I haven't shipped to Germany before. No, they don't have A CE certification. A European plug is not possible because the heater is designed for 110v. You need a step down transformer and converter. I have successfully shipped to 5 other European countries with no problem.
There's a 20% discount code. I can't remember it but it's been posted in the last few pages.

So the parts would be the glass piece, the 18/14 reducer to the GONG from Andy, to the Nano. Is that right?
I would buy the 18 mm GONG from Andy, right? Will the 18 mm one with the metal screen work from Andy?
When you take the glass piece often then oh, how do you set it down without it falling over and breaking or spilling?

I got the walnut, the pics towards the end are more of the color I see not that vibrant looking one, I think I had my camera on hdr or vivid for the first few.

Got my new Nano, but could not get the tube out of the case. When I did finally shake her out of there, she hit the floor and broke. 
No worries, I also ordered a GonG. Stupid me, I got the wrong size 14mm. Oh well, I ordered a couple of new tubes and the correct 18mm GonG so I will be golden soon. I improvised with a piece of clear tube that fit the 14mm GonG and did a couple of sessions. The first was OK, got better with the next. I'm diggin' this little unit.

I think that's the camera filter making it look like a black base. Correct me if I'm wrong BOG.

Never realized till you mentioned it that most are in chrome or polished.
I kinda like the black one now that Iam paying attention.
There all so classy though !!!

Its free untill you want to download the video, then its 99 cents a video or you can pick a monthly rate or a yearly rate. This is temporary till ISP gets the ball rolling again, but I do have to say they look way pro compared to my usual videos lol lol the camera angles arent pro but all the cuts and filters and transitions make it pro job, very cool and easy app to use.

The base is (or was) anodized aluminum, the inner core is stainless steel. No shit, two people. Are they all coming in black now? The contrast with the cork looks cool but I prefer the silver because it more or less matches the ss core. Either way I like them, just really caught me by surprise.

The black would look sweet with some really blonde or white type of wood.
