Hey guys, i'm Elliott. I'm new to this form.
I have used vaporizers in the past, but never owned my own besides a knock off d&w vape pen. I'm looking to get an in expensive but decent plug in the wall vaporizer. clearly volcano vaporizers are the bomb, but i was looking for something under $100 bucks. I saw the easy vape 5.. its about 40 bucks. is it any good? seen mixed reviews. Definitely don't want to buy it without asking you'r opinion.
I'm also very open to suggestions on other vapes, thats just the one i came across but you guys know best.

Thanks!

Avoid the EasyVape. It's not worth $10 IMO.

+1 for vapolution @ that price range

Only other option I can think of for a desktop unit that is high quality,
is the Herbalaire. 50% more than $100 though, at $150 on ebay.
edit: (I suppose the Arizer V-Tower without bags is another contender)

There's lots of portable vapes under $125 but plug-in desktops tend to be more in the $150-200+ range.

Rather than start your search based on price, I'd suggest making a short list of the plugins you like and then see if you can find one on craigslist, ebay or here in classifieds. There are lots of quality used dbvs, vapo 2s, HAs, and EQs floating around.

Da budda vape can be found at times for approx. $100-$150 (used), Herbalaire is a good choice since there new elite version may make the older one drop in price. For $100 bucks you might be limited , vapolution sounds like a good choice or maybe a VB box if you can find one that cheap.
Stick with the name brands and spend a little more now and save later on when most cheapy units would of died and your forced to buy another one. With a quality unit youll have great customer service(not the arrogant ones), great warranty, and or a reasonable way of getting it fixed instead of purchasing a whole new unit.

A Arizer solo, some say hits as hard as some desktops and will knock you back approx $120 -180.

Zen pen or AKA GrassHopper is said to hit harder than a $250 desktop vape (lets hope and see), its not out yet but its going for $99 bucks to the first early adopters, of course you could be taking a chance, and you'd have to wait still for its release. It can be used while charging.

As a matter of fact, there is one in the Classifieds now for $105.
Even on craigslist I found one for 100 bucks and a silver surfer for 120, a solo for 116!!!
I would trust the FC community more than CL but bad deals can happen anywhere I guess.

Thats a great deal.

I agree with the other posters and I've had good luck using craigslist for great deals, but I already know what I'm looking for. The best used deal I've found on craigslist was a Silver Surfer (considered by many to be among the best) for $80. They go for almost $300 new. I've never tried the Vapolution but based on what I've read and seen on videos, it's probably a great first vape. There's also a very good "box vape" that looks like the EZ Vape but is actually good quality called VaporBox or Vapor Box. On Ebay they're $140 new with a lifetime warranty (or it was $140 the last time I looked). I suggest that you don't get a Hot Box - the heater is known to the inconsistent. Ultimately I would vote for either the Da Buddha or Silver Surfer (SSV) and definitely keep your eye on craigslist ads - you might just end up with something great for a Benjamin or less.

HI I just wanted to give my opinion on the easy vape digital vaporizer, I honestly think it is a decent working vaporizer its just a matter of learning a few skills that it requires for vaporizing to be successful. For the price of only $85-100 it is a good buy. It may not be the most advanced vape out there but hell it gets the job done and that's all that matters.

Yeah I'm trying to figure out a good vaporizer to buy that has its own suction capability so that I don't have to pull threw a whip so much, I just had my lung collapse on me the other week for the second time so I'm trying to find better ways to take stress off of my lungs when I want to medicate.

Are you familiar with the vapor lung?

Here's a comparison of the Easy Vape vs the Silver Surfer with informed commentary:

I would recommend a Da Buddha as well. It is durable, efficient with flowers, gives satisfyingly big vapor draws with the standard whip, and is very simple to use. I am using one right now.
