Any chance you can explain what glass/water pipes to buy? And what attachments?

I see 14.4 and 18.8 and pwnt and pong, etc, etc.

I'm assuming there are many different types of glass that work with the pinnacle pro? You just have to buy the right size or something right?

I really don't want to have to read 100 pages to find the answer.
If you can make the time to read 100 pages you'll find more than just the answer to your specific question. You might even find it quite enjoyable. It will also cut down on the number of pages all of these threads are. Those of us that followed these threads from the beginning know what I'm talking about, the same questions asked over & over. I personally enjoy vaping & reading the threads for each vaporizer I own or will potentially own. Cheers & I hope you enjoy your PNP =D

@ TherealVaporblunt,

Is it true that somewhere in these 100 pages... TRVB or engineering stated that the 1st post on page 100 gets a prize?

Holy Sh!t.... that's me!!!

I hit mine dry all day, I start at level 3 and bump it up to level 4 if I'm not satisfied. I understand this wont be comfortable for alot of you guys who are accustomed to water filtration, but it really doesn't irritate my throat much at all and I'm amazed at how many hits i get from a 3/4 not packed bullet. I use the PONG as the mouthpiece and hit it straight from that and i get very nice hits from the start. Keep in mind i use a really fine/dry grind so that is most likely helping vapor production. I still feel that this is an awesome vape esp for newbies who have never vaped before, I tell first timers just hit it like a blunt nice and slow. It really keeps its temp well, I have been vaping with multiple people and we get nice hits consistently without having to let the heater catch up after taking a pull. Overall i love this vape the only drawback is the taste isn't amazing after the start of a session, but I am not a flavor whore(no offense) so this doesn't bother me too much as i am more concerned with the effects which are amazing. Happy holidays and happy vaping !@@!@!@

Hi Guys,
I'm new here on the forum, and vap world ( ecigs aside ). I have read the first 25 pages of this topic, and am -almost- definitely interested in this pinnacle pro vapo.
So I called a retailer in France to know if they sell it. But apparently not yet, they seem to wait for EU certifications. Does someone know something about that?
Besides, he told me this vapo seemed to be very good from his USA contacts returns, but considers the Ascent to be the greatest vapo and the reference of the new year. I'd be glad to have your returns and have some pros/cons review between the 2 vapos. Thanks.

I have both, the Ascent and the Pinnacle Pro. I favor the Pinnacle Pro, even though the flavor is better with the Ascent. The good flavor lasts for about 5 min. with the Pro.

I get more medicated with the Pnp than the Ascent. The battery last about 50 min on the Pnp and about 90 min. with the Ascent, I think the battery does vary from unit to unit with the Ascent.

There is more of a learning curve with the Ascent, but it's getting better because the FC community has been reporting back, as to what's working for them.

There hasn't been as many returns with the Pnp and the company didn't keep teasing the public about when the unit would be released. Davinci kept promising that the unit would be coming out any time for like 6 months but that's in the past.

Both companies, VaporBlunt and Davinci have great customer service. Everyone has their likes and dislikes
regarding each unit.
It depends on what you're looking for. Both units are very portable. In my opinion the Ascent is a bit more smelly, but the Pnp there also is a smell when the herb is heating up. I know when the Pnp is ready because it gives off that smell we all know.

The Pnp is rough on the throat for some, I enjoy using it with the Water Tool that VB has paired with the unit. You can buy the Pro without the WT. The Solo is also a great unit, not quite as portable. To vaporize is the way to go, whatever you decide.

Some of us like a variety of vaporizers to use.

I do level 3 and sometimes 4 dry as well, I don't travel with the WT. When I first started I coughed a lot, still cough on occasion but much less so, I blame the heat more than vapor density. Only took about a couple weeks of use for my throat to get used to the dry vapor and the coughing to diminish. I do use the WT at home though and love it, it works great at cooling the vapor. I prefer it that way, but don't have trouble with dry pulls after some "practice".

Love my PNP but the heater died last night. The lights indicate that it is heating up to Level 5 but it cannot get past about Level 1...and the lights ramp up much faster now implying a quicker heat-up time. But that is obviously not the case. I've not spilled anything in it or dropped it...keep it in mint condition.

I've sent an e-mail to Vapor Blunt but am still awaiting a response with a return number.

Was just wondering if anyone else had this issue and a possible fix (I know, not likely)?

Hope everyone is enjoying theirs...love this vaporizer...when it's working...:(

That sucks. I hope these things dying isn't a common problem.

I had the same problem with my original PN, not the pro. It was replaced by TRVB under warranty.

Had same problem with unit bought last Sept, worked for about a week then the issue you mention, returned under warranty from TRVB and received a new unit that's been working fine since.

I still dont understand how you guys use this thing dry?!?! Out of the ten people that tried it, including myself, could not rip it dry at any level above one without extreme discomfort. With the water tower it was amazing but I felt like I was damaging my throat when it was on dry and the one time I did a full session on dry with a buddy both our throats killed for a while after that. Keep in mind I love using my PAX and SOLO at MAX temps as well and am fully comfortable taking 10+ second draws with those temps too.

I never tried it before I sold mine but I felt that adding a little tubing to the mouthpiece might cool it down some but I would personally recommend getting the water tower if your getting the pro.

Well the PNP loaded with oil soaked cotton seriously kicked my butt last night.

I've been using cotton as a filter in my SSV wand. Once it got so gunked that the air restriction was too much, I removed it, cut off a small piece and loaded that into a bullet.

Tried level 4 with the WT, but the coughing was uncontrollable and unfortunately I couldn't suppress one cough during inhalation such that I coughed into my WT and got water into my PNP. It sizzled quite a bit. I turned it off, shook some water out, switched bullets to a dry one with more oily cotton and kept going!

This time I used level 3 and my bubbler for more diffusion (and to keep my PNP upside-down). Ridiculous vapor production and medication. I prefer this to my concentrates pen methinks.

I was disappointed that I mistreated the PNP like that, but natch quite happy and impressed that this little beast is still going. I'm hoping I acclimate to the hot vapor as Mister G has.

Noob question, but how's PNP vaporizing compared to mixed "tobacco/canna" traditionnal combustion?

Thanks, Mister G.

Yes, their customer service has been good. My problem is that I live in a very remote area and I am most likely looking at a 1 to 1 1/2 months turnaround time. *sigh* Such is life.

Happy your PNP is working well, my friend. Take care.

I did receive tracking on my replacement, which was sent USPS priority. It took a little over a week for my replacement to arrive on the east coast.

I did a similar thing for the first time last night too, only I've been using cotton in my bong, just beyond where the PnP fits into it, and the same in the PnP's WT. So much oil had built up in the cotton in the WT that I put that in a bullet, placed some fresh cotton back in the WT, turned the PnP up to 4 and got major vapor production (thru the WT). Bare in mind my lungs are very sensitive, I think having replaced the old cotton for new helped me not cough while vaping the old oil filled cotton. Cotton really is helping me take much, much bigger hits from both the WT and my bong, with the PnP, its great.

For what its worth, by far my fave thing to vape atm is half finely ground flowers, and half kief, mixed together. The taste on level one is incredible, and one bullet will last me a good four hours or so :D Too much kief tho and the mix congeals too much inside the bullet and blocks the draw somewhat. I'm also finding hits are much easier on the throat/lungs if the bullet contents arent packed down at all.
