For what it's worth let me say this:
I'm still playing the HERCULES SR71
No real option at this point.
I like the K.I.S.S. cart because it's so easy to use. (My DABBER)
On the other hand the HERCULES SR71 when dialed in taste amazing and the medication effect is a bit strong. It does consume more than the carts if material usage is a factor.
For me I don't care however I'm sure for some this is important.
The good old 2.4 cart even though they might have a wick or whatever are the most efficient to date.
"G" has some cool stuff in the works.
In the meantime I'm going to load up the current devices I have and medicate.
Since you live in a cannabis unfriendly state can't you at least purge your material to be cleaner?

I had followed what others said. i think i did 1/4 or 3/8 of the coil or something. it was whatever side everyone else said they were using. It was atleast half if not more than half cut off. The rod sticks above the coils.
Thats amazing. Great crew, getting huge. See Jetlife collab'd with Diamond supply on a HUGE clothing drop on 4/20. Spitta really has amazing talent. Its just a bit risky to go to any shows out this way of theirs. They always end up playing in rough spots (three corners and MLK blvd).
I agree with the old cart bit, just i always had leak troubles. which never ceased.
Hopefully hes got something with the conservationist in mind. If i cant solve the sr71 ordeal im going to sell it and wait again until something else with the conservationist/efficiency expert in mind is developed.
NOT that the sr71 is BAD, its just bad for how i am/use the device.
As for purging, its still a no-no. so no. Having them is one thing, purging them is another. Its considered something else that wont be spoken of or done. If you need the word just look under G's user name. Thats what it would be considered. And thats a whole other bowl of soup that no one wants to tread on.

I hope you understand thats a portable that requires like a butler to carry around. I mean its really a show piece. If you want something thats easy for the pockets and is forgiving then the Vection H20 isnt for you. Just saying this as i dont like to mislead anyone.

Plenty of resource/info on the web on making honey oil/bho. You just need a source of shake... Flower is overkill even though I have done it with buds.

Lol. I don't have a solution yet. All I've got are criticisms to how it's probably my fault through user error. @THC SCIENTIFIC Seems to be on it for you with the AAF, mbn.
In terms of conservation, you hear wildly different experiences here. Some will say they've hit their Hercules a bunch only to have used .2 in the process. Others say they have to dump so much oil in it to get it working that they stopped measuring.
If you can get it working, the Black Rod seems ideal for you. For some it has been a load and go, with almost no reports of burning oil. For others, it doesn't seem to do much of anything. I fall with the latter group, although I did get the added bonus of my Black Rod getting stuck in the topside slotted shaft.
My Hercules remains to be more of a hairless Samson.
I think you and I are on the search for the same device, though. The biggest problem here is the medium, oil. No one yet has found a way to store a good amount of oil and feed it well to a heating system.
I'd love to see a cart where you can load solid wax in to a dripper, kind of like the fill tools for the Omicarts. The way I see it working is, the load chamber heats just enough for a drop of oil to accumulate at the opening and from there it falls to hot ceramic / Ti bowl. Not sure if this is what the LV Dart was, but that, to me, would be great.
I do this when dabbing now for immaculate hits. Just drip the oil on to the nail.

As to concentrate making, I think most people here would want to do it themselves but are lacking the necessary conditions / supplies. The process itself is simple, but getting the tools and resources, not so much. Do you have a good source for trim or something? I feel like most people who make their own wax either grow or know growers and can therefore source trim / sugar leaf.
Damn. I'm telling you now, though. Given my level of obsession / dedication with anything that interests me, and all the proper tools and materials, I would distill errl so holy it would be a sin to smoke. And I'd laugh happily all the way to hell.

Thanks and yeah, you could say I have a good source for trim, but I mainly try to run pure nugs if I can and with prices coming down, if you have a bit of $ sitting you can usually work out a good deal with a grower to buy lbs cheap, or propose processing his HQ trim and popcorn buds into oil and splitting the results 50/50.
You just have to take the time to learn and not be shy... just put yourself out there, there's lots of people who will be willing to help if there's something in it for them.

Definitely. The learning process is easy, it's finding willing growers that's my problem. In an MMJ state, so the flower industry here is highly capitalist. Why make oil when you could sell your popcorn / sugar leaf to idiots at a dispensary? Put simply, the combination of chumps and demand here makes for a shitty environment to make wax.
I would love not to have to drop a hundred on two G's of "good" quality wax.

Cali has it's ups and downs that's for sure...
Up north here we do things a bit differently, the market is so flooded here it's not even funny. I remember a few months back when qp's of killer were about 700, now with the market so flooded you can snag killer lb's for 14-1600, or if you buy in bulk as low as 1k-1200... I spend about $10-12 per gram of oil I produce when running buds at these prices, minus the cost of pump oil and tane.
