Plus its easier to design products for our attachments, rather then for someone else's.
@Caligula the 5 ohm was my stand by cart, so that's why I went with the 5 on the kiss too
@THC SCIENTIFIC I'm pretty sure my girl may be killing them. They ALWAYS die on me after she hits it. Lol. Well except for the very first one. That one (that was replaced) was just defective I think. Idc I love the Damn things!
Someone teach me to rebuild them! Lol
Knowing the new ones are around the corner, I may just grin and bear it then buy double!

Also, i dont think this was mentioned, but the efest batteries had a problem with knock offs being rewrapped as real efest batteries i believe and it affected quite a few retailers. Im not sure if its still an issue but i dont think that has happened with the aws, ever, possibly?

AW's do have knock off's and so do the Efests. The only way to make sure you get what you pay for is if you buy from reputable retailers.

Ordered a bunch of K.I.S.S. Carts for my persei,omicron, and got the 3.7 and 7.4 carts as well for the persei. I was curious how do you guys like them in comparison to each other ( the 3.7 and 7.4 k.i.s.s. carts)

I'm well aware of the Keep is Simple Stupid principle as well as "keep it short and simple", "keep it simple, sir", "keep it super simple", "keep it simple or be stupid", "keep it simple and stupid", "keep it simple and straightforward", "keep it simple and safe", "Keep it simple, student", "keep it simple, silly", "keep it simple and sincere", or "keep it simple and secular, but don't think that those relate to this Cart..... or do they?

Hello, long time lurker here! I received the Persei last week and the unit is excellent. However, I have been having some problems with what I believe are defective KISS cartridges. I used the "Messages" feature of the w9tech.com site to submit a request for help last week but have not heard back. Is this the correct place to be submitting a support request or am I missing something?

I've had time to sit with both of them and I would recommend the 3.7v (2ohm) version 99% of the time unless you have VERY stable shatter and want immediate clouds.
The 3.7v version is 2ohm and the 7.4v version is 5ohm. Technically, there is no difference in any versions of the kiss carts other than the resistance (ohms) unless I have no idea what I'm talking about which could also be very possible
Many people have had issues with the 5 ohm Kiss carts burning out. You have to be super careful.
I suggest try the 3.7v version as I have one and it heats up almost just as fast and is less likely to burn out.

When I first heard about this I checked out that Vapor Warehouse site, and in the description they say the carts are for persei and omicron's, but I ordered mine from w9tech since you had a few more options like the actual model of vape you have and different ohm carts. Is there an actual difference in the different model's of K.I.S.S. carts then I assume? Just want to make sure and don't want to say the wrong thing to people when they ask me. Hopefully THC can chime in on this bell

Sup gdiman, yeh the best and fastest way to get support on your issue is to make a support ticket on the site. Message feature, I don't they really even look at that much. Just make a support ticket and you'll be sorted, W9Tech Provides one of the best customer service I've dealt with and that's a big reason why I've been a loyal customer since the begining

Thanks for the input SOD! Looks like I'll use those 5ohms very sparingly and only on very stable shatter.
Sorry boss that's my fault. I'm currently the one doing the tickets ATM until new girl is trained. She's missed a few and I will catch up tomorrow for sure.

Understandable but many companies and glass blowers are coming out with the same style tube ... just something to keep in mind I guess. Think I'll pick one of these up and use some silicon tubing to make a home made WPA so I can use the persei/rdas on my water pipes

@MileHighLife we understand. It's all about the $ at the end and if you can save why not, but we like to invest more on craftsmanship when it comes to our glass and give our customers unique designs.

The 5ohm kiss cart seem to be as touchy as the 5ohm o.g. cart lots of power makes for a steep learning curve. Easily burnt out if not feathered correctly or enough. I have found that the 2 ohm kiss is a work horse and takes lots of abuse with virtually no learning curve truly living up to its kiss name !

Hey y'all just curious about something with my KISS cart. I Think I have broken it.
I have been twisting it down fairly hard on my Persei top, or leaving the bottom part with coil attached and re-screwing on the top piece which twists it into the Persei top even further.
I've noticed if I twist it down all the way it would fairly often give me a blinking light showing there was a short. Loosen it up a bit and it will be fine.
After a long night of hard KISS carting last night, it stopped working after a while, figured my batteries were low, but when I got home I couldn't get the multimeter to show anything other than a short.

No its from over tightening please do not attempt to make the kiss flush on the units . It should have a Lil gap.
