it's not a cloud chaser device.
I don't try concentrates in, I don't know if there is enough heat to vape concentrates entirely, perhaps somebody tried it?

For sure, I'll keep it!

Hi Andy, I'm awaiting a package from you, it's not hurry, are you thinking about it?

ps: Package is here now, thanks Andy

Really? My experience is different. I've just used the whip and my LSV wand, my bag of goodies from Andy should arrive today. So I will be able to test the direct draw and gongs! I've gotten heavy hits from both the wand setup and whip. Prefer the direct draw over the whip for big rips. Efficiency is more dependent on the user than the vape, as long as the vapes temp can change and you can manipulate draw speed, packing density, screens, etc etc you will help the efficiency.

So I got one of these bad boys and it's awesome I really love it Andy is a great craftsman. I was wondering why the nano family is so much more popular, I know it has a faster warm up time but it looks like the airpath is metal vs ceramic and glass on the EV2 and I am wondering why people prefer the nano? I have always liked ceramic and glass and a nice gong fitting to metal and just wondering why people dig the nano more, is it a size thing? either way it is excellent and I couldnt be happier. The taste on my vapolution is still better but for sessions with multiple users this thing shines

I've got a walnut EV-2, 2 direct draw stems and 3 gongs headed my way! I have had my eye on the EV-2 for a while now but have always been skeptical because this thread never took off. I guess I'll get to experience it first hand in the next few days.

I use my underdog as direct draw 99% of the time because the load size is so small so I'm hoping the larger bowl on the EV-2 will be sufficient to give me back to back lsv size hits without having to dump and repack every hit ... if so it'll be a used through water the majority of the time.

Thanks for the great deal Andy

Right on MHL, I am sure you will be really happy with the EV2! I also have a sweet walnut unit that is a heavy hitter, provides really big clouds. Glad to hear your getting your hands on one!

As an all around performer I like my EV-2 more than my LSV! However through water the LSV/wpa delivers clouds and an overall better hit, that I haven't been able to replicate. I also think the wood looks better than the metals and plastic of other vapes, when it's set on my glass.

I'm thinking to buy a better converter according with Centizen mine (45W) is not power enough that's why I need many and many whispy draws to get a full extraction...
But it works and my favourite way is dry direct draw with gong and VXL glass mouthpiece, it's tasty and smooth

Hey all, couple questions as I fine-tune my new EV-2. I was getting only whispy hits when the unit was set to "On," but I would get strong hits on Boost. On the other hand, I don't trust myself to remember ti turn it off of Boost, and the instructions said not to leave it on Boost for a long time (what exactly does that mean? One hour? Five hours? Overnight?)

I decided turn up the heat a bit and ended up going all the way on the + side and then backing off about a quarter turn. Now this thing is hitting like a beast on "On," so I don't have ti mess with Boost unless I want to heat up from cold more quickly.

So the major question: Any worries about running it on full high for long periods of time?
