I just finished up my first session with my new nano, and it was great. The vape is easy to use and efficient. I think I used less than .1g and got a dozen or so tasty hits, and a few surprisingly large clouds with the dial on 6-6.5. I got a walnut model, it is beautiful, the pics don't do it justice.

I'm getting really close to picking one of these up as well. With all the positive reviews and the awesome Christmas discount it's hard to pass up. Especially since my EVO is still nowhere in sight. I'm starting to think the E-Nano will be my new daily driver. Exciting!

Anyone care to recommend which stems they prefer? Should I pick up an extra of the honeycomb/pinched stems as well as the standard it comes with?

Question... any of you guys running your nano with a car power adapter? I see a lot of different 110v adapters but they all have different wattages. Suggestions?

E-Nano from Epicvape

"Using my Kill-A-Watt meter (the same one most people use with their sub) I have observed the Nano regularly draw anywhere from 21 to 27 watts when set to 10 on a cold start, it will decrease over a one to two minute time span until it levels out at the advertised 15 watts.

Just in case anyone was wondering about what type of inverter to get."

I think Vito successfully used a 60 Watt converter

Edit: He did and he ninja'd me with it

I always try to use a 60 watt inverter
Out of curiosity, Would you happen to know if I would need to use my enano plugged into the step down converter then plugged into the car inverter to get an enano to work in a car. I not sure if that was confusing but it confused me... :p I live in AU (220v) I am not sure how these different voltage devices work or if there "rules" still apply to use in car.

Id assume your local purchased car inverters will put out what is standered in your area, but total guess at that.
I think your asking if a USA car inverter will work in a Aussie car? I think in general most small auto systems are 12v so it should. Notice all the 'guess' 'should' I just searched quick so....
I'm sure bob knows if he pokes around here.

Ahh yeah sorry that was confusing. That would eliminate the use of the transformer in the car if a USA car inverter would work Thanks for your help. gives me somewhere to start. Appreciated.

Okay guys, I FINALLY got my Nano! I typed this up for another member in a different post (looking between an LSV and the Nano) so mods, please forgive the x-post. I've edited it some to fit the context of this thread a bit more though.

Wow, I'm baked! Please forgive me if this isn't as lucid as can be.

Anyway, the first thing I noticed was HOW SMALL this thing is. Now my other flower vape is a Solo. I was expecting this to be roughly the same size or so but its actually SMALLER (by a decent bit). In fact I dug around the packaging material thinking he didn't put the unit in the box, lol!

Obviously, I eventually found it and immediately plugged her in. Went to set the dial to max for heatup and noticed the dial goes to 11. Mind you, it will actually only turn to the "10" mark, but Epic Vape put 11 on the dial in what I assume is an homage to this epic movie clip:

This wins all sorts of points in my book, but I digress...

Set the dial to "10" and let it warm up until the wood felt warm to the touch which took roughly 5 minutes (keep in mind I was also outside). Dialed it back down to 6.5 as suggested, let it cool for a minute and loaded up a stem of some DNA Genetics Tangie flower (for taste purposes, this is the best tasting/smelling bud I've had for a LOOOONG time):

kpsr.jpg

Now I ended up going through 4 stems as to be able to try different techniques. My first stem was a fail because I tried to load it like a Solo stem. Way too much, and too fine a grind. Meh. Anyway, long story short my best results were from tearing a VERY SMALL nug up with my fingernails, dropping it in and hitting it 1 to 2 times @ setting 8. Even with a dry path this was more than tolerable for me (on par with 5 or 6 on a Solo) and resulted in great flavor. It also resulted in a cloud large enough that I could see it in the fading twilight out on my unlit balcony. Impressive.

The extraction process is very fast. With smaller loads I'm thinking you should be able to kill it in 2-3 hits easy, while getting it dark brown. Super efficient and quick sessions if you do it like this. Of course you can take your time and milk it like a Solo at lower power levels I assume?

Oh, and I should note that I bought this used.

Obviously I need to get technique down and Ive only used it once. So far I'm impressed though! I cant wait to try this through water via my PNWT @BLAZING OG

Now please, any tips on how to properly use this are VERY welcome!

Oh and @ACE OF VAPE , my GonG and extra stem came in the mail! Do you suggest using the supplied screens in the all glass stem as well (if I want finer grinds) or would larger diameter screen work better?

Oh and does the light just signify the unit has power or does it indicate anything else?

I also tried some amazing blonde King Louie OG Crumble sandwiched between 2 small pieces of cotton shaped to fit the e-nano gong , I turned the heat level to 9.5 and I was milking my tube so thick it looked like combustion smoke but it wasnt :o:o:o it was all vapor, perfectly tasty, truly vaped oil with hot air:rockon::rockon::love::love::drool::drool::bowdown::bowdown:
The flavor really shined, and vapor clouds were huge:o and lovely.
I will be doing this more often, I got huge hits off the crumble but from a smaller amount than a normal sized dab, I could see this device conceiving concentrates as well as herb but with no compromise in effects & cloud production:nod::nod:
Okay, I finally gave this an honest shot with mine, as I've never really tried it "right".
I have some incredibly wet, sticky, dark budder-ish stuff, which I normally just dab. I put maybe a dab's worth on a tiny scrap of organic cotton puff, smeared it pretty thin & even, then rolled it into a ball sort of shape, and stuck it in the glass stem.
I'd bumped the dial up to Max on mine (just past 9.5) - I agree about "11" on the dial, btw - then pulled it back down to about 8.5.

Wow. and... fuck, wow.

Okay guys, I FINALLY got my Nano!

You can vaporize "DRY" or "WET"!
I'm leaving the country so I'm trying to vaporize 2 grams a day because I will be in cold turkey mode for a week! NANO sessions continuous until I go to LAX!
Today the strains are very potent.
The NANO surprisingly will F^CK you up if your not careful!
However the flavor for me personally is divine!
I pulled out my one of my water pipes as well.
WET & DRY!
Caligula find your sweet spot!

As we say on the NORTH SHORE: "GO BIG or GO HOME"!

I'd rather go "BIG"!

The PNWT pairs really well with NANO!

A tiny bowl loaded with a tiny drop of amber oil (for testing purposes) and heat set to 9/ 9.5.
Enjoy

Iam glad you liked it, I almost coughed up a lung in the process lol lol
I was not expecting such good results :o:o:o:o

You can view in 720P HD.
The herb and oil work as well as just oil and a piece of cotton, amazing!!!!!
