Your lack of any comunicatio doesnt bode well for the 2 year guarantee or the 7 day return or customer service .

I replied to your email last night to reply to my personal email address. Not sure why you didn't see it.
Edit. Took care of your refund this am. Your order #587 shipped last week. Let me know how you like your Nano when you receive it.

As far as I know Andy's customer service is top notch. He normaly responds very quickly.
I have not used the warranty but the members I have read that have, say it has been very fast and professional. And they have always been satisfied. I can understand your frustration. You felt that you were being ignored. But you are new here, so take some time read through the e-nano thread and the posting rules. Hope this helps.

Thanks everyone. I got the refund today for the first order which I made a mistake with. What a relief! The second order, which you are saying was shipped this week, is still showing as 'pending' but that's just a detail if you say it's shipped. Of course, when I receive it I'll by chipping in with my experience good or bad (compared to my previous experience with the Extreme Q).

Don't worry about the "pending". Mine showed that for a few days after I was happily vaping with my nano.

Think you will LOVE this compared to the EQ. I've had my EQ for more than 3 years and used it couple times a week (at least) til I got my nano. Now? Pull it out on occasion for bags or just a change of pace. Never seems to stay out long before the nano is back front and center. Why? Flavor, efficiency, ease of use, table space and I just love this thing!

Just got my first GonG adapter (plus replacement stems)! Can't wait to try it out with my VaporBros Bubbler

Do you guys get shipping info typically? I bought an extra stem and a gong from Andys website on Thursday, and got a payment email but nothing further.

Related news; my Nano is sitting at some USPS sorting facility a few miles from my house. Damn you for not delivering on Sunday USPS!

@nkotb is that a VB mini hydrator? Please LMK how it works with the nano.

Ive got my cloud and e-nano synced to produce almost the exact same ABV. both loads are the same product, at around the same temp. I filled the e-nano up 1/3rd of the way as well as the ELB for the cloud. The cloud obviously has more airflow so it didnt "milk" up as much but I would say the cloud exhale size was roughly about the same.

BTW, this is the piece I won in photoriders contest, thanks again man!
(that is spent ABV in the e-nano picture and fresh oregano in the cloud pic)

I am very happy that I got this vape! As I sit here, fully medicated. It is my daily driver when I am home and has been since I unboxed it. Also have the black base my nano. There are 3 reasons I would recommed this vape over any destop currently in this price range (and above in some cases)

1. and formost is efficency. It takes half or less of what I use in other desktops in a single dosage to render the results I need.
2. Is quality of vapor/vaporizer. With the glass excluded this thing is built for life. Flavor is amazing and once you get to know your dial it is easy to find the taste/effect desired. Glass is great but has a short life span in these hands
3. Very rewarding vape for the price!

It has taken me so long to type this. I had a point? Uhhh.. that's it, if you are lurking quietly in the background not sure. It is worth every penny I saved!

Andy said he did not know why some get shipping notices and some don't, but rest assured he will get them out to you ASAP. I had a breakage and had to place an order. He e-mailed me and said he was out of town for the holidays, but would send it out when he returns. My nano order I never got a shipping notice and it came it a timely manner no worries.

I keep being more and more amazed at this unit, I tried the tinniest amount today and turned up the heat and could not believe how efficient but yet super satisfying the end results were

Still playing around with my technique but I think i have dialed in on loading really small amounts and turning the heat way up, the results are some large clouds, high heat extraction, super even abv, dark dark brown with no signs of combustion or anywhere close to it. I noticed the further the weed is from the the heat element I can get the high heat extraction I need and prefer and not scorch the herbs at all, before I was loading way to much and I would get a hot spot in the center but no burning. I usually stir and gets a another nice cloud anyway so it didnt bother me. Now with the smaller loads and 8.5 or so on the dial I can still get huge tasty hits that take my pain away within minutes and is almost a one hit extraction with the material being nice and even brown, and if I stir I get another nice cloud and its now coffee brown.
I also tried some amazing blonde King Louie OG Crumble sandwiched between 2 small pieces of cotton shaped to fit the e-nano gong , I turned the heat level to 9.5 and I was milking my tube so thick it looked like combustion smoke but it wasnt it was all vapor, perfectly tasty, truly vaped oil with hot air
The flavor really shined, and vapor clouds were huge and lovely.
I will be doing this more often, I got huge hits off the crumble but from a smaller amount than a normal sized dab, I could see this device conceiving concentrates as well as herb but with no compromise in effects & cloud production

OG's less is more method works well. I think I was loading it with more than needed, and with just a small amount I get a nice even bake.

Exactly my experience so far, less is more.

Andy emailed me and said it went out on Thursday. Awesome customer service seeing as how is Sunday.

I completely forgot to add that In my pics I was using mexi-brick oregano. Obviously with high-grade the density and production of the vapor would be much greater. Might do a high grade sesh here in a little and if so Ill snap some more pics for yall.

I have the Precision. The mini is made of two pieces (elbow and hydrator), and the precision is three (elbow, hydrator, mouthpiece). I haven't tried it yet, but hope to do so in the next day or two, and will share my findings.

Some pretty awesome news for people looking for a personalized enano. Been talking to Andy by email about a custom nano I wanted to get for a xmas present and he has been super helpful and his customer service is amazing!

Even helping me out with the the design and also giving me some feedback on what woods would suit, extra special customer service. Epic!

He let me know that the personalized enanos are going on sale after Christmas also with an amazing range of new woods to choose from: redwoods,purple heart,cherry, maple,walnut,paduk.
The paduk really interest me, looking on the web, some really nice color there and I love redwoods too! Hard decisions.. First world problems...

I cant pay using a credit card? Theres only a pay pal option when checking out. Yet their website says i can use a credit card.
