Why did you stop selling the "Da Buddha vaporizer" and "Silver Surfer vaporizer"? I bought three of those for me and my friends. Will they come back?

As much as we'd love to sell these again (they're great vaprorizers indeed!), we're having a difficult time importing them. Lots of paperwork and difficult communication as they need to be produced with EU-plugs. I sincerely hope we're able to get ahold of some stock before the end of the year, but can't guarantee anything.

Hello.
Do you know the date when you gonna get Ascent from Da Vinci for EU customers ?

Unfortunately no exact dates have been provided yet. As soon as EU stock becomes available, we'll be amongst the first stores to carry the Ascent!

Guys I ordered once from you, an arizer solo power supply, which stopped working after a month. You replied that you can't find another till mid december. After 2 hours you sent me an email saying that you found one and you'll send it to me tomorrow. I must say you guys that I didn't expect that and you really made me feel very happy. Everything I'm buying for my vaporizers from now on I'll buy from you. Period.
You have great prices and very low shipping charges, you are the best.
Thank you

PS Please consider to bring arizer solo stealth adapter and PHVS stems!
PS2 First post here, hi

We've recently revamped our website (and logo). The new site features a ton of updates - both under the hood and visually. Problems/questions/compliments/insults? Please let us know!

Sugestions:

1. Higher end acessories: Jyarz, Cvault, Boveda Humidipacks, good grinders like santa cruz shredder and spacecase

2. Bongs and bubblers for water filtration, also some adapters like male-male adapters, a sherlock adapter, some ashcatchers, etc

3. Lose the low end models which just make people turn away from vaping like Eagle Bill, Vapo2, Vapir Oxigen, VaporDaddy and Vapir Oxigen

4. There are a couple new units that should feature there like the Lotus, the Hammer, the Pinnacle Pro, and the Firefly and the Versa (since you don't have 7th floor models anymore).

What i find most annoying in EU stores (not just Vaposhop but your direct competition as well), is that i can't get everything in one store. I need to get a bong in a store, a male-female adapter in another and a vaporizer in another.

I'd like there to be an EU store that is about quality products and diversity, and where i could buy everything i need, from glass to a container to a vaporizer.

I can't do that in an EU store. Well, everyonedoesit is the one with most choice but it has less choice in vaporizers and it's more expensive.

About the site itself, and the design improvements. I like it a lot, nothing to add on that front.

One thing, i would try to create some sort of guide for the new comers. Before i found FC i went to your store and i had no idea where to start, this is, again, something that is a problem in every store but a simple guideline with a classification in several variables like autonomy, flavour, durability, size, stealth, etc... would be a tremendous help for someone new to vaporizers.

@vorrange thanks so much for your insightful suggestions!

We're actually working on a number of the things you suggested, so it's good to have these thoughts confirmed. Your post also serves as a great reminder to why we participate on FC.

Unfortunately it can sometimes be difficult to source certain products, whether due to lack of CE-approval, manufacturers not caring so much about the EU-market or other reasons. There's also the 'legality' issue, which can be restricting in doing things the way we'd like to.

@FrogDR As far as I know, we carry the latest version of the DV Ascent - and expect another 'fresh' shipment in the next week or so - although I'm not aware of any recent changes.

I understand that sometimes it is difficult to bring products from the US, but i know UK online stores with space case grinders and cvaults and another who has jyarz, just to quote examples from acessories.

All i'm saying is this: if i need to buy a vaporizer i usually spend enough to get free shipping. But most things that are not vaporizers usually retail for less than 50€ which makes it uneligible for free shipping.
Which is fine, i think the shipping should be shared actualy but that is a whole other discussion.

What happens is, sometimes the things you need are cheaper than the shipping which makes you not buy them. So you wait or you don't buy. If Vaposhop had everything, i would spend 100€ at the time, or i wouldn't mind paying shipping since i would pay it once.

Because if you got all you wanted in all stores you would likely spend as much in shipping costs as you do on the products themselves.
This is a problem for you because we end up buying less.
And let's not forget the hassle of having to check the mail, or having to be home to receive the package, etc etc.

Having cheap products is a problem as well because then people won't continue to buy better products because they feel it does not work.

Vapor stores are not exactly mainstream and 90% of your potential clients don't care/don't know/had bad experiencies about vaporizing.

