Vapes on eBay

max

From the auction page I can see the seller has excellent feedback, sells vapes, and the buyer has eBay Buyer Protection. I'd buy from him.

Does anyone here sell stuff on ebay? We should have a topic were people post there stuff so we can see the cool crap FC users are selling. If this is not allowed please remove it.

Anyways I recently sold a n64 for $70, hah I bought it for 15!

I'm selling a Limited edition red xbox 360 elite 120 gb hdd for $199, other people are selling used ones for 350.

I've purchased a vaporizer and vape replacement items with no problem off ebay. Many of the vendors are vape companies. I think it's vapenow that sells there as warehousegoodsonline. I've had no problems whatsoever. There was one vape that I bought that came with the whip broken. Turned out that it was new, but from a pawn shop. We negotiated how much it would cost to replace the piece and he credited my paypal account. So even then, no problem. Also, if I'm not mistaken, ebay will protect your purchase, especially through paypal. So, if you are sure you are buying a reputable product, there should be no problem.
Edit: the other thing you want to make sure of is that the vendor has 100% feedback rate

It would be wise to just buy the Extreme Q since it does bags also, even if you don't plan on using it much, you will always have the option if you have friends over.

I don't think the airpath is ideal but the product does work (produce vapor) but since he started a thread with one brand of vaporizer without asking for other suggestions, it seems wrong for me to try and lobby him against it. I don't want to be one of those guys that lobby for one product, I have already done it enough. I just didn't want him to make a mistake and buy the one trick pony V-tower when the Extreme-Q is just a little more.

I think just like anything else on eBay, do your homework. There are many good retailers there that have solid reputations like VapeWorld/Warehouse Goods. Not all dealers on eBay will be authorized dealers though so if concerned about warranty I would ask the seller about that. Read their feedback and see how long they've been selling. On eBay it really depends on who you buy from IMHO with so many sellers there ;)

What Lo said. Most eBay sellers are there to sell, not rip people off. If you use PayPal (owned by eBay) to pay, you're also protected against a crooked seller, or even one that just doesn't come through as advertised.

BTW, an "orginal v tower" is analog, and the current digital model actually came out after the Extreme was introduced.

Doesn't bother me to chip in my :2c: . I owned the original V-Tower (same bowl and air path as the current model), and IMO it doesn't measure up to other whip models for rich vapor hits unless you use the elbow screen instead of the bowl. You do get digital quality not otherwise found in this price range though.

I can't think of a more valid point. I have heard of a couple manufacturers that are hesitant to honor warranties from items bought and sold on ebay. I would make certain they are authorized resellers and it should be fine.

I just bought an herbalaire off ebay, new seller i'd never done business with before vaporchik, auction ended on saturday, i got shipping info on sunday, pretty slick. ebay is all about the individual sellers. definitely some are cool.

They've been going for $168 recently...

according to sales@vaporizers.ca:
"He is an unauthorized dealer who has been cut off by the manufacturer.
He is bad news across the board and we will not humor is insanity."

Of course, he does have a 99% approval rating on eBay, so they may just be irritated that he's selling so low.

Another thing to consider, by the time the unit does break down, it would probably be cheaper just to buy a new one. They're said to be very well made. So if you do buy from an authorized dealer, you're paying extra for the warranty.

Yeah they don't want people to sell too low because it starts a pricing war which cheapens the product.

Yeah +1 to vaporchik recommendation. I dont think it matters where you buy the vape from as long as its new, but maybe check manufacturers website for warranty specifics

I also just bought an Extreme-Q off of vaporchik and received the shipping information in less than 12 hours. Looks promising to me.

I know Steve sometimes has fire sales and I believe the OP might be one of them. 10 more Qs were just listed but they upped the S&H a few bucks.
