We will certainly take a look and order the new v2 for some testing, but for only 25.95 our glass Vapo-Bowl, another flame powered water tool vaporizer is hard to beat especially with the charliedontsurf mod https://www.planetvape.ca/vaporizers/vapo-bowl.html

what may i ask is the charliedontsurf mod?? please enlighten me or provide a link. i just added it to my wish list and am very curious what the mod does

Aren't you inhaling flame fumes with the vapo-bowl? :\
The flame can be pointed in many different positions and needs to be heating while inhaling just like the Lotus. Although with the Lotus the air intake is from the bottom

It will take us a few weeks to get enough Chillums in stock to make a production run and have lots of varieties in stock. We will make both Turbo and Non-Turbo PVHES Chillums.

I don't understand why turbo or non turbo with chillums would make a huge difference but we won't know till we try them. Look at it this way...a chillum already has a small hole which you can screen...we just need and extra piece of glass to fit it into the solo...do we need a non turbo as I can't see a huge difference. With this said most know I don't like turbos and this is coming from me as I can't see why we need the extra glass work. I would think whatever is easier for team PV to make would be great.

I'm pretty disappointed with Planet Vape right now. I ordered 2 pvhegong stems for my Solo from them and got a shipping notice on the 30th of September (7-10 day shipping). It's now the end of the 17th day later, and I've received nothing. I've tried their customer service line at least every business hour for the past 2 days, and only get a "we are currently helping other customers, please call back" message. No response from e-mails either. I'm a bit surprised by this. Has anyone else ever had a problem like this with them before?

Canada was on vacation recently (they had a note on their website)

Sept 30th - Oct 15 < 17 days. You also must account for 'business days'. Couple that with the Canadian Bieber day they had, + Invasion Day here in the states (Columbus day) and you can knock that down a few days.

Technically you are around the 8th day give or take. From my own experience, my last PV small pack seemed to be taking long and had no updates on the tracking... the next day it showed up @ my door.

Yes I have had a bad experience :bang:. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did.

Sigh... I hope mine comes on time. I got a notice telling me 7-10 biz days the other week. Its still within that time frame and we did have a holiday on Monday, so I'm not freaking out quite yet.

That being said, I had a heck of a time getting through to PV on the phone when trying to do a special order. I just kept trying and eventually got them on the line. Seems like they are busy and don't have enough staff to answer all the calls. Not a big deal, just need to be persistent. I think I called back about 5x in 2 hours time before someone answered.

Also the dude I spoke to totally reminded me of the movie Canadian Bacon, eh.

Just as an alternate view, I've ordered from PV about 5 times and each time I got the shipment very quickly. also I have emailed them and they reply within 24 hours in all cases. i even had some issues I needed help with that were not related to their products and they were also very helpful. I have no relationship with them other than as a very satisfied customer.

Just came here to throw some love at those guys as well. My previous order took usual really long time (this is common due to our 3rd world inefficient mail system...), but this time I am amazed my package came so fast!!! Also, good to mention it made through customs as well, maybe Cheetos has the same super power as Doritos :)
I have still a month to pay for that order on my creditcard bill, and meanwhile will be playing with those new solo accessories, to be soon reviewed on solo thread....

PV, thank you over and over again! You guys rock!!

Being so close to them, I get my stuff within a day. I love it. Chips too...just wish more stuff was in stock as well. But that might be a good thing for my wallet :D
