Welcome back thread, long time no see...

I just wanted to share this quick DIY on how to create a easy heat cap to affix to the top of your Verdamper. I've created a image of the process for you to replicate. The heat cap will increase the temp which your flowers are vaporized at. Note you will definitely see browning and in some cases charring. I'd recommend sanding off any finish, burning out any glue to ensure you are not inhaling anything harmful.

The hits are much thicker and definitely a plus for anyone seeking to go the additional mile

The pics u put up is that the ABV result with the cap on? Never seen it that dark :)
very nice idd. Do u keep it on 24/7 as well?
Maybe something else you should try: when u start a fresh bowl u know how the first draw is very wispy right? Put the cap on and start drawing a very slowly, really light draw and watch the stem under the cup where the herb is until u see vapor comming off then start drawing harder(this is where u wanna experiment to see what kind of dense vapor u like) and there u go dense vapor on first draw :D

So the wifey is worried I will burn down the house one day, I bought one of those timers you plug into the wall (select like 15 min intervals and it shuts on and off). Since I work from home I have it turn on when I wake up, shut off before work, power on around lunch time for an hour, and then stay on from 5pm+ till around midnight. The plug cost me $5 a a local hardware store, great investment for the absent minded.

The ABV is after about 5 draws to .3 grams with a cap on.

Nice tip on turning the first warm friendly tasty blue hit, into a dense vapor CLOUD :) I sometimes do a pre-inhale just to see a tiny bit of vapor in the bowl area. Exhale, hyperventilate a little and my first draw averages at least 30 seconds of a steady draw. At the end with whatever space remains I clear using my diaphragm since trying to clear at the pace i draw will leave excess in the chamber.

Next ... I... run to the freezer inhale cold air and try not to pass out from the oxygen deprivation.
Pay to have runners lungs from start to finish I'd wage 30 sec inhaling and another 10-15 holding it.

For the hell of it the other day I alternated between the verdamper and volcano bag for 4 rounds off both the bag and the water pipe. Only a scratch on my tolerance chain mail.

Yeah indeed your are completely right about the timer and stuff never can be too carefull.

The ABV looks like nothing ive ever seen come out of my Verdamper but then again I never kept the hole closed for long enough to prolly achieve that. Gotta test that out.

meh was that sarcasm there :D? hehe I know the first hit is the tastiest but i used to be smoker type so i kinda like the denser types of clouds :).
Damn u make it sound like a chore doing a hit :p but yesterday i had that same thing tho.. oxygen deprivation... i almost lost it out cold... nothing i ever wanna feel again from doing some vaping..

Hi again,

Just met up with King today and he let me borrow his LSV Vapor Tamer. I was happy to see how well this pairs with the Verdamper and wanted to share. I've longed for a way to cool down vapor using the existing glass pipe. The vapor tamer fits into the 19 mm , Ive also used the heating source on my other glass with a 19mm Male to male Converter (The existing bowl fits 19mm).

I have tried to get some sort of possible release-date,but no luck so far i'm afraid,Evert sadly will not be hurried on this it seems...:D

Hi Havelock Vetenari,

how much amount of hash oil do you put into The Oil Dôme? In the fair, I saw they used a lot of hash oil, 2-3 hits at the same time. I don't know what kind of hash oil they used, but it was more liquid than regular BHO. It is possible to use with a shatter?

Hi

I m interested in Verdamper that I have used during few weeks 4 years ago. I have loved this beautiful and powerful vaporizer.
At this period I have not tried to vaporize hash or concentrate with it, herbs only.

I would like to know if it is possible to extract hash or concentrates without self built accessories ? And without your hand to raise temperature ?

I wouldn't recommend the Verdamper for actual oldfashioned hashish(red Lebanon,Maroccan,Afghan etc...),but if it's full melt (ice)hash or good quality BHO/QWETO and such it can be done and is very tasty as i can attest to.
My method is putting some concentrate on a little stem and then placing that on top of some weed already in the bowl and watching that disappear whilst inhaling.
Again if the quality is good no 'laying on of hands'(you can raise the temperature of your hits in de Verdamper through restricting the airflow by holding your hand on the siliconering on top of the heating element) is required to completely vaporise it.
You do have to have something to stop it dripping unused right through your screen and into the water,if not weed you could maybe use something like cotton or the volcano- or similar oilpads.

FYI, La Tertulia coffeeshop has one also and it's a real mellow shop, overlooking a canal--probably my favorite shop and they had some ass kickin Amnesia Haze last May....

La Tertulia seems to be a nice place for vaping. I did not go often in this part of the city.

If i am not lost again in this incredible city, I will try Verdamper there too.

I wish my home state had ANY place to buy and enjoy cannabis so not complaining but:
It just seemed like many of the Amsterdam coffeeshops were small, dark, overcrowded.
La Tertulia was big, bright, and airy. If you can manage going up (and coming down) the steepest staircase in the world, they have a wonderful upstairs area. Good music and you can watch the world go by from inside or from their outside tables.

Hello all,

Trying to order this vape from their web shop to North America and having some issues. When I go to pay the total in the cart is $597, but on the payment site (multisafepay) the total is $809.

I wonder what the issue is?

Has anyone else in North America successfully ordered from them?

That doesn't seem right at all:hmm:, shipping can't be it, way too much difference.
I've 'FB-ed' the shopmanager to see if he knows what's going on.

Just got an answer, there seems to be a fault on the verdamperwebsite, when you put the currency button on dollars.
Try it with them set on euro's and it should work, hope that helps!:)
