yep another satisfied customer here! recently put in an order for some new PVHES stems for my solo. speedy delivery. and this time i tried the turbo stem as well as the standard. it's neat and great if you want to really get rid for any restriction.

Just a warning to FC Solo users. I have been patiently waiting for 22 days now since I got my PVHEGONG shipping notice from PlanetVape, and I haven't received a god damn thing AND it is physically impossible to speak to a HUMAN BEING at PLANETVAPE.

I HAVE TRIED EVERY BUSINESS HOUR FOR OVER THE PAST WEEK! The only thing I ever get is a "we are currently helping other customers" message. BULLSHIT!

Ive never had any issues with my multiple PV orders. Have you tried emailing them? No reply? That is very unlike them.

I e-mailed them a week ago, and got a "please be patient" e-mail back. I haven't been able to speak to them in person at all. This is my second order with them, and the first one was fine (although it did take 12 days).

That is very strange indeed. I've spoken to them several times over the phone when I had questions and have always gotten a satisfactory response via email as well. Phone lines get busy, they may not have a lot of operators, but I guarantee you they are not intentionally avoiding your call. I'm sorry your having trouble but for what it's worth many members here have had numerous successful dealings with PV. Living in a nearby city, I received my package the day after ordering.

The long and the short - keep trying to get a hold of them, I'm sure you will, they are a reputable company and are not trying to intentionally screw you.

OK cool, I finally was able to speak with Robert at PV, and he worked with me to try to figure out what has gone wrong with the shipment. I feel much better after speaking to someone. He also informed me that they are working on the phone line issue since they only have 2 phone lines.

I have things shipped from them and their in CANADA!
California is were I'm at and I order from them!

It works for me, make sure you're typing the discount code into the discount code box and not the gift certificate box. Also make sure that you type it in all caps like this (no quotes): "FCLOVE10"
Lastly make sure you're clicking the apply button to the right of the coupon code box and not update above it.

Thanks for your help. This all took place yesterday and the order is already reported to be in process...so hopefully they will be able to apply the coupon code manually after the fact. Thanks again!

I've had an interesting and strange day, and i'd like to set the record straight on my post earlier. I spoke with Robert today about the missing gong adapter, and he mentioned that I might try going to the local USPS center and see if they have it. That seemed like a good enough suggestion to me, so I went there, and gave usps my shipping label. The guy comes back from the warehouse with the PV box in hand, and it had been sitting there since the 7th of October! They never gave me a notice of any kind that it had been delivered, and they never attempted to re-deliver it!

Dontcha just love when shit like that happens?

there's not much to apologize for really, my frustration was with the inability to speak to someone. I didn't assume PV had made a shipping error, I just needed to speak to someone about my next step, which is what finally happened.

I let PV know in an email and thanked them for their help.

I just purchased a couple of items from PlanetVape and I have to say the customer service was excellent. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
I'm all the way down here in Miami, Florida, and PV got me my 18mm GonG in 5 days, from order date to delivery!!! Service and product is always excellent!!!

Yeah their order fulfillment is surprisingly brisk from Canada to the US.

Now if they could just get more of those PVHES GONGS in stock!
