You know Eric will have to get a new number now.

I would never mail used vape equipment but I feel like you guys need the defective parts to evaluate. If iso could be a partial cause what should we use to clean with, will gain alcohol probably have the same effect.

I really hope it was just a bad batch or whatever the case and a replacement is all thats needed.

Just found a mix up in our shipping department. Turns out, we were shipping PC PONGS by accident in our first batch (as I alluded to earlier). We have changed the design to make the section that holds the screen thicker. (PONG on the left). These parts are PES, the thin walled parts are PC.

If you have a thin walled PONG please contact Vapor Blunt for a replacement.

I apologize to everyone for the confusion, and thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Thanks for clearing up how to identify the PES PONGS, been waiting to buy one for the PN. I have to say, I'm impressed that the PC PONGS held up as good as they did with the PRO.

Will we have to send in our thin walled pong to get the new one? I would hate to be without water filtration for a few days

No, email vaporblunteric@gmail.com. If any of you even have the slightest doubt if you have the right one just go ahead and request a new one, we will send out immediately.

This is disappointing, it really seemed like a flawless launch. In hindsight they are way to similar looking to expect people who aren't in the know to distinguish. Again, better safe than sorry. All pn pro owners that have confusion please contact Eric

I'll send first, I really only need it if it shows any signs of the recently discussed issues

What about the mp, I have a thick walled mp am I the only one with a mp that is chipping, totally different damage then the pong. It looks broke more then degraded but more is coming off if I mess with it.

What setting can the thin wall be used at safely 1 or 2?

Glad you brought this up: While I was double checking my chemical compatibility charts, I noticed that both PES and PC are Limited use in Ester based oils. Ester is pretty common, and found in Glycerin based oils, which are used for tincture production. Also anything based in Polypropylene Glycol or Ethylene Glycol would be suspect.

Now I am not sure what the base of most of the Oils and Waxes on the market are?
Seems like no one noticed this two pages ago, so I want to clarify that oils and waxes are both "essential oils" and consist of cannabinoids and plant waxes. Beyond improper purging (resulting in some remaining solvent, like butane or alcohol), there is no "base" to speak of.

A tincture on the other hand would include an alcohol or glycerol base. Not many are using those to my knowledge, except for those using Liquidizer's EJVape glycerol base. Folks are using that in regular e-cig carts, though. Still, it might be prudent to include a warning in the instructions that glycerol-based tinctures should not be used with the PN or PNP.

First post, but i've been lurking on these forums for a few months. Decided to register and give some feed back as I took advantage of the deal for the Pinnacle Pro & the Water tool!

I am happy with my purchase so far! I am a volcano user primarily, so having the water tool is fairly key. I previously owned a Pax as my portable device which I felt sometimes produced a vapor that was a little to warm for my likings. I have been using the Pinnacle Pro with 3-4 bars and finely grinding up my plant material. Getting a nice vapor from that which I definitely enjoy. So far so good!

I hate to feel like I'm getting the wool pulled but after seeing just one picture I can identify thick or thin walled, weird that the owner and engineer seen a few pictures with reports of melting but a couple days later it clicks. ?

Sadly, I've never even seen a production pinnacle pro in a box after packaging. I've been on the road for 5 of the last six months promoting the company on a retail level. Just like the food you eat at fancy restaurants is made by an $9.00 employee, our company hinges on low wage team members to see things like this. Me personally, I could have sworn engineering said something about a change of thickness but it's just not my department. Shit happens is the real honest answer.

Anyhow, we came up with a brilliant plan, we now have two different tables, 1 for pinnacle assembly and one for pro. It sounds so simple but most times it takes a problem to happen for either me or engineering to use our expert problem solving lol. I just hope this puts the issue to rest and anyone who had issue was do o getting the wrong part, cause that's an easy fix on our end.

Sory for boring u with the details, but most people would be surprised how small our operation is if you seen it.

This is a bit embarrassing, but I actually forgot we made the tooling change. Then, I didn't notice the posts about the thicker PONGS, I thought they were all mouthpieces. So no pulling wool over eyes, it's a brain fart on my part.

After a full charge and two sessions I have to say, this thing is surprisingly great. I've had two small sessions on 3 with the WT and I think this will be my go to from now on. Not many clouds, but I really don't mind that with how effective it is. Besides, I've heard the Solo and WT make a great pair...

One thing though, dang this thing is smelly. It's just like the Pax, as soon as I can smell it it's ready to go. Not a big deal for me though, I tend to like a reminder it's ready.

Full review in a few.

Email sent regarding wrong pong.

Really excited get my pro pong and get back to using this great product as intended.

I'm a CS manager and I know good CS when I see it so I have no doubt TRVB.COM will take care of it!

Mistakes happen.
TRVB could easily have sent out replacement Pongs & made some lame excuse or told us nothing about the discovery. I personally am happy about the fast response time to looking into the issue & the full disclosure. On another note, I had my first session with the Pro last night & I got ripped beyond belief after two long draws on 3 through the WT; completely satisfied. Today I gave my friend who refuses to vape a draw on 4 through the WT & he didn't want any more after afterwards. He walked off saying it was the 1st time he got a good hit off of a vape.

@Engineering regarding "tooling change"

Playing devil's advocate, I remember @TherealVaporblunt said it takes a lot of money to make a new mold (tooling cost). I remember 50k, but cannot find it. Found 10k and 40-50k quotes in searches.

Umm, I am going to remember a 10k purchase. Will definitely remember a 40-50k expense.

Anyone have any advice on how to remove the mouth piece tip? Mine is stuck on there pretty well and I feel like its gonna break if I pull any harder.

Are you heating it before you attempt to remove it?

As of today, the same thing is happening to me! I purchased a PNP the week it was released from theyoyokid and have used it for portable/mobile use only to date; I use a Solo at home. I check this forum weekly and have had no issues to date until today, I noticed a broken degraded missing piece of plastic a few cm in size from the bottom edge of the MP similar to what sounds like is happening to yours. I kinda freaked out thinking that I inhaled plastic while vaping. I have not tried the WT yet and have not taken the Pong out of the box until 5 minutes ago and unfortunately, I have the thinner wall unit.

@Engineering and @TherealVaporblunt Why is this happening? I am going to stop using the PNP for the time being and am really concerned and extremely disappointed as I was so happy with my PNP after using a Pax for the last year and its constant cleaning. I'm happy to ship both the MP and wrong Pong back to you.
