Also, as for shipping weight's what everyone is seeing right now does not apply. We have a lot of packages that FedEx are coming to pick up Monday, they have a new system where we don't worry about the shipping weight (and we just place a placeholder) then there system automatically updates the shipping weight once it is in their hands.

Update from Fulfillment team: We ran out of Canadian Customs paperwork, we ran out of Customs forms and you guys will be handled on Monday!

I recently mailed my evo in with minimal packing materials and without the cord or anything else: 1.6 lbs.

Ok, wait a second. Does this mean all contributors should have gotten an email by now? Did I miss something because I still haven't gotten an email. Do I need to submit a ticket?

The response from the support ticket I submitted was that everyone remaining will receive their notification on Monday / Tuesday. I'd submit a ticket to ensure VXL and you are on same page.

I am a pre-order that initally was a 3-5 wk wait. I've tried to patiently read all the posts to determine timeline...just not following very well. If this coming Friday is the end of the 6th week from order date, should I be getting excited, or has the timeline changed?

Go back to page 41 for SM's announcement and then follow the thread from there looking for posts by Troi. IIRC the IGG North American contributor shipments should be complete early this coming week, International by ~end of month. Pre-Orders will follow, but I don't recall seeing any announcement with dates for those.

My tracking update says it's left Federal Way! I could, conceivably, get my EVO back tomorrow. More likely Tuesday, but damn... sooner than I expected!

thank you. I certainly shouldn't whine. Mine was pre-ordered in Nov as a Christmas morning present. I am reading people who donated in July! I'll be patient. Kind of.
