Probably overthinking it.. but any good non-toxic protectant for the Nano's wood that I can use? Girlfriend has been using mine a month straight on her own and just noticed there's a ding on the wood where it looks like a gash that can potentially chip off the surrounding wood if something gets caught. Ideally I want something that can potentially fill the gash as well as protect the rest of the piece. Most protectants that are thick enough like lacquer are toxic so I don't even wanna mess with those.

Other than that.. the thing has been working awesome, especially after attaching the silicon on the glass stem.

No idea. I've not done anything at all to mine, except give it a damp cloth wipe occasionally, since I got it.

It's on 24/7, used multiple times a day. Looks perfect to me, like the day I got it.

yea, mine came perfectly, but my girlfriend must have dropped it or something. Definitely not a manufacturing defect.

Just passing time
All this week, I tried out the sherlock setup you have going ATAXIAN! What a great way to vape. While I only use an all glass GONG on the end, what usually would come through into my mouth or water (without another screen or cotton) gets stuck in the bottom of the glass. I never get any in my mouth. I'm glad to be on a complete all glass path. The flavor is huge, and the extra glass cools the vapor down just enough to be completely comfortable all the way up at 7. Mmmmm...time to go prep for the day.

Thanks for the reply. I might take a look at it. I have similar waxes for other wood products. I was looking for something that would actually harden more and protect... but I guess it'd be difficult to find something non toxic with those qualities.

I just ordered two all glass 18mm gongs in anticipation of my new piece. Can't wait to use an all glass gong again, I broke my only one a few months ago and have been using the standard gong. I can't count how man bowls I've almost or partially dumped out trying to stir in the past month and a half. I typically load bowls at night with reclaim and I like to stir a lot in those situations.

Hey I've never had a vape before and I really think this one would be a good first purchase. How user friendly is this vape and will i need anything special or is it ready to use out of box. Thanks for the help before hand!

Get the water adapter.
This vape works really well with water path!

I've had a few different ones over the years and tried even more. Think this would be a GREAT first vape - especially through glass. Only real downside is lack of portability. Not that you can't take it anywhere that has electricity - and I do! But, can't use on the road without a dc>ac converter or pull it out of your pocket and take a hit.

I agree with others the E-Nano would make a GREAT first vape, as would other logs. Ready to go out of the box, no other accessories are necessary except a gong if you want to use a water path. I think the built in temperature control, simple design, durability (only one glass piece), and effectiveness with a waterpath would make the Nano perfect for any vapor newbie. Sure there are other good vapes that would satisfy a beginner, but i think the Nano has a lot going for it. Purchasing the "wrong" first vape can permanently turn you away from vaporization.

That just seems scary as hell to vape outside?

Outside I use a wax pen.
The smell is easier to conceal!

Flowers vaped outside would attract too much attention!

Vaporizing FLOWERS in private is the ultimate!

Don't want to highjack or get too far off topic, but the good ole MFLB has been my portable of choice for years now. Can't imagine a trip of more than 2 hours in the car without it. Movies/concerts/sporting events? It's sweet! Smell is not too much even with flowers and a quick exhale down the shirt seems to make it undetectable. Even snuck a few trenches on a long drive with a friend who's girlfriend was in the car and not a fan of mj. She was in passenger seat and I was right behind her. Nice at home too, but lacks on several fronts compared to the nano. Even if the nano was portable don't think I could get away with those clouds in most situations.

Sorry it was horrible for me!
I had to carry a pocket full of batteries.
The first 2 rips were OK however the flavor was awe-full by rip 3!
The SOLO for me is 10X better concerning flavor and portability is superior.
NANO has such a good flavor that it's now my indoor driver.

The MFLB a lot of people like it and does the job for them.
For me It did not work as well.
Maybe I'm too picky about flavor?
I gave my MFLB away with 12 batteries and a charger.

Im really on the fence about purchasing one of these things but man its really tempting...I havent seen a disappointed customer yet...trigger finger is getting itchy.

Just do it!!
I was a bit skeptical at first but when it arrived and i took that first rip, it was love at first hit!
Even though i have a few vapes to choose from, i usually end up using the Nano every night.
Flavor is great, ease of use is excellent and medicated effect almost instantaneous!
An all round winner!

To make adding a water path easier i made a silicone piece that fits over the Nano glass stem and then my Pinnacle WT fits onto the other end of the silicone piece. This is made from dental grade silicone, so perfectly safe for humans.

I have the new Pinacle WT arriving this week for my SOLO.
What a good ideal to use with the NANO!

Need a 14mm GonG (Water adapter).
