Basically every Simpsons episodes, having watched episodes from seasons 1-5 many, many times.
Basically every Futurama Episode.
Basically every South Park Episode.
Basically all the funny Family Guy episodes.
A bunch of Seinfeld episodes.
Seasons 1-4 of Trailer Park Boys.
Every episode of The Inbetweeners.

Dr. Sheldon Cooper's show sucks so hard. No offense.

Personally I like Monty Python when I have been medicating(for humor). The early seasons of The Office are really good as well.

The Life of Brian is my favorite movie to watch while medicated(for humor, I have a favorite for each mood). I have not seen another movie that so well conveys the idioms of human society.

I was too young to understand the movie when I saw it. I just remember seeing that woman's hairy vagina and thinking, "woah."