You should not expect this to change. It is up to you to change this. It is in your interest because the people who already are informed about vaporizing just make their own mind regardless of what you'll do and will buy vaporizing products using the same reasoning as when you're looking for a digital camera or a bycicle.

Some cheaper products are great like Solwe products (Vaponic and Vapocane), i own the Vaponic and i love it.
But it should be noted that it is difficult to master, that it has a longer learning curve than a genie and it's miles away from a digital model like the Solo in terms of learning to use.

All this information should exist in your website. You have a website for informed vapers, the difference is the EU market is VERY small for informed vapers.
At least that is my personal experience both online and offline.

Regarding shipping costs, I believe our shipping rates (for orders with a value below 50 euro) are amongst the lowest in Europe (in similar stores). In any case, they're much less than we pay our forwarder (thus you could say these costs are shared). We also offer faster express shipping at a very affordable rate, again below the price it costs us.

And while we certainly believe some products are a great addition to our assortment (and we're constantly on the lookout for new interesting stuff), our main focus lies with vaporizers and accessories. Many 'headshop' items bring a whole set of extra challenges when it comes payment methods and dealing with banks and such.

With the new website we definitely try to position vaporizers as more mainstream. Our product images (and coming soon, videos) are a good example of this. I do agree that providing more in-depth information can be useful, although there are many excellent blogs and informative out there where vaporizers are reviewed and rated, and many of our customers have done thorough research before they make their purchase.

Nevertheless, thanks again for your input. The first emails in order to get a hold of some of the products you mentioned have been sent :)

I know, i didn't mention it but i think you have the best shipping rates. My grip is just for a costumer they start to add up since we don't use just the vaporizer but a whole array of other acessories and little improvements that, speaking for myself, i need to get in 3 different stores.

Water pieces, storage cases, grinders and glass adapters should feature in a vapor store as they are items a vaper will be interested in getting to have a more confortable experience.

And above all, quality products.

All head shops have low quality grinders, storage cases with bob marleys and leafs plastered all over and overpriced cheap vaporizers.

You guys don't, and that is a relief and very welcome to the community. Keep it up!

My first post here. I plan on being a regular contributor as VapoShop has sent me a mflb. I must say, I was very impressed with VapoShop. I made a small mistake when ordering my item and sent them an email about it. When I checked my email in the morning (it was late evening when I originally emailed) my inbox had three e-mails from two different employees at VapoShop both of whom reassured me the problem was already taken care of. When my mflb arrived, it was like a dream! So, thanks to VapoShop and this forum for holing my hand through this. Next up... A desk vape! I wish VapoShop still sold Da Buddha. Is there any place in Europe that has a good price on it Thanks again all!

Thanks for your review the_vaped_crusader, happy to have you as our customer!

Regarding the Da Buddha: We're quite bummed ourselves that we no longer carry this vape. The reason for this is that as of late, it's been rather difficult (next to impossible) to source 7th Floor products through EU distributors, and the manufacturer is not accepting new distributors or able to help us out in a different way. A real shame (and their loss as well), but we'll keep trying!

Don't they have a "C.E" (european conformity) issue at the moment ? I read somewhere (on that forum) that lots of Vape shops in europe stopped selling the DBV / SSV because of that matter. I also read that they were actively working on that issue to get that "C.E" (months ago i guess)

This has not been communicated to us directly by the manufacturer itself, but could well be a possibility. We have not heard any news or updates on this matter, so I'm not sure whether it has been resolved.

What is your experience with delivery time to Germany? Do you have a rough estimate on how long it takes from ordering to arriving at my doorstep?
I have to plan accordingly so I can be home on the date of delivery.

Looking forward to ordering a Solo from you! :)

Most parcels arrive within 1 or 2 days after shipping, since we use Express delivery to Germany. Depending on your payment method we will ship the order as soon as payment is received.

I hope this helps. Feel free to contact us any time regarding the status of your order!

Lately I've been ordering through Vaposhop since I've heard about their fast shipping. Indeed I placed my order Sunday and it was here Monday or Tuesday ! The product had a problem so I was a bit disappointed.
But never be afraid of Vaposhop since their customer service is really on top ! Being in English or French, they will respond to your demands fast and are really willing to "help" you if you happen to have any misadventure. Your money definitely won't be lost, even in case of return ! This is what pushed me to order another product instead of getting my cash back !

I will look forward to Vaposhop and I hope as others said here, that they will carry more vaporist accessories for us Europeans.

BIG UP Vaposhop !
