Hey guys,
So I've had my pinnacle for a week now(first ever vape) I LOVE this thing. Ive been experimenting continuously for the last week. I've been loading up to the top of the lip on the bullet, and leaving the setting on low for the first 10 min session. I then put it on high for the second session. After this the load is pretty much done. Dont get me wrong, DEF medicated after just the first session lol. Just wondering if there are any tips or other techniques you guys could share that may be able to share

Just got my new Pinnacle a week ago. Ordered the WT couple days later, have had it for 3 days now. When everything came together first, was really enjoying the vape with the WT. Had put away my Pax for a week now.
But bad news today. The bottom plastic of the pong that houses the screen broke off from rest of the pong. See picture below. Think I jinxed myself as I was really getting into this thing, particularly with the WT.
TRVB, are you please able to help me claim warranty on this? Is there a newer update for the pong, this design seems to break too easily?

congrats Lizard King..nice of ya to do TRVB....I decided to spring for the PN since i dont do oils... and i must say im very happy so far and i love the wt... just wondering how nice level 3 would be on the PPro...lol

Im not getting heavy clouds but yes with the water tool i get decent clouds..might be the pack, im still experimenting with. I live in cali and it took a week to get!

Hi guys - completely new member here and I need your help! My boyfriend and I bought this a few months ago, and we have not been impressed with the results at all! We usually fill the bullet and use the lower heat setting, and there is rarely any visible vapor. The effects seem to be minimal as well. I'm not sure if I'm just comparing it to the power of my Silver Surfer, but it seems like this one just underperforms. I've tried long drags, and shorter ones, and I never really get a good result. Is it possible I got a faulty model, or am I just doing it wrong? Any tips on getting better results?

i grind my herbs pretty good and i fill it halfway and pack it a lil, not to packed, and add some more to the lip, pack more. I turn it on to the 2nd heating button and let sit for about a minute to heat up... and also i get better clouds with the water tool or a water pipe

This is a low temp vape and I never got much visible vapor on setting 1...but I did feel the effects. Comparing just about any portable to the SSV will end in disappointment, I'm afraid...that thing is a beast. The PN Pro model goes to higher temps and gets much more satisfying results, unless you are hitting it next to a SSV!

This arrived today:
I've only had the one session so far; half a bullet's worth of top grade (it's all I had left
) on high setting, but here are some initial random thoughts:
The Good:
- the true definition of 'portable', it really is small enough to be hidden in your hand and/or passed off as an e-cig in public
- got me very medicated
- visible vapor (on high setting)
- got a load of (small-ish) hits from half a bullet; at least 15
- abv perfectly even and a good, medium brown
- easy to maintain
The Not So Good:
- slight new 'plasticky' smell/taste when hitting empty *note to self- this didn't seem to carry over to the flowers, and will most likely get better over time
- the mouth piece comes loose too easily
- small clouds, but this will probably improve with a fuller bullet and some further practice
- a little hotter on the throat than I'm used to
Quick summary: Both my Solo and FV taste better and produce bigger clouds, but I knew this going in. Those two are my at-home vapes. The PN was purchased mainly for its portability and stealth, areas in which it really shines. It got me very nicely medicated which, after all, is the name of the game, especially when I'm out and about. So far, I'm very happy with this purchase!

Highly recommend getting the PRO version mouthpiece/PonG attachments. They are backwards compatible with the regular Pinnacle and fit much more securely.
Also, if you let the device sit for a minute after it gets to temperature, you will probably get better clouds. Sometimes I have to tamp the flower back down after the first pull.

That's who I ordered the original PonG (and a couple of spare bullets) from. I didn't even think about trying the updated PonG. Doh!
Oh well, I'll try the original first and take it from there.

When i ordered yesterday there where 2 pictures of the item both without a print
When i checked today theres only one picture with the print on it

I know from previous posts that TRVB is very good at honoring the warranty on their products. I was just wondering if you have to register the product with them first? I can't see any mention of it in this thread or on the official website, so I'm guessing you don't need to, but I just want to make sure.

My mp was really getting sticky, so last nite i was doing some experimenting and took off the MP when it was still hot. got a tissue and wiped around the screen etc. got it 90% clean and took less than a minute.
Could do with a new one. TRVB is the black MP the same as the one that comes with the PRO?

My Pong I Got Failed, I got mine right when it came out and had some what I thought minor pong degradation.
It broke off the round part out of bottom with screen like others..
Oddly enough it seems to produce better, too bad it leaks ,made the top even looser, and lets plant matter into your mouth if your not careful !
I love My PN and would like the new higher temp Pong from the Pro for mine!
