Hello DabDivas,

if you need any help in making a video tutorial type ordeal, I'm willing to work with you to make one.

I was thinking of doing this and it would be better to know all the concerns and interests. I've done my research but there's always something new I'm learning about my Sublimator.

@StayHigh.net that would be of great interest to me and definitely beneficial for the company and users. I believe Enrico is going to be coming to Vancouver next week and I will get further usage instructions etc. from him and then perhaps we could get together after that and hash something out?

@DabDivas As I'm a visual person I would assume there are others like myself and it would help in that aspect. Plus you can read for years but when it comes down to it, seeing it is easiest. I had the pleasure of meeting Enrico this summer in Hamilton and I would love to help.

Yes that sounds good. Email me at StayHighNet@gmail.com

Visual is always better, which is why the user guide I am working on has a significant amount of pictures to go along with the text. Most people don't like to read instructions - Stoner's really don't lol so pictures and videos is always a better route. I'll tap you off an email next week and we will get to work. Thanks again for the help and support we really do appreciate it.

Thanks. Your vids are an inspiration, I may go get a prop torch tomorrow before my UFO lands.

BTW, did yours come with a chain and was it hard to remove? That thing looks like the most dangerous unsafe part of the whole unit. :p
The chain is like any chrome chain, just use pliers or rip it off. Don't worry about breaking the link, you can use any link to reattach it if need be. Just make sure you have good pliers for holding the heater after. I have never used the chain and probably will never use it.

Got my replacement timer edition from PV already they have awesome service. So first question, how do you override the timer to run the thing for extended periods of times? I like to have the thing run for 5-6 hours at a time to keep medicating thoroughly

If it's a newer model they may have it disabled. If it works, press and hold the 30m button until the light goes orange.

From my own liquid paper mark I made the first day to index my sweet spot, my unit has not wavered much at all so I think some dial indexing could be useful to others as well. I find my mark to be at least as valuable of a reference point as my adapt-a-watt in actual use.

I generally turn mine on max and then back it down about 1/4 wheel turn. Is this the range that you're using for flowers? Thanks.

From my knowledge, if you have the apollo, you're suppose to find a sweet spot each time you start your apollo due to the environment (Temperatures, etc). Sublimator does not recommend running the unit on max unless you need a mandatory cleansing. However, you're right about the range. Usually i push it on max then 1/4 wheel turn back while it's off (Basically push it from the last notch from the right side all the way until it's flush with the otherside) ,then i adjust my temperature accordingly after turning it on.

My mark is just over halfway on the dial, maybe 3/5 or 2/3 of the way from the bottom. When I first turn it on I will put it maybe 3/16" past the mark, then I settle in to just under it.

Anyone with wattage drops, PM @DabDivas and let her know. She is trying to get an idea of how many units from this group were experiencing these issues.

Thanks to everyone who has come forward, the more information I can get the quicker we can find a solution! We are not trying to hide the issue whatsoever, so please please let me know if I can help out - by contacting me directly I can respond faster.

Keep in mind folks that @DabDivas is working hard to sort through the issues that some of us have been having. We've had some productive discussions, and it's imperative that anyone with concerns let her know.

PM is the best way to go about it. It's not about trying to hide anything from the group...it's just easier and probably more comfortable, for most members to open a chat with the rep and explain their concerns. It will also prevent any misunderstandings, like we had earlier.

After everything is sorted, there will be updates.

Anyone know Al the Alch? I keep forgetting to ask for a photo with him, so this time i snapped this! The Dragon has been pleased with the sublimator oil I had to offer!

I just wanted to drop in and say this is still the main vape i use as my daily driver. I have taken my LSV out once (my previous DD) since then, and while it is a good vape I prefer the sub over it.

as for the temp setting on the dial. I still use mine on the same settings as to what it was when I got it on day one. on really cold/damp days I turn it up a tad, but that's only happened a couple times.

btw, if any were wondering. my arm healed up fine, but I do in fact have a sub shaped scar! (apollo and base together sized burn) still dont regret buying a sub though.
