Strain does have a lot to do with it. I have some green crack and some lemon rock that I harvested at the same time and have been cured the same amount of time. I get noticeable better vapor from the green crack. They both kick pucks out when done though. I dunno dreamerr, different strokes....

Of course diff strokes that is the point...tis not mine....by the way I tried a bunch of strains and some did give me more vape then others but nothing like the solo. I think I can blow bigger clouds on the PN and that has very little lol. It is the ease of use that is my biggest issue cause I don't care about clouds after all my fav vape for outside is the PN.

As a past pn owner I can safely say it produces nowhere near the amount visible of vapor that the ascent is capable of. Although it does medicate just as well. I get pulls off the ascent that look like puffs off a Marlboro. I've spent many hours in my chair marveling in the amount of vapor I get out of this thing. Btw dreamerr I'm not trying to sell you on the ascent or argue as to its production abilities. I'm just putting my experience out there so people get an idea of the possibilities once the bugs are worked out.

On top of my grinder is a puck (no stir) from the ascent and the bead that sits atop it.

It's PERFECTLY roasted like good coffee! There is zero need to stir with the ascent. Pack tight once and go. The problem is the puck gets pulled off the bottom from suction and immediately stops producing decent vapor. That's why I use the bead as a weight. @Dreamerr are you stirring? That would explain why your not getting pucks.

Mine got way darker then that but my mileage out of the same amount of herb well it wasn't there. If you do a vid vape that would be nice. I know you aren't trying to talk me into liking it cause you can't lol. There are to many things that would make it personally a horrible vape for my needs having nothing to do with production. Even if that was great it wouldn't be right for me. It medicates so it is fine for a lot of people.

Fuck no I didn't stir lol....I should have repacked but that already makes it a loser to me.

Some of the services let you delete them. I know imgur lets you do it with pics....ask someone here tthat knows.

i will say... when i used mine (the few times i did before i noticed the offgassing and sent it back) mine blew clouds and i got pucks cooked like V&C or even darker.

Just start a private YouTube account and post there. You can then control the privacy settings as you wish.

I actually noticed in my pic it looks much lighter than it really is. It's a dark almost coffee brown. Same color all the way through. No dark spots on the outside no light spots on the inside.

That's what I meant, it's got the goldish crust with a darker brown center, very nice!

Damn, I just tried to clean the stems and I am having a bitch of a time with the screen section...I guess it is good cause I finally dumped my iso to evap and now the stems are sitting in new iso. I also used a pipe cleaner but I got sticky stuff lol. If this fails then salt or dunno...I haven't even tried to clean the vape yet but that looks easy but then again so did the stems/screen:shrug:

Dreamerr, I had some limited success with putting them screen-side up in a test tube with iso and agitating it a bit, eventually the particles fall down and out.

That is exactly what I am doing in a small pill bottle. Time will tell thanks gro. I haven't checked them and I guess it has been hours lol.

Looks like I got it...I flipped and am rinsing again. I also used new iso in the pill jar so that helped.
