yes got my HC battery xmas eve I couldn't have asked for a better pressie for myself !! I have gne from 2 12miute sessions to at least 12 12 minute sessions now I can use my solo without constantly worrying about getting it back on charge thank you centizen your instructions are real easy and if I can manage with my sausage fingers anyone can do it !! thank you again centizen its probably one of the must have buys for any solo owner!!

agreed. before my solo was just good enough for me alone for maybe two sessions. Now I have no fear of as much use as necessary in any given night. I think I ran it through ten cycles the other night for three of us and never once sweated the battery.

Hello there everyone, just a quick update.

To all customers that placed your order on or after December 20th, I regret to inform you that I am having some issues with my supply chain. My latest order of Panasonic batteries was not shipped out to me, even though they were listed on the shipping manifest and were paid for weeks ago. I am in the process of scrambling to find a new supplier in North America that can supply these cells promptly so that I can fill these orders as quickly as possible.

If you have any specific questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact me through FC or through email. I will update this thread again once I have found a supplier and have an estimated date of arrival on the cells. Thanks again for all the support, and I am really sorry for the delays.

I am waiting to get the component cells that I need to build the batteries. I am expecting to receive a large order on Friday, and will work over the weekend to get all of the orders filled by Monday.

Canadian Tire will have it, your looking for size Phillips #00 specifically, there's usually a cheap mastercraft set with one in it for under ten dollars. Asking the employee with the grayest hair is probably the fastest way to find it though.

So after waiting a bit of time for my package to arrive (@CentiZen and I agreed that the holiday time frame was to be attributed for most of the delay) here in sunny Florida, I can safely say that I'm thoroughly impressed with my new High Capacity battery pack. Came fully charged, and I'd say I can easily get 7 full cycles on max temp through my bubbler (my preferred choice, as it reduces my usage considerably while still packing a punch.). This is in contrast to my original pack, which had reached the point where it actually had a bad cell within the battery and led to very a sporadic and practically unusable device. @CentiZen's battery is better than when my solo came new, and that's just plain awesome. He was also very cordial and accommodating with my shipping woes, and handled the situation well.

All around a great experience through and through! I hope to use this battery till I run it dry another year or 2 down the line, we'll see how it holds up over the next few months.

If you're considering this option, I highly recommend it!

Oh yes! I cant wait for it! I appreciate you taking your time and effort to help us with failing batteries. Its way cheaper than buying another solo plus it upgrades it. Just need to go get a screw driver that fits, dolarama kits any good?

That's basically what I used, just a super cheap small tool set. I don't even think it was labeled jewelry related, but that'd be what you're looking for if anything.

Centi, since you more then likely can buy in bulk really cheap, maybe include a screwdriver with the batt or make it an option? Just a thought.

I've been considering this, but I'm having a hard time finding well priced ones in this size that are not junk quality. I'm still looking though, and if worse comes to worse I'll probably carry them as an addon for a few dollars to be able to afford the better quality ones.

I won't be updating the item stock until I have completed and mailed out all back-ordered batteries. However, I will have some left over from this shipment, so if you were to place an order today you will get one from this batch. There's also another big order on the way I'm expecting any day now, which I'm hoping will let me build up enough inventory I'll never be back-ordered again.

I intended on buying a hc battery at this point since my solo can't do more than 3 sessions without dying. It's less than a year old!

However, had to file a warranty claim to have a LED fixed so it's been sent off. I'm hoping they just replace the whole unit. If not, I'll be grabbing one of these.

I was going to suggest, like Dreamer, that you include the screwdriver in the package. Just my opinion, but do most customers really need a high quality screwdriver? Seems as long as it works a few times, should do the trick (that would keep costs down and make you seem like a generous God for giving them away, lol). I am someone who has A LOT of tools though, so maybe my opinion doesn't count since I wouldn't need one anyway.

Glad things are working out with you getting these batteries back in stock. You've found a way to provide a necessity for many of us here. You got a good thing going. Peace.

Think I may have to get one my solos battery seams to be dieing on me but I'm looking forward to 50% extra battery life

A battery ordered today will be be mailed out around the 12th this month. I'm just waiting on the shipping channels to resume after the chinese new year at the moment.
