Arizer Solo

I've been following the last couple of Solo drops and the delays have always been on Arizer's end. Not that I'm pointing fingers, but a group buy service is not a store. Massdrop explicitly states you can expect a lengthy delivery time. I'd advise everyone not to use Massdrop if you value quick delivery. My first experience with them took over a month to deliver and my 2nd took nine days (both internationally). But they are consistently the cheapest you'll find (incl. shipping) and they will honor the guarantee.

They've been thinking about alternative shipment options (so you can pay for quicker delivery) but I'm not sure whether they acted on it yet.

Yes I followed the last one. I'm familiar with group buys. Just giving you a heads up and expressing my sadness. I thought I could handle the wait if there was a delay, but I'm more anxious than I anticipated.

hey what is the consensus on HE stem from planetvape? Prob looking to get the HE shorty non turbo. Also they look to be out of stock, any idea how quickly planetvape gets the he stems in? Also is there any discounts for FC members?

Also are there any complaints on the m1d model was about to order it

They can be long to come buy but are well worth it. I feel the shorty extracts more effitiently than the reg he. Its my go to for tolerance control as well.

The day i decide to reclaim it in milk shall be interesting..

Hey spoutti, I think your stem beats mine damn:rockon:not by much but it does. I am not thinking I am going to toss the reclaim anyhow as I am having issues with edibles and the like with my head. I thought herb was suppose to help migraines well you can't prove that by me.

Enjoy whatever you do with it.

how many of u are ripped on your solo right now. i am.

You are ripped on my Solo right now? Ah, ha! So you're the one! I wish you'd clean it out when you're done....... At least once in a while?

And recharge it from time to time? It's kind of a buzz kill to reach for the trusty Solo to find it full of ABV with dead batteries you now. Give another vaper a break?

Thanks.

Edit: And don't even think about asking to borrow my car, I already know how much gas will be left in it when you return the keys........

I remember being quite impressed by your stem. Never thought i would get the discipline to do it myself.
And here i am with an elephant dose worth of reclaim :smug: after about 4 months.

Last 2 times i reclaimed after +-1 month and got light effects

But my guess is reclaim is kinda of lesser quality since its been exposed to O2 and light for longer times. I shall see and share my results soon, like next week.

Anyone got one delivered internationally? Buying one from New Zealand and a bit worried if it breaks i'm going to have to send it back to Arizer which could be an issue if it's been used (even if it's been cleaned thoroughly). Anyone had any experience with sending one back using the warranty internationally?

My Oz experience FWIW: I shipped a DOA one back to the fleaBay seller - but I'd submitted the warranty form on the Arizer site and discovered that there's an Australian rep who got in touch with me and offered to replace it - even though I'd bought it from fleaBay. Check with Arizer (sales@arizer.com) to see if there's a NZ rep? Arizer are very good about warranty repairs it seems.
The second part of the answer is about safely shipping something that might have cannabis vapour condensate or ABV in it - that requires some thoughtful cleaning. If it had been used, I would carefully clean all the glass, the heater chamber and the body with isopropyl alcohol to ensure there's nothing a customs Beagle might sniff on the way. After prolonged use, I've found some particles of ABV inside the lower compartment which might not be a good thing to ship - low THC but technically it's still cannabis to the forensic botanist.

I'm not sure you would even need to send the glass back. I was asked to send just vape and charger when I shipped mine back to PV.

My model is M1B1, works great. The PVHES work very well but I am one of the few who like the standard a little bit better. They seem to vape a little more complete for me and being that I don't live in an area where I can walk down to the corner dispensary, efficiency is important. It also seems to generate denser clouds for me. But I know others who have the opposite experience so....

I prefer my PV stems. I prefer my PV straight stem over the turbo stems. I haven't tried the shorty, yet.

i would agree with this. the stock stems work perfect IMO.

and if you are running an oring/washer mod you can always just insert the stem, then just pull it out about 1mm and you will get the same airflow as the PVHES. i can see this not working at all if you are not using an oring/washer.

i have always found it hard to justify buying the PV stems simply because the stock stems give the same performance (aside from the hands free aspect of the gong stems).
