hey so I recently injured my neck and was wondering when using the straight stem if its fine to hold the solo horizontal, basically holding it flat? (blunt like position instead of bending my neck holding the solo verticle) Does that effect the evenness of the burn? or detract from the solo?

Also If you guys are in no rush and using the solo, do you find that u take 2 sessions (more than 12 min) per stem? Or do you guys finish usually before it turns off? I dont mind flicking it back on as it usually gets back to the desired temp right away. Just wondering

thanks for the replies guys

PS: its been 10 days since i ordered my PV stems, still waiting AHHH haha

Most likely not.

It's the milk fat you want. Not some substitute. I won't work with reduced fat milk even, the junk often put in the packets doesn't stand a change to bond with the good stuff. Stick with the real stuff. There's a reason why butter is so commonly used in making eatable treats, Alice B. Tolka's brownies would not have worked with today's 'fat free' foods.

If you're set on using the mix (most likely because it's what's handy?), splurge some this time, use a healthy dose of real milk as well (not skim or low/no fat)......it fact cream would be better?

You can get back on the diet tomorrow, you've got too much invested here to blow it I think?

Good luck.

Sorry, I don't think any of them will work. You need fat. As in butterfat. That's why coconut oil is so useful.

You don't want 'healthy' here.

The gig is the THC bonds to the fat and you absorb the fat (and with it the THC). Due to some evolutionary slip up soy didn't make it into the gene pool in time?

You've only going to get one shot with that stem, I advise against experiments......

2x 12 min sessions is pretty common here to finish a packed stem. (biggest drawback of the Solo IMO, but far from a deal breaker)

Try switching to water eh, I find that cuts down on the session time and you can control how fast it goes by with how hard your pulling

Hmm well I do have coconut oil on hand. I can just use that with some milk to absorb the THC but wasn't sure if that'd really be worth it, hadnt looked into using the other options. I make giant batches of weedy coconut oil all the time. I suppose I could just mix some with the stem to clean it out although I don't have any fresh stuff, it's all already been infused ;)

Butter and milk are out of the question. Not a diet thing, I've been vegan 10+ years

Soymilk has about the same amount of fat as lowfat cow milk. Quality cocoa powder also has a good amount of fat in it. Maybe between the both of them that's enough? But if you have coconut oil already, may as well go with that....

I happened to notice that when I plugged in vape to use it was on 3, after 1 1/2 sessions it was on 2. Not sure what it means but thought I'd share. It's clearly losing power when using charger while vapin though.

I make my gong as well you cut it so it has just enuf so that the bigger bit at the bbottom will make a seal or do as i do and just put some ssv whip on the end then wedge on a 18/14 adaptor on the end and you have a good hands free gong
