Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud EVO

What is this brush you speak of?
Picked them up at Walgreens....~$4

Not as perfect as Stu's & Deadshort's brush, definitely smaller. They're made to go inbetween your chompers, after all (edit: I get the "Wide" size, pictured in both pics, also known as the "Michael Strahan" model)... cheap and disposable, but durable and flexible in tiny spaces, also easy to pick up at the corner store. There's eight in the pack, so I got a few I use for dry cleaning (no - not clothes, dummy), and a couple I use for ISO/GO cleaning.

I've also discovered that my GoldDigger SkilletTool is perfect for loading flower into my ELBs...(edit: is it really $24.99?! Sheesh. Swear I didn't pay that much....but maybe I did...:disgust:)

If anyone has a Vapir product they always come with a brush. That to fits in an ELB perfect.

Still in initiated stage on fedex but my hopes are higher than a giraffes ass at this point. if that EVO shows up today I'll be happier than a hippie pig in shit! I say hippie cause there's shrooms in that there shit!

FAME - Mr Dabbalina from skilletools is perfect as well.

I'm using these, which IIRC were posted on the Cloud thread early after release . . . they have been surprisingly sturdy. Not quite as wide, but with the taper works quite well.

These work great. I found these a long time ago. There is still one problem that all these brushes seem to suffer from and that is the metal tip. When I clean the bottom it feels like I am using the end of a paper clip. I have yet to find a brush that had nice semi stiff bristled tip for cleaning the bottom.

Can you not just torch the ELBs clean in the problem areas using a small butane torch?

I know is totally out of context post, I just wanted to say that the EVO is holding it under freezing temperatures.
Keep rocking @stonemonkey55 and VXH team.

Wake and bake at Portland/Vancouver area is a little chill today. I really need to find a solution for my vaping sessions. Vaping at my outdoor shed is getting cold

@stonemonkey55 @Troi
What's the lowest ambient functional temperature for an EVO??
Will freezing temperatures kill an EVO??
It's a covered garage/shed, not open. But it gets cold. I have water bottles and they don't freeze yet. But it could...
Should I be concerned???
TIA.

Not a good idea.
Very true. You'd probably shorten the life of the elb significantly, and if you didn't use a torch (just a regular lighter), you'd also coat it with soot. I usually clean mine when I remove 'em and find them to be a little sticky. I never soak, just use a brush that fits, with alcohol, and they clean up quick and easy. I think it pays to clean elb's frequently since they're not designed to last forever, and light cleaning is all that's needed if they're not really grungy. I have yet to wear out an elb. If you want to clean less often, that's when I'd soak 'em in ISO first.

Lol.

Yeah VXL did this thing for Fanatics who also ordered an Early Bird: they could get a Black EVO w/ Fanatic glass immediately, and then they'd send the Fanatic Granite EVO with the Early Bird tube a little later. So I'm getting that 2nd part today and tomorrow according to Fedex.

But anyway the point of the post above, which I forgot to mention in the post, is that I'll take a pic of the sasquatch tube when it arrives.

PS nice milk! @VapeNStone

PS PS

Let's try to get Seibo on Dr. Phil next.

This is where the size and flexibility of the GUM brushes seems to shine!

I just turn the ELB upside down, swirl the brush around inside, then brush down the sides of the inside, takes 2 seconds...last thing is to give the outside of the ELB a quick blow of air = totally clean ELB. when things get sticky, it's into the GO for a quick bath, scrub, and rinse.

Now I remember that it was your post that led me to these brushes. Thx, John. :D

Although, I don't mind them not having a bristled tip. My ELB's don't seem to require that. Or maybe I just lack hygiene skills. :ko:

When looking for a cleaning brush I'd recommend a 1/2" diameter. It fits the elb (although stiff bristles in that size could be a problem), and I've found this size is also great for log vape stems and tubing. https://www.google.com/search?q=cleaning brush with 1/2" diameter&oq=cleaning brush with 1/2" diameter&aqs=chrome..69i57.16701j0j7&bmbp=1&sourceid=chrome&espvd=215&es_sm=93&ie=UTF-8

Four posts were just moved to the EVO anticipation thread - http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/the-cloud-evo-anticipation-thread.10875/page-29#post-501330.

If your post is about getting the vape, please post there. It won't be long before people are unwilling to read through this one, even if the posts are on topic.

If you like those pickup the Sephora brushes for free. I posted this years ago. I prefer cleaning ELBs with a scrape of a Da Buddha pick and ISO bath. I don't use the Sephora brushes anymore.

Higher, Higher, Baby...
My mini ELB fits in the cloud but is a bit wobbly and loose in the sense if i invert it the ELB would fall out. Is that normal or did I mess it up?

You didn't mess up, as this can happen over time anyhow...but all you have to do to correct this, is set the MiniELB on a desk or table without the cap installed, and place it rim down (upside down, like you do with the ELB cap to invert it for the MiniELB), then with your finger or thumb, evenly push, GENTLY, on the screen. This should cause the MiniELB (EQ elbow screen) to get a little wider in diameter. Try it in the Clouds joint then, and see how it goes!
