Discontinued Inhalater XP

The best way to not broke the usb port is in my opinion to apply a little pressure down and then insert it gently and very slowly. It solves my no light charging glitch and I feel that it's way better that way whe I do it.

About the cloud production what Inhalater said "put max temp, inhale, then put your desired temp" is a good way to have decent cloud production, but nothing is better than finishing of your medecine for a session and start another one with fresh weed inside and you'll have incredible vapor production.

.....if I remember correctly you were the member that was extra extra careful when inserting and reinserting your cable....

Yeah....I've been extremely careful with it, but I have already noticed a loosening. Its not a problem now, I'm just saying that I can see that eventually it will give out. So for someone not as careful as me, it could easily become a problem very quickly.

I'm sorry can you explain these a bit more? What do you mean by applying pressure down? What direction is down?

And when you say starting another session with fresh weed, are you referring to placing in a new capsule when the inhalater has already been on for an extended period? What temperature would you be starting this second session at?

I agree, I think an usb port was not the best solution for the inh, it's too much fragile. Since the inh 005 is going to come with firmware update the usb is the only way to use it, so there's a real need of doing something for it, to be less weak.

Our posts times overlapped a bit. I edited my first post and was hoping you could explain what you said earlier a bit more.

if you have the kind like i did where the usb port is glued in place, there is no fix except to mount it properly

By that I mean when you're going to plug the usb cable in the usb port, start to put the USB cable near the entrance of the USB port and make a little pressure at the bottom (in the direction of the numbers) and start pushing it inside very slowly, you'll feel that the usb charger will go inside very easily.

Yup that's it, do your first session with your used weed from yesterday for exemple, then when it's over throw your used weed then fill the capsule again and put it on. Do the max temp for 1 inhalation and then put your temp, and you'll have the best vapor production that you could have (at least that's what I think.)
For now I always start @ 7 and finish it @ 8.5, and I love it that way

(Sorry if you still don't understand what i'm saying, my english is a bit rusty right now and I'm a bit tired tonight.)

Thanks. I'll try both tonight! I normally prefer a 4-6, but I'll see whats it like to start fresh at a 7.

Heeeeeey FC FAMILYYYYY! I'm really sad to say I got really tied up and stopped posting on the forum.
Now let me tell you what happened since I last posted about the Inhalater XP, gaping, and weed in general.
So I had just gotten my replacement XP about 5 months ago and the people over at Inhalater had great customer service their product sucked. So when I got their 2nd unit which they assured me multiple times it wouldn't fail me or break. 3 weeks later the usb port is messing up and basically making my unit unusable.
So I had almost given up my mission on medicating through vaping and went back to smoking. THEEEEN i shelled out my last bit of money....yes I am that dedicated to gaping, for a ARIZER SOLO. I've never been so medicated. It was like being reborn again.
So it was great my whole life changed when I started vaping and medicating (thank god for the heavenly herb) UNTIL I got in trouble at school because someone snitched on me. Well long story short is I hate the place I live in. I really hate the Marijuana laws where I live and I really hate the school I'm going to and my whole life situation at the moment.
IF ANYONE WHO KNOWS HOW I CAN START GETTING INTO THE MARIJUANA VAPING INDUSTRY PLEASE PRIVATE MESSAGE ME! That is my real passion in life is to help others like me who TRUELY need to this herb have the best way of taking it. VAPING.
I'm sorry if this was a little long and off topic but I really loved and missed my FC fam. I'll be posting more on here so you'll see me more!

Wow that's hard! We did have some issues with the USB port; worked hard to resolve the problem

New production batch starting next week. We 600 units. At an expected production rate of 50-100 per weeks.

But that doesn't answer my question of finding out how to get into the vaporizing industry or didn't have anything to do with what I had to say

Are warranties honored if you buy a Inh XP secondhand?

@trillarab You are seriously an unbelievably bad and irritating poster. I wouldn't support any company you have anything to do with.

I think that somebody told before that Inhalater just ask you the unit when you are warranties issues without any paper but perhaps it's better to wait the Inhalater answer....

And i'm agree with you about Trillarab, when i see his posts I don't want to read...

Don’t attack products or companies. You can post your opinion, and you can criticize, but posts written to offend are not allowed. State your complaint and move on.
It's alright I don't have much to say about this shitty vape anymore. I'm team Solo now and if any of y'all wish to actually start VAPORIZING come over to my side lol.
And to anyone saying I'm a bad poster, actually go back and look at the contributions I've made to the forum.

So now when I plug my unit in to charge, the upper power led comes on and flickers. Seems like a short or something. Pretty janky.

Damn I know that feeling, please let me know how your warranty goes (if you decide to).. I am just wondering if the service has gotten better yet or not..

I have been using mine every day and have no issues (my usb is hand cut).. the port is still pretty tight and I unplug/plug mine without a care. Keeping fingers crossed cause I still worry about it breaking down on me.

@trillarab, the solo is a great choice, you probably wont have any issues at all as I've never had any, one of the most reliable vapes... You should still get your XP replaced tho just because you paid 250$ for it.

Thanks. From the warranty/return policy that I've seen offered here, my unit will be dead in the dirt before I attempt to send it back. Inh had stated that we would "have good customer service in 3 weeks" months ago, but I don't think that ever happened.

Yes absolutely, we will warranty units that changed hands.

Peace and love people. Patience, tolerance and understanding make a better world :-)

It's all right for Trillarab to express his perspective.

If you wish to send your unit over to have it fixed we will do it.

This thread has quieted down a lot since the Q3 XP units were sent out. Does this mean everyone is satisfied? ...

I'm been using my Q3 (or is it Q2?) regularly now since August without any issues. It's the kind with the funny hand-sculpted USB port -- which works fine.

Good to hear. Has turnaround time on repairing units improved at all?

Have you given any thought to handling returns like most electronics mfr's: accept responsibility for non-working units by replacing w/ new unit and selling refurbished ones at a discount? While this might not be the most profitable solution (short term) - I believe it would not only honor the initial contract to supply working units to customers but also not penalize the user w/ incredibly long wait times due to mfr defects and slow turnaround.

I've been away from this thread for quite a while, sometimes happens when you've got a vape that does what it's supposed to, you start using it and lose track of the thread. In addition to what's listed in my signature I've added an original DaVinci(love it) and have an Ascent and a Pinnacle Pro on the way but since receiving it, my Inhalator(v1) has been my favorite (strictly)portable vape.

I'd read the v2 was an improvement over the v1, (regarding the knob?) but felt there wasn't a performance upgrade to warrant the purchase of the v2 being I was satisfied with my v1.
But traveling soon and VAS creeps in cyclically, so I was looking at the current portable offerings in the field, I wondered if the v2 wasn't worth the look. Now I see word of a v3, cool!

It's a work day, so catching up will be slow going but is it as hiphiphooray questions, are the masses silent with contentment?
Can I ask a quick, "How's the performance difference between the v1 and the current v3?" while I start reading back?
TIA guys!
