Iv just made a peanutbutter sandwich I found if u put the peanutbutter m&m's on there to u can't even tell the avb is there cuz of the crunchy shell takes the grittyness away I'm also useing extra crunchy peanutbutter just wanted to share my exp

I been eating my avb for few nights now helps me fall asleep and get to deep sleep fast
