For those that have had the Pinnacle Pro for a while now, have you had any problems? Do portable vaporizers last a long time? Just wondering if I buy this or a Solo if there is a good chance that they only last a year or so before something fails and I'm out $200.

@TRVB, can you help me out here? I ordered a set of bullets on the last day of the black friday sale, but immediately wrote an email to cancel because I noticed that even with the coupon, it was cheaper to order off of Ebay.

I called the next day and spoke to someone who said they would let whomever it is that needs to know to cancel them, yet I still got a shipping confirmation a few days later. I called back and the person I initially spoke to (Dave I think) said that the people who who were supposed to cancel must have forgot to do it, and to send an email with my order # and address and he would send a return label.

The package came in a few days ago, and 2 emails and another phone call later, I still have no return label, despite being told it would be sent.

I see there is a lot of discussion about cotton, if the main objective is to keep the screen clean then give this a try.
Put a pea sized nug on top of your nearly filled bullet and push it in snugly. This will keep the screen clean and also puts more herb in the bullet, more IS bettter:brow:. the other advantage is nothing will spill out of the bullet even when dropped.
this idea was first suggested by dreamer for the OG pn but works also on the pro.

Shit, if there was any indication that the discounted water tools had ugly gold labels on them, I never would've bought one. I'm hoping muratic acid will do the trick, I'm not in a returning kind of mood. :(

I'm sure @jeff would be more than willing to purchase it from you. He forgot to order one.

It does show that label on EBay, but not the website. Weird.

EDIT: Well that was fun while it lasted, after only one day of use, either the battery is totally dead or the charger is. Either way, the PnP Pro is refusing to charge at all...

EDIT2: I shouldnt post so quickly, just got back from the shops with loads of new travel adaptors and fuses, and we are now charging again, which is both :love: and very much :doh:

You guys are so nice to think of me!!! I also don't remember seeing a label. VB's website is awful though. Those CGI renderings suck. Then you see a video and are like whoa those are nice!!

Da vinci oil cans are tha way to go.. Im using mine without that silicone cap

Edit: i meant to post this in tha OG pinnacle thread.. But i just drop it in, herb side up and use my pong. If it doesn't come out, a simple paper clip will pull it out. I dont know if td matter in a pnp or not.

I use them sometimes in the pn. Just drop it in @Kaptan. I use herb in mine and I have used cotton but not wax as the pn is not hot enough but I wouldn't anyhow as there are better ways to do wax. I wouldn't do it without the cap cause the can can get caught and you need the dv tool to get it out. Hope this answered your question.

How about we send you some more bullets or something to make up for the confusion?? That way u don't have to return anything, but it's up to u. Let me know how you want to handle it, sorry you had to deal with this.

The quality of the Chandelier Water Tool Attachment is fucking unbelievable. Top notch. I'm taking minute long oil vape rips through it and not feeling a thing until my lungs are full and I'm too far gone.
Maybe I'll get a Pinnacle Pro soon? We'll see

IF IAM CORRECT CHANDELIER and the other hydra style tubes are 18mm to use with the vaporblunt 2.0 the pinnacle water tool is made to be used with pinnacle or pinnacle pro 14mm.
