I don't know exactly what your issue is however I would just soak the Air Path and Mouth Piece in ISO or boil.
ISO first might be the solution?
I've almost finished my 3rd gram of SHATTER and still going strong?
Do I keep loading or order another cart?
So far I feel like I have got my monies worth!

The Mouthpiece Comes Apart Into 3 Separate Pieces!
I Discovered By Accident.
I Stuck A Paperclip In The Air Hole On Top It Came Right Out.
There Was Another Piece Of Plastic Just Like It Under It!

I clogged once after I stuffed the K.I.S.S. full of SHATTER and was bearly able to get the top back on.
After taking my wax spoon and reducing the load it was fine.
Now I use it as a dabber. 0.1 gram max per load.
My big problem now is I'm over medicating.
I need to learn some self control I guess?

My favorite vape from THC Scientific is still an Original Omicron v.1!
It is gonna be 3 years old pretty soon here... and it gets used daily.

Hello everyone,
Plan on getting an omicron v2.5 soon and was wondering if I could get some opinions on the device directly from owners. The idea of loading it once with a large amount is something i never thought of for a pen. Thanks.

I love concentrates so the W9 TECH DEVICES are a perfect fit for my liking!
I have a 2.5 OMICRON and WOW this thing is a medicating machine!
2.4 carts are still my favorites.
In fact I will load one up this week with CO2 Oil.
Load a 2.4 cart 0.6 - 0.7 gram concentrate.
I run it down until about 0.3 and reload 0.3 or so at a time.
I love this thing!
Now the K.I.S.S. cart is really effective.
Plus their cheap and very useful.
I use this cart as my DABBER!
I did love ZIZ ZAGS before however with all this gear I don't need to combust!
I'm very curious what you discover?
So far I have consumed 3 grams of SHATTER in the K.I.S.S. cart.
I guess I just see how much I can load before it dies!
Just think "G" is making this cart even better?

Yes. The New carts should be much improved. I can already tell that this current version falls short due to coil/wick height, the wicks... wicking ability, and the off taste given off by the heated wire.
From what I see and hear the new version will have a more porous ceramic wick, which will be larger in diameter (effectively reducing the space between the bottom of the coil and the ceramic bowl) and will include grade 2 Ti which should hopefully reduce or eliminate the metallic toaster oven taste. All while increasing durability? Sign me up.

I received today a bunch of cartridges (1.5ohm) from another nice menber, I don't have filling tools, is it a problem or not really? If I fill it with a dabber it's ok(I think I need to be carefull to don't clogg the little hole in the center with oil and time)? Is it a problem if there is air bubbles into the cartridges?
Can I fill half my cartridge? or it's better to fill it full?
How many times can I re-use a cartridge, can I clean it?

Do people actually put oil(the super liquidy stuff) in the original cartridges? I tried that when I first got it and while I did get a great hit it started leaking out the bottom of the cartridge. I tried to save as much as I could and transferred it over to a CE4 tank cartridge. Never looked back after the switch over.
For wax I've been using my dabbler and just loading as much as I want for the session. If I were to use the original persei/omicron cartridges for wax would I go through the wax faster? About to go buy a couple grams of BHO and put it in a cartridge as I have not used any of those yet.

i picked up a KISS cart at a LHS over the weekend. I'm not crazy about the mouthpiece but overall it works well.

IMO loading without a tool is not realistic, at least not for new guys. The load has to be 'bubble free' or it won't feed. Either get the official tool, or do what some of us 'old school' guys still do, use a Wilton #10 cake decorator tip and a wooden toothpick (what we did before the loading tool was developed). The only other workable solution I know of is to carefully heat the oil in a shot glass until it's very liquid and try to use a medicine dropper to sneak it down one drop at a time (the way it was done before the Wilton tip). Loading is not trivial. Follow the instructions.
Weigh the cart empty, put half a gram in (no more than .6), more invites leaks. Refill when it gets to .2 above new. Scrap the cart when it gets too slow or otherwise fouled out, perhaps 3 grams on average? Don't try to clean them until you're more up to speed.
I'd also suggest putting the 1.5 Ohm carts in a drawer until you've mastered 2.4s. Not just used them, but can fully control them. 1.5s are just too unforgiving for learning. One slip and overheated seals will leak afterwards costing you oil and a cart. Learn to control both the heaters in the cart so you can get it to feed and not leak on demand.
My advice is to abandon the effort or buy some 2.4s and a loading tool. Chances of success on the plan you've got are against you I think.
Yes, we absolutely do. And with the exception of PG I'd say most get excellent results, but not without learning some skills. IMO thinner oils are the best to learn with (less trouble feeding).
Don't run Omicrons 'starved for concentrate', you're sucking around for burned seals. Always keep at least .2 in there so it feeds normally. Expect something between 200 and 400 hits per gram, maybe 300 on average? More or less with radical technique.
Same general advice as above, get 2.4s and stick with them. 1.5s can get you into trouble faster than you can get out until your skills build some. Follow the loading guide on the W9 site, paying strict attention to preheating the center section of the cart.....where most new guys have problems.
Good luck with it, it really is worth doing......or we wouldn't?

Wow, W9 products seems very difficult to master, thanks OF for advice, I haven't got any experiences with Persei or Omicron, I'm looking for a stealth device without the need to load each 3 or 4 hits like my Dabbler (I like it!) omicron cartridges seems to be the better choice and somebody told me that 1.5 ohm was the better choice to get lot of vapor with 3.7v battery but i didn't know anything about overheating...
I suppose that I need to read the entire thread....a long night is coming!

You're welcome. I think 2.4s will do what you want once you get to know them. IMO there's no need for more powerful carts, but some want as much vapor as possible. Trying to 'get over' by going to higher power carts (yes, I know Persei comes with high power carts, but that's intended to be a device for experts already using Omicron......) initially is a big (but common) mistake I think.
I suggest you read 'backwards', go back a hundred pages or so and read forward. Then go even further back and work forward until you get the information you want. The Wiki page is also useful. You'll find lots of guys that got it sorted out after going to 2.4s.
Good luck. It is a good system I think, it's just not idiot proof.
