glassblowersdirect.com has a recycler for $99 here: http://glassblowersdirect.com/bubblers/ My *guess* is that they would charge less than $80 extra to make one with a female joint instead of male. Might be worth an email. I think someone further back in this thread or the recycler thread got one with DI and posted info maybe?

Thank you , I have seen that one and looks cool.
I wanted a bit of a larger one hence the under "180" but some one did get that and paid extra to get it custome (larger and a female joint) and didnt get either just the same piece in the picture.
Iam for sure picking up something up from GBD, but for sure wanted a larger recycler.

I got this same piece from a LHS about a month ago for $40 +tax. I love it. It's pretty solid and it does just what I want. Works great with both my DBV and my Solo.

I aim my torch for the center of the nail and rotate slightly, blue flame just a cm or less from the nail... only takes 5 sec or so to start to glow, then just wait 4-8 seconds after the glow to hit (a bit faster than a Ti nail due to the lack of thickness in comparison). I use a flower bowl as a carb cap on it as well (which you can try out)

Jam, the glass you re using the lotus with, isnt that sized 18mm? i cannot see from this angle, do you need another 14mm adapter when u are using with the lotus wpa as in the pic?

yeah you gotta watch how high they put the top of those percs, the slits being so far up will insist you add too much water for the volume of the piece. That is the hang up I have with several of the glass pieces listed here, the perc is just not placed correctly, or too big for function. There are a bunch that are working well too, so its just about looking closely.

I ordered that one with the female joint instead of oil male joint, it's still pending to arrive :spliff:

Plus the percs are crooked as shit.

I like the last piece, except it is so close to another one I bought except for the blue hc.

I have just ordered a PnP and the WT but would like to get some more glassware to go with it. Are there any adapters to make the PnP fit a 18.8mm stem? or any 18.8mm male to 14.4mm female adapters? im having trouble finding any of these products anywhere. i dont mind just running a bubbler with a 14.4mm stem but would like the option of a 18.8mm. If anyone has any good cheap glassware that they have run with their PnP and was the goods can they please link it. Thank you

I was disappointed in the proportions of the one I bought from dhgate (http://www.dhgate.com/store/product...ass-vase-perc-water/175832535.html#st0-1-null). It took 12 days from order to delivery, so can't complain there. The glass quality is also good. I haven't looked at it with a magnifying glass, but at arm's length I see nothing that says cheap. But the can is smaller in diameter than my Ion (more so than I expected) and the mouthpiece/stem is larger. What were they thinking? With the water level just barely above the perc, using the EVO with it makes me feel like water is going to come all the way up into the vape. IMO big EVO and little bubbler is a bit of a mismatch. Even a nice easy draw creates an explosion of water. It's more of a psychological problem than a real one, but it makes me uneasy nontheless. It's a much better fit for smaller vapes with a more restrictive draw. If they had this design with Ion dimensions, I'd gladly pay 3 times as much and feel like I was still getting a great deal. I'm going to put in a buying request for bigger can and narrower mouthpiece. Hopefully somebody will realize different proportions will work better.

I put the water line just under the top of the slits on mine, and it seems to give a decent perc. Ya might need to play around with water level a bit, though I don't doubt that each one is made slightly different and will also have variations in performance accordingly. It would perform better had they made the perc about a 1/4" lower in the one I got. (dhgate reti knock off)

On the other hand, I love this piece. So much that I bought a back-up!

It's great to dab, and it's exceptional to use with the Lotus. I use the low-pro reducer from PlanetVape and it works a charm. If anyone is looking for cheap glass to pair with the Lotus, this one is it!
