Discontinued Supreme Vaporizer

IAmKrazy2

Darth Vapor
I am looking for a vape that heats quick and that i can use with vapor honey and kief. Does the SV handle thick honey well? I know it will get plenty hot enough to get my oil how i like it, but will it clog easy? Thanks.

I think the odds are against you, I could be wrong though.

I would never do it.

Yeah, I am using the XDeal torch for the Supreme as well, I retired my new blazer GB2001 to the garage as it's a little too bulky.:/

One of my best buddies has had this vape for over 4 years now and it still hits like crazy. We have done everything from hooking it up to a RooR, to constructing a special top to put on a bottle of Fiji water and making a waterfall bong out of it.

I think my friend has probably gone through about 10 different $30 creme brulee torches since owning the Supreme.

I have used it with Super Maroc and Super Pollum and it does work, but you will want to tear the hash up finely to get as much surface area exposed. I won't be doing this as a general rule because the Phedor is THE way to smoke solids, but the SV seems to work okay.

I wouldn't try it with goo though, it'd be difficult to get the goo to properly drip into the "bowl" chamber. Better might be to get the goo onto something else then drop that in.

Are people really wanting to vape goo concentrates, though? There is just so little smoke and it is so precious - does vaping it really make a difference?

Did he mention if the next version going to be battery powered?

LOL - it will be easier to load and there will be a cover for the heating element.

A battery powered Supreme? now that's a million dollar idea right there but unfortunately not part of the product road map.

I love the loading/screen system... it just works :D

As for the heating element, doesn't really matter, I've never managed to touch it even while blind drunk.

Imagine trying to explain to someone why the words "CAUTION HOT" are branded onto your palm! As long as your paying attention, as you should be because you also have a 2000 degree torch in the other hand! I haven't had any issues ,yet.:) I enjoy this method over any other device i've tried!

Sorry.. that would never brand into your palm

I have a friend who was really drunk and thought he would have abe lincoln branded on his arm... grabbed a pair of pliers and a propane torch and heated the penny red hot and dropped it on his arm, the skin sizzled and the penny fell to the ground, leaving a nice (gnarly) circle shaped (penny shaped) burn (patch of flesh with skin missing) lol

I've never been burned by the Supreme but I had a pretty nasty mark on my arm from the Creme Brulee torch tip used to heat the Supreme. It was a nice perfect circle.

Got this in the mail today. Heated it up, plugged into tube....Wow....first cloud was HUGE. First bowl is done, and I'm thoroughly ripped.

EDIT: So it's later in the night and I'm out of green. I've got a huge batch of ABV from my woodeez and I'm getting huge clouds of vapour for a few hits from it at 330. Definitely good for night time smoking. I have a body buzz and am sleepy.

It used to be. A few years ago when I got my SV Ed said he was working on a battery powered version. It was supposed to be ready within the year if memory serves. I did follow up with him, I think he had run into some problems.

I have to agree with you, the loading/screen setup is simple and works very well, I don't see any need to change it.

I do find that to be true, although I am not sure if the woody taste is from the unit itself or from the heating mode of the SV (convection + conduction) which tends to brown herbs and make them unpalatable to vape more quickly than a convection-only unit (at comparable temps). Of course, thats where the SV gets its super thorough duffing ability tho!

The only thing that I don't like about loading the Supreme is when you just dump the herbs in the end, half goes down into the chamber & the other half gets hung up on the rim before the chamber. I found a small, long funnel that fits perfectly and lets the herbs just slide right down into the chamber! Maybe the new loading system is similar to this?

Compared to when I first started... there's very little to pretty much no wood taste. I've ran around 200 full bowls through my unit so far.

I don't find it much of a problem.

Few shakes side to side and 95% falls into the bowl then it's as simple as running my fingernail around the edges and pushing the material in.

So after 300-400 full bowls I have passed 400F+ :(:(:(

My Supreme completely spazzed out on the digital display, weird shit that makes no sense :|

Is this normal, surely a bunch of other FC users have encountered this....
