Hey all, I just got my new J Hook from colie glass and my friends Pipesdaddy piece came in today as well

Thought I would share some pictures.

This is the pipesdaddy Inline to honeycomb, he picked it up for something like $70.

The inline is attached to the other side wall and the slits are pretty clean

Heres my MGW ashcatcher with new J-hook, works beautifully when attached to my Solo

I understand the adapter in there for clearance, but why the charcoal filter on an oil rig? I could do the same right now, just never saw a real to even try? :shrug:

And this set is just drop dead gorgeous!

Well, I had nothing much to do today, so I stopped by my grow shops and favorite glass shop- Green Side Up. I almost bought a very nice recycler, but instead I opted for this "Cloud EVO friendly" piece. It's certainly the thickest tube I've ever owned, and should pair well with the Cloud

Yes, no real advantage on a oil pipe. Only have it there as an adapter for the breezeway which isn't Blaze...

Thanks for the complement. PA (Pennsylvania) Ray did a nice job.

I prefer to do dabs with a charcoal filter as I find it takes the edge off my throat/bronchs... I just chaulked it up as removing waxes... cld be wrong, but it works for ME :nod:

I'm pretty sure you are right, it acts like cotton or hemp fiber and removed the big irritating particles. Reclaiming from carbon could prove difficult, but that isn't a concern for everyone.

It would also depend on the oil. I notice absolute doesn't have that much to clean out. Some oil I notice a larger difference. However, the effect is not as dramatic as with flower combustion. Here it really excels. I typically don't use on direct injects which is most of my oil rigs... I do tend to use it on female type pipes.

Its good to wash it out often especially with flower

i only use a carbon filter w/ oil if the oil is impure (i.e. waxes and such, not solvents. never use dirty solvent oil). otherwise that and some NACE and my hits are clean and smooth and my piece stays much cleaner.

Intended as a birthday present.. Someone nicknamed banana with a dog named peach

Oh hope Mods are OK with a back to back posts - new images of new pieces. I grabbed a couple more recyclers. Zoo's. Look sweet with natural tube dual percs. Great size too. Didn't have a Zoo piece so nice additions to the collection.
The Zoo TriFlux collection with dish and dabber.
