Have you tried the PNWT with the NANO? ($50)
I like a smaller mouth piece so I jury rigged an 18mm mouth piece with a 3.5mm air path.
Made it more of a medical device.

My friend has one and I've used it with my log vape and with my Thermovape Cera, great little piece of glass!
Not sure how much the Bent Glass pieces are, hard to find an online retailer. They have a contact forum though!

I was just was doing some research on this and found SmokersGalleryOnline.com. You can find some Bent Glass bubblers there.
The Nighthawk (tree perc) looks nice for $110.
Or the Capsule (with a capsule perc) $160.
Really like the "Water Tool" attachments from VaporBlunt as well, for $130.
Are there any other options like this around?

That water tool is on sale until Oct. 31st for $50 that is one hell of a deal!! Get it while its cheap!
As for others like that PV has the f-bomb which looks the same as the above WT. Glassblowersdirect.com (GBD) has a couple as well including one with a frit which can be used as a bub or HT. Vapexhale has a few more options but they are a bit bigger and more money.
I'm not sure where you are located but GBD will not ship intl. TVB has only a couple intl. options but there is an eBay seller that honors the sale and will ship for $30 or so. I'm pretty sure VXL will ship anywhere.

I'm thinking of using the 14mm PNWT with nano 18mm GONG, and a collared reducer. Should be something else to grab that isn't too hot when you clear the chamber.
Actually, I've gotten pretty good at grabbing the GONG low enough to not get burnt (tho a little slip can be painful at full heat), but no one else can seem to get it. When friends do it, I just laugh and say "I warned you". But when the girlfriend does it - repeatedly, I gotta have a fix. That's how I ended up with the rig I described above.

What do you mean by a collared reducer?
I've got an empty carbon filter adapter I'm using for a cool GonG to pinch while clearing. Just need the collared reducer.

What you're using is probably pretty much the same and ought to work fine.
By "collared" reducer, I just mean an 18mm>14mm adapter with a glass collar (ring that sticks out a little) between the fittings.

I had some sucess with some DUTCH TREAT whole flower 18mm GonG + 18 x 14mm adater to conect to PNWT.
Very Sweet!
Going to try the 14mm GonG next.

All the stems take a 3/8 inch screen so the diameter is roughly 3/8 inch, not all stems are created equally

Just want to say I love the glass Andy uses for the Nano stems. Is this stuff indestructable? It just survived a four foot fall onto ceramic tile, among the many, many (20+) other drops in the 10 or so months I've had the E-Nano.
I dropped an f-bomb.
Dammit. It was standing on the table. I brushed it with my elbow. It tipped over and before I could catch it and rolled the fuck off. At first it looked OK but when I picked it up all of the innards had broken loose.
Good thing I had that PNWT that I got on sale as a standby. Also a good thing the sale is still on so I could order another as a backup.
Still sucks though.
