Ok guys figured I would chime in on my thoughts on the vape. After seeing the posts about this unit going for 50 on ebay i thought wtf and took a stab. The unit is very durable and doesn't get hot at all, got me nicely medicated and looks awesome. Another major plus as this unit still performs with very small loads!!!

T-Vape team I would change the wording on your instructions to let everyone know this is a hold to hit it vape very much like an ecig.

hey,

I received my t-vapes (one short one long), despites an irregularity on the package (one was open and brass screen missed, those campers are really interesting.

I had two sessions from short tube now, the abv came evenly brown. The taste of new rubber of MP and unit itself was clearly annoying, i hope the smell will fade away.

The vapor and speed of operating og the unit is very interesting. I practise the constant push the button now.

For screening, brass could be deformed to isolate the load inside the heating tube. 2 screens to place material everywhere in the tube.

Part of solutions now.

I don't know if this matters I stopped using anything in the mp (including the white filter).
I now just use one ss screen about a quarter in from the end closest to nipple.
Then when I load I gently pack the herb to prevent it from falling down when held vertically. Meaning I load the herb in the bottom (closest to the silicon)

Just a note, but I ordered my T-Vape from the manufacturer site and it did not come with a screen, you will want one if yours doesn't come with one (future buyers)

I can see clearly now the smoke is gone...
Two quick things. The mp WILL NOT STAY ON!!! I put it in my loose fitting cargo pants pocket and 2 min later it has fallen off. Every single time. Do you guys have this problem?

Also, I took the white ceramic filter out and now use no filter. The way I do this is pull off chunks of material and force them in the hole making sure the last one is large enough to create a bottleneck. After taking my first slow draw, I have natural filtration. No filter necessary.

Yeah The Mouthpiece does fall off very easily when you stick it in a pocket. I haven't found a way to keep it on. Still I'm using my TVape more then any other vape at the moment.

It actually out lasted my MFLB this weekend. I only brought one battery for the launch box and it died while the Tvape was still chugging.

Also tried it side by side with a PAX and the Tvape won imo. Except for size. PAX will win that battle everytime.

I'm only really using mine around the home front so the size isn't so important. Trying to pick up a PN for out and about. Still lovin' my LB and other vapes but I get bored pretty quickly these days so I mix it up with the Vape DU' jour.

Yeah the mp doesn't stay well, I have another nipple where I cut off most of it and you would notice that it stays on quite well, I just stick a mflb stem in for usage and can push the stem in further for when it's in my pocket.

I would always use the T-Vape before the firewood, but I find them to be very similar in usage and vapor, I do feel the fw can get bigger hits ( due to combustion or ease of reaching higher temps).
But the fw I use needs to be repaired (doesn't affect performance) so maybe I'm not the best judge.

i had a firewood and was really pleased with it...my only problem was the shape attracted too much attention... and i feel like t vape is pretty similar like a pen shaped firewood and seems like a really good option for me...how does the long tube vaporizer small ammounts?

Personally I feel both tubes should be able to produce the same quality vapor, using the same amount of herbs, but the long tube allows more herb so you can get more vapor that way. Rude always says the long is better and I have made a note that I consistently use under .1 grams, from that my assumption is that the long tube would vape small amounts the same if not quicker. Length should really have little to no difference.
Also I don't really understand how the long is better than the short as after 6 flashes no matter what my herb is dark dark brown. (I'm sure it's just down to personal opinion)

But I do agree the T-Vape is pretty similar to a pen T-Vape, that pen factor is probably why I lean towards the T-Vape more often (feels better)

The Long tube will do the same. I use about .20 grams and above but its fine with less.

I like the long better then short just because the long seems to get more out of my herb, I don't save my AVB and need the effects that come with very baked near black duff. The long seems to get hotter without standing on the power as much. With a WT the short gives great results so all in all I like 'em both.

One thing I started doing is after loading the tube I lightly pack the herb put the nipple on then unscrew the chamber and push the herb up into the chamber this helps vaporize every speck of bud (if you pack it against the silicone a tiny bit stays green).

maybe u can put some screen or some cottong at the bottom of the tube...if it stays green it means it not sheating up so much so cotton will be just fine i think!

Yeah you can, you could probably use a rolling paper or glass bead if you wanted.

I am having amazing success with the style someone mentioned the other day. Putting a small SS screen in the tube on the end where the nipple goes if you look down a tiny bit you will see a grove and the screen fits in nicely there. Then i load from the end that connects to the battery. I pack it down pretty tightly using the tool provided and am getting solo like clouds with very small loads. The flavor isnt the greatest but damn is the stealthy.

Just a note. I now have 2 of these I like them so much.

The second one came with 2 metal screens included. Looks like they realized the ceramic filters are not working so well.

And there is two major points imo with those units:

-2 dead extreme zones of non heating in the tube, so you have to locate the load with brass screens in the heating zone.
-taste/smell of indutrial rubber with mouth piece
-draw avalaibility, if you take the MP out the chamber is sealed, no bottoms holes. so the air flow is dicted by ceramic MP filter, the flux could be chaotic.
-the first point implies a loading with two brass filters, not so convenient.
-Price is too high for what it feels.

I enjoy to vape at restaurant though, so brillant design.

I dedicated the long tube to aromatherapy, We tried also with aromatic plants like VB mixs, the t vape is a beast for an heavy chamber load.

They both should have come with a handful of screens in two sizes to drop in under the Nipple. Glad you got 'em now at least.

I don't see a need to use any screens pushed into the tube. if I don't pack the load I can pretty much vape up all the Herb by shaking or stirring the chamber. Or Pack it down and then push the load up a 1/4 inch or so from the bottom of the etube.

I do believe this vape is worth every penny spent, It feels great in my hand and gives me awesome results. Remember how much the NO2 the DaVinci or the solo cost when they were new??

For the two deadzones, I actually took @Edward Hyde 's advice and decided to test putting cotton on the bottom of the chamber. First off, it has been working well; I pulled the end of a q-tip and made it circular, then stuffed it from the bottom, screwed on the battery, and flattened from the top with a nail. (Thanks @Hammer Vaporizer )

When I load I use a Hammer stem to transfer and ensure proper load size, I drop my nail on top of the herb and press gently. This will prevent any herb from coming into my mouth as I don't use a screen*.

This is cheaper than a PAX and you can get it for under 100 if you're patient, theultimatevaporiety doesn't seem to be slowing down the T-Vape offers. Not really sure what you specifically mean by the "for what it feels." though.

For the mouthpiece, the ceramic filter is just a clog and should be removed, *with my two mouthpieces I have one with cotton in it to collect oils, and the other I used with MFLB stems (I cut the mouthpiece about a third from the bottom (where the nipple really starts to indent) I suggest cutting at the part where the hole gets smaller).

I seriously think it is the best value I have gotten in a portable vape.

Interesting points fellows, i will have a try. The two brass method is just the one i made "out of the box" i am still under 20 sessions score i think.

in fact for price, forget it, i missed the FC code and crossminded (subjective point to discard).
Another subjective point is smell/taste of rubber which can be avoid by mod.

I have an Overall very positive opinion of T-vapes, i am very impressed by the design and handle himself.

This was another :2c:. Not much, cheers :science:.
