Tomorrow morning is court. I get to be a witness against the former neighbor who is related to the trouble making former HOA president who likes to harrass people. I witnessed myself being harrassed by the loser right before that idiot tried to kick open my door.
I'm happy to get this over with finally. But you know what really pisses me off? Is how the original date to do all this was back in Mid November. And the judge allowed it to be delayed until the new court date tomorrow. Delayed? I wanted this over and done with, and now because people are to lazy the date somehow got delayed.
Another problem with this. Is that I moved because of the harrassment from the HOA president until I would drop the charges, to the point that ended up making me MOVE! And now I am barely making payments with this new more expensive place. Part of me being happy about that court date was that finally an incident that happened in August was finally being dealt. And I was hoping that if this got done with in November that the HOA president would lay off after the proceedings and I wouldn't have to move or put up with the harrassment anymore.
Well it happened though.
I just hope that the judge can do their job right this time. And not extend the date again simply because the defense ask's it because the defense is to lazy to get this thing done with once and for all.
I mean how can you delay justice rightfully?
A delay has already cost time, energy, money, stress. Why do that all over again? In fact why do it the first time. Why not instead of being afraid of the law just getting it over with, and be judged?
So wish me luck. And if I get harrassed on the way in to the court house or on the way out I will just get a restraining order against the HOA president for harrassing us why we are assisting the state of WA press charges on a degenerate loser who breaks the law.
