Yeah try just trickling the water into the wt ... I had the same problem. When I'm hitting the pnp dry I find it necessary to puff on it ... instead of drawing with my chest/diaphragm I fill my mouth with vapor then inhale the mouthfuls. It really cools the vapor off before it hits my throat.

I know what you're saying with the conduction. When you fire the unit up and it's heating up you can ssmell the terpes boiling off
I know it's kind of inconvenient, but have you tried loading up the PnP with an empty bullet and letting it reach temp and THEN adding the herb? Maybe a small metal funnel of sorts to get it in?

Try filling up the wt slower. My buddy kept trying to fill mine and had the same problem. If you pour it in quickly it fills up the lower perk and spits out all the water to that point. Pour it in slow, and maybe take a couple pulls while filling just to even out the water level. Just a thought
Ah thanks, that's got it.

Yeah that'd probably work but personally I'm not too concerned with it. I believe it was @Meghan who said that's how she gauges when she should start hitting the pnp which works for me too.

I also prefer cooking a fresh stem in the solo when it's heating up cause it gives fuller hits from the start ... chasin clouds

How about instead letting it reach temp w/o a bullet in, then adding the bullet?
Thats what I do, I use high temps, so I set PNP to 3 or 4 and let it reach the second light (for level 3, 3rd light for level 4) then drop my loaded bullet in then sip to get all those flavorful terpenes. Once I have taken a 1-2 draws of flavorful wispy flavor , but after that PNP usually come's to temp and it starts producing thicker clouds till it tapers of and all is vaped.
I havent had any issues with the water tool leaking or dropping water unless I over fill it, I use an e-juice syringe to add water and remove excess water from the top splash guard/chamber. You only need enough water to slightly pass the percs & it should be enough to cool vapor down drastically.
I only used the PNP with out water once or twice and the vapor/air was pretty hot, @MileHighLife has given a good tip as its the same thing I do to hit pnp dry, small mouth full's, get me nice clouds with out burning my throat.

Sounds like a plan.

Next round I'll be pre-heating my PNP and puffing mouthfuls. Also, I'm gonna switch out the NO2 screen on top with a bit of cotton to help (hopefully) smooth the hit. Looking forward to trying the PNWT. It looks neat - small and no label.

First gotta clear up this sore throat though.:ugh:

I'll be using my desktop meanwhile. I found the only way I could manage - let alone enjoy - my sessions was to add a bit of cheesecloth to my SSV whip and run it through my bubbler. The McGivered cheesecloth smoothed the hit hugely. I'll be swapping the c.cloth out for cotton too.

As far as loading goes, I've found it best to loosely fill the bullet to the top then flick it a few times to let it settle, usually then it's about 1/2 to 3/4 full. I then place a small ball of cotton in to keep the mp clean and I believe this condenses the load a tiny bit. I some times do this but fill the bullet up only half way and using a bigger piece of cotton.

This works great for me. That said I have loaded it every way from here to china and this thing still kicks butt, I have just settled into this process.

@ HSIHP and other cotton users.
What kind of cotton do you guys use or recommend?

My lungs are temperamental bastards, sometimes they can take a massive, hot, hit, other times i can barely take in level 4 on the volcano without coughing my guts up and having major asthma attacks, so Im intrigued... How does the cheesecloth on the ssv or cotton in the Pinnacles bullet help tame the hit? Interested in any tips that'll help my lungs :)

@Engineering I was using the FMJ with my Pinnacle Pro at max with the new thick walled PonG.
I took it off after the bowl and noticed a piece was now softened at the bottom and chipping/chipped right off. So there is now a chip missing in my thick walled PonG. I thought the thicker peices were supposed to solve this issue?
This is actually the first time I've used the thicker PonG at a 5 setting and it softened and broke right off the bat.

i had a VERY similar experience. i used my PnP with the FMJ on the highest setting with the thick walled pong. after just ONE session the wall of the pong is degraded ALOT, so much so i think i need to replace it and that is after just ONE session. i have decided if using the PnP with concentrates will require me to buy a new pong after every session that i will not use the PnP with concentrates ever again. i am keeping the FMJ just in case someone says my method of use was wrong and comes up with a better way to use the PnP with wax/oil

Here's a short pinnacle pro review I would like to leave here. After using the vape for a week I've come to really like it. I mainly use it around the house so its my go to vape when I am home.

I usually pack the capsule pretty tight and full and move up straight to level 3, after a few tasty hits I move up to 4. The vapor is very consistent, I get great hits and get very medicated also. Sometimes I finish my bullet on 5, that gives me thick clouds no problems and my herb comes out very very dark.

I don't think of the taste much because really (the PNPRO is good for a couple hits), anything is better than smoking.. And me being a high temp user, it sticks me to the couch literally. With the pong, it makes the pinnacle hit even harder and gives me more vapor it seems..So the pong is def. a boost in performance, but I haven't used my pong above level 3 because of the deformation that can happen.

I did hate the bullet, but I now realize its a pretty good idea and the bullets are very durable.. Meaning they most likely wont start to deteriorate like my XP capsules and I can use it for longer. I use the provided stick to get a hot bullet out my PNP and just dump that onto my ABV jar. I wish there was a better way where you can reload your bullet faster without burning your fingers.. but if you are patient and dont do back to back sessions this really doesn't matter at all.

So far I have had no issues with loose mouth pieces. Although I havent really used it on the go in my pocket, it still feels pretty sturdy every time I give it a tug..

Pros
----
Cool looking vaporizer, feels quality
Produces great vapor with no problems
Bullets are durable, will last longer
Easy to clean
Ability to get huge hits with the PONG
Use while charging (haven't done this yet as I like leaving my charger plugged at my vape station)

Cons
----
Long heat up time (takes away from portable factor for me)
PNP can get really hot near the top, so just hold the bottom. (depends on your heat level too)
Battery life isn't the best so I feel better using it at home
Wish it can stand upright without me having to carry around the dock.

That's really all I can think of at the moment. I do recommend this vape though, great first vape for noobs and just a good vape to have in your arsenal, its a good buy.

Great review Sonics.

I've only used my PNP a couple of times, but your review very much accords with my experience. My PONG and regular MP both fit tight. Also agree that I wish it could stand upright; the dock is especially needed with the PNP+PNWT setup. Most importantly, I too got great hits and very medicated.

Awesome review @Sonics420
I have come to realize also that the pinnacle pro hits really heavy , even small wispy hits to the thicker full bodied vapor clouds hit me hard. I think this might be to the fact that your getting conduction and convection in this little vape. I get a good affect right away, but give it some time and a Iam almost always dozing off:mmmm::mmmm::zzz::zzz:

I got some news today about the PNP. I called EZVAPES about the crack on my unit, they told me that a slit is built into the top portion sleeve area of the unit. When the unit is cold it looks like a very faint line about a 1/3 or a 1/2 of an inch long (it's hard to see) when the unit heats up it expands and looks like a small crack, going diagonal. They said it would not interfere with the function of the unit.

I had emailed and sent a picture for VaporBlunt, I just received an email back from them, they were going to send my email to engineering. I did email them back and told them what EZVAPES had told me about the built in slit, no response yet, its only been a little while. If this is true it's not big deal then and I wont worry. It's strange because no one else has noticed this on FC.

Those of you that have the PNP, I'm curious if you also notice this?

Very interesting, I have not noticed that at all, and the funny thing I actually have been checking for any thing out of the ordinary since hearing of a few here having cracks.:whoa::o
