Have you tried letting the bullet soak some of the heat from heater chamber ?
Also is it really cold where your at?
The other day I went to the marina were it was insanely cold and my PNP was taking way longer to heat up and I couldnt get good hits. I had to lett the bullet sit for 10 seconds or so give or take a few seconds to get any visible clouds, then I was forced to bump it up to 4 and only then started getting okay clouds.
I have heard some mention of this ( a few now) but never experienced that till i went some were colder than my area.
I had different results with different herbs, sativas seemed to not get me as much vapor but still felt medicated, the Indicas/ Indica Dominant strain's (or maybe is the placebo effect) gave me more, or at least felt like I got more vapor.
Hope you get it sorted out.
I can get slightly bigger hits with water tool and higher temp like 3-4, the good hits start coming by the third hit.
yea its normal for sativas to give less vapor and indicas for more vapor. no matter what vaporizer i used indicas seem to be taking hits from a bong.

Damn. I might have a faulty unit, since I have to pull very hard to get even tiny bit of vapor. (like 3x harder than a normal cigarette). No water tool for me. I've tried with both chamber caps and and with/without mouth piece too.

That doesn't sound normal. Have you tried a different bullet? Is your herb dry? Merry Christmas FC.

So I'm sitting in the mall parking lot getting ready to go in, just about ready to bump up to level 3, I already had a level 2 session, and a single blue light keeps scrolling up my PnPro then it shuts down.:\ I tried to turn it back on but the blue light just scrolls up. However if I let it sit for a minute and try turning it on it turns back on like it should but then at about the 5 - 6 minute mark it scrolls the blue light again. It's happened 2 times already. Anyone else have this happen? I don't think it's timing out. Is it overheating? What do I do? I'm scared....:(

Yep too hot man.

Thanks for the response. But I gotta say that's a little strange, a couple sessions at level 2 & level 3 and it overheats. I've done a few back to back sessions at level 5 and never had heating issues. @meduser420 Has this happened to your PnPro before?

I also have never had an issue with over heating when using up to level 5, sounds like the battery, maybe not but mine does this blue light ascending only when the timer kicks in to turn unit off.
If the battery is lower than setting 3 , lets say level 2 , I get the unit ascending telling me the battery is to low!!!

When my PnPro "times out" at 8 minutes the lights do ascend, but they ascend in a group not just a single ascending light. The color of the lights when it "times out" also depends on what level I am using. For example when on level three the lights ascend in green, when on level 5 the lights ascend in purple, when "timing out" it never flashes "charging blue". When my battery gets low and wants a charge the color of my lights will alternate between "charging blue" and Green when on level 3, purple on level 5 and so on. When my battery is to low to even turn on without plugging in, the bottom most light will flash "charging blue" very fast. What happened to me was a single "charging blue" light that was ascending. Wow...I just re-read that and I'm kinda confused:doh:.
If you understand this post Thanks in advance.

Seeking My Shangri-La
What's a vacation?

There is never a rhyme or reason why emails don't get a response. It happens once in a blue moon unexplainably. Let me explain how our CS department works to give you guys an understanding of the process.

Every morning Eric goes through the emails and either responds immediately if it's a small problem or calls me if it's a big one to see how I want to handle it. Even the most complex problems never take more than a day or two....

With that said, we also have a guy named Dave that answers the phone. He lives on the east coast and forwards the CS calls to his cell and people call him at 3 am lol. He answers what he can and tries to provide quick service.

That's pretty much my entire team right now other than salesman. I apologize for anytime we are slow to answer, I know it's frustrating when a product has a problem. But rest assured we are never on vacation.

Happy Holidays to everyone, I hope everyone has a safe and fun time!!
Much appreciated, TRVB. Happy holidays....and I promise not to call Dave @ 3:00am...

after using mine on 5 a few times that is what it does too then shuts off…
I would imagine at times the Pnp needs to cool off if the heater gets too hot.
I would be curious about that. Maybe you should email VaporBlunt. Mine has never turned off after getting hot, usually I don't go past heat level 3, I've only gone to level 4 maybe twice.
I don't have access to oils so I don't go very high on the heat.

Call Dave!

I would try pulling really really slow, this is how i get the biggest clouds. I think if your draw super hard you just cool down the heater too much.

I have to clean my screens once a week with Everclear. The fine mesh gets clogged almost instantly. They pop out very easily but don't go back in so smoothly.
The included cleaning brush works really well after you let the screen soak for a little while.

is it safe to put the chamber and mouth piece in rubbing alcohol ?
Yes, just be sure to do a dry run before dropping in a loaded bullet. I prefer food grade alcohol over iso propyl.
It may be best to only soak the screen and not the actual mouth peice. As I am not sure the long term soaking effects on the weird plastic.

Since my charger connector broke I have found a few other random chargers with similar size connector around the house. But none of them have been exact. So the connection fades in and out.
I asked Vapor blunt for the specifics about the connector type. The CSR told me he had no information.
I have little faith that I will get anymore useful info out of him , so I have taken it upon myself to solder new leads onto the device.

I am working on the complete tear down of this vaporizer.

If anyone wants a video of the finished mods I can work on getting one up.

Good news so far is the battery is completely replaceable with little work.

awesome , engineering said it would reset the heat settings , is your unit heating as usual??
WOW, good work!!!!!
Id like to throw one of those 30 amp sony or one that can extend the battery life and quicker heat up as well/!!!?

Just bought a Pinnacle Pro yesterday after I fell in love with my friends'... Wow. I fell in love with it again- it's really an incredible unit! I get thick cough-inducing clouds at setting 2, and I got to test the FMJ today... hell yes.
Thank you, VaporBlunt.
Time to hit it again...
Welcome to the club:wave:

Sweet, congrats:tup::tup::tup:

Pretty powerful for such a small device:rockon:.....huh?
I never used settings 1-2 so much, but now that I let the bullets heat soak for approx. 5-10 seconds between hits from the hot herb chamber I get rich thick longer lasting vapor on the lower setting. I also like that this little vape can make me cough by either hitting it dry, with PNWT or a even a larger water piece.:tup:
